This is a great studio for beginners and long practicing yogis. The instructors are friendly and helpful. Their classes are well curated and thoughtful. So many different types of classes from Vinyasa to Pilates to Yin yoga. Check out the GREAT introductory deal. You can see if yoga is right for you with very little risk on your part. You can now ride your bike to yoga Woodlanders but it's also well worth the drive for everbody else who is not so lucky to live in town.😀

Amazing studio, all different styles from different instructors which is such a breath of fresh air to have options depending on my
mood and body needs. Owners are warm and welcoming - the space is clean, fresh, and calming. Just what I would want in a studio!

Yoga Yolo is a brand new nice welcoming yoga studio. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and you feel wonderful and energetic after the sessions. There are wide variations of participant skill levels, but no one gets left out. Whatever level you’re at, you can expect to come out feeling challenged and successful. Whether you’re an experienced “yogi” or are new to the practice, I recommend you drop by to check it out!

Big fan of this new spot. So far I’ve tried YOLO Flow class (one of the best flow classes you can find) and Pilates mat (hallelujah for this— my body needs this!). So excited to try the gentle flow and yin when I need something more mellow.
There is a lot of warmth and good vibes here. 10/10 recommend.

Low on yoga pretentiousness, high on welcoming community.
I bought the 10-class pass to try it out. Probably should have just bought a subscription. There are lots of options on the menu and the owner sounds like he has great plans for more variety in the future.
The class I took was well structured and executed. There was just enough levity to keep it fun without degrading the practice. In my group there was a first timer and the instructor did an awesome job of helping that person through the class. I remember my first time in yoga I felt like a fish out of water and nobody threw me a lifeline.
This is a great place.
