Limor is an amazing yoga and pilates teacher! I first came to her for reflexology after a foot injury—she helped me heal and get back to running. Her reflexology was so incredible that I became curious about her yoga and pilates classes(I'm someone who had avoided yoga for years). I decided to give her yoga class a try -- WOW! I now attend both group classes and private sessions. Limor has a rare, sought-after teaching style: hands-on yoga. She brings deep wisdom of the practice and weaves it together with authentic warmth, healing touch, massage, and attentive pose adjustments.I leave every class with a deep sense of calm.

I came from the east coast to visit family in P.A. and looking for yoga classes I found Limor's offering. The vinyasa was lovely, practice in the park is always an extra +++ , and after practice I felt it was a bliss. Highly recomend to reach out Limor to oractice with her. I’ve been taking private Pilates lessons with Limor for over a year. I was recovering from a back issue, and gradually but surely working with Limor has improved my posture, balance, strength, flexibility and resilience. Limor is both extremely professional and very kind, and pays very close attention to my body’s cues as well as to my preferences. I have tried many yoga classes in Palo Alto. Here is my reasons why I rank Limor at the top of my list:
1- small classes where she walks around and gives individual, respectful attention to each person. Her classes are not intimidating. The poses can be challenging and you do get your money's worth, but there is no showing off or posturing in her classes. She is 100% present for her clientele.
2- flow based yoga with emphasis on toning, posture, bone health, and longevity.
3- Limor, as a person is so full of knowledge, empathy, wisdom, and joy that just being in her presence adds to your day!
