Seema is a fantastic yoga teacher! I did private one-on-one sessions with her, and she is very caring and thoughtful. She really paid attention to my fitness level and adapted the poses for me, offering lots of variations. Seema Agarwal is a great yoga teacher. I first met hear at a trek in Uttarakhand. She would teach us to do yoga exercise every day during the trek. One for warm up another after reaching the came site to cool down. Her yoga practices were quite interesting and all of the group felt the same. Just 10 minutes of exercise taught by her made us feel fresh and energetic. Yoga at 12000 feet is just an experience I would never forget. I would personally advise everyone to join yoga4wellness. I have been taking Prenatal Yoga classes from Seema since the beginning of my third trimester. The pregnancy-friendly stretching and yoga poses have improved my strength and flexibility especially the pelvic floor, hips and legs. I feel more active and my back and leg pain have reduced significantly. My sleep cycle has improved. The breathing techniques she taught me have helped calm my general anxiety and the guided meditation at the end of every session brings me a lot of calm and helps me connect with the baby. I have recently started Yoga sessions with Yoga4Wellness Studio. Seema is a very knowledgeable and compassionate yoga instructor. She really understands the needs of each of her students and works individually with them to improve their workouts. I have a frozen shoulder and hence, I was initially reluctant to join her sessions. But Seema motivated me to try out and I am happy to say that it really benefitted me a lot. Seema worked 1 on 1 with me to improve my yoga poses using straps, rollers, and blocks. She ensured that I stretched myself as much as I could but at the same time, practice the poses correctly so that I don’t aggravate my shoulder. Due to her efforts, I have greatly improved the mobility in my shoulder within a month.

Seema’s positive attitude and enthusiasm is infectious, even at the early hours of 6 AM. The variety of exercises in her studio, coupled with her encouragement, really makes me feel rejuvenated at the end of each session. I am happy to have found her studio and highly recommend her sessions for your overall well-being.

I can see amazing results in my body as I am suffering from Pcod and sever hair fall. Her ayurvedic tips and advise on my lifestyle change has helped me alot to deal with my health issues.

Seema's sessions have also helped to deal with the stress level. Her pranayam and meditation sessions were equally powerful for my mentle health.

Seema’s yoga sessions help increase mobility, muscle strength, improve range of motions and balance. All this with emphasis on breathing. After each session I walk away feeling lighter and energized. Her stretches help discover muscles in the body.

Her sessions begin with breathing asanas, followed by simple cardio moves, warm up stretches for poses she plans to do in sessions. She provides variations for all level of practitioners and constantly advises beginners to go slow and easy.

She has an eye for details and make sure everyone in the class is comfortable and doing their best. Postures correction/ perfection and make sure they are injury free is her expertise. I have been going to Seema's studio for roughly 5-6 weeks and taking the posture correction class (focuses on shoulders and back) every week and have noticed a HUGE difference! I work a desk job so my shoulders and upper back used to be very tight and I would get random pains throughout the day. Since taking this class I've had no shoulder/back pains and I've noticed a significant improvement in my range of motion in and out of the class! I love Seema as an instructor because she explains the purpose of each pose/movement and even when I don't think I can fully lean into a pose, she gently eases me further into the stretch. I had sciatica pain and she helped in guiding me with all the right asanas to do. Also as she is a trained Ayurvedic professional, she guided me holistically on my approach in eating . I think it is really valuable to get that holistic approach to a condition and fix the problems in long term .

Seema is an awesome Yoga instructor. Her online and in-studio classes are both good. She pays attention to individual strengths and fixes postures, pushes us a bit every class to be better and is very thorough!
Every stretching exercise is followed by a relaxing exercise as to not put stress of the body. It's a well balanced Cardio and Yoga workout, I am seeing difference in flexibility, agility in my body by many folds since I started this class 1 month ago.I have lost weight because of this class workout and practice Surya Namaskar at home too.

I have been attending Online and in person classes from Seema for the last 3 momths. I can definitely feel better about my body. I am a tennis player and her classes have been helping me with cross training. I used to worry too much about injuries while playing tennis, not any more.

She has classes in the early morning and evenings. Even though I am a morning student, she lets me attend evening classes if I am tired in the mornings.

I had attended few other institutes. I found Seema as the most balanced in terms of flexibility, strength and relaxation.

I am impressed about the fact that she records some sessions that I miss and sends on my way to practice.

Her communication is imprccable and you are sure to get a reminder about the class. She would also reach out if you are missing few lessons.

I started in person yoga sessions with Seema after doing online sessions with her early this year. I already find noticeable improvement in my body strength and flexibility. Seema pays utmost attention to my posture and alignment correcting me till I get maximum results from the yoga posture. She explains how to do a pose correctly in great detail by example. She is mindful of my limitations and has customized my sessions based on my weak left shoulder.
I feel safe learning from her and can completely trust her knowledge and experience so that the rest of my body can benefit without any further injury to the weak shoulder. In fact, I find significant improvement in my left shoulder mobility although it has not been the focus of the sessions.
She adds variety to the sessions so there is never a dull moment and at the end of the session I feel energized and accomplished. Her support is available beyond the sessions and she is always encouraging me to keep working on certain poses everyday to reach my goals. She knows how to approach a pose through multiple methods and accessories such as belts/blocks/bands or foam rollers so that students of varying abilities can keep making progress. She is very committed to her client's well being and is well versed with meditation and pranayam techniques. She is quick to respond to any queries after class and I look forward to my yoga sessions in her neat and spacious studio every week.
My daughter has also done few sessions with Seema and to my surprise, she loved her yoga class. She found it challenging enough to keep her interested; at the same time she felt relaxed and calm at the end. It has improved her posture and she feels lighter in her shoulder and neck which are usually stiff from long hours of desk work.

Excellent authentic yoga classes! I am an actively training and competing karate athlete. I joined Ms Seema's classes since I was exploring yoga classes to improve my flexibility which is extremely important for my training. During initial consultation, I got thorough analysis from the teacher (Ms. Seema) as to why and where my body was stiff....I was absolutely impressed on how quickly she was able to not only identify the root cause but also suggest some quick yoga and stretching poses.
