This yoga studio is amazing! The space has such a calming and welcoming vibe, and they offer a wide variety of classes to suit all levels and preferences. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing stretch, a powerful flow, or something in between, there’s something for everyone here. The 6 a.m. yoga class with Maria is early, but it’s so worth it! Maria’s energy is uplifting and grounding at the same time, and her class really sets the tone for a positive, productive day. There’s no better way to start your morning.

Yogulation Studio is a truly special place, offering not just yoga but a deep sense of spirituality and community. From the moment you step inside, you feel the warmth and positive energy that makes this studio so unique.
They offer a wide variety of classes, workshops, and meditation sessions, ensuring that there’s something for everyone—whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. The teachers are knowledgeable and supportive, creating a space where students can grow in both their physical practice and inner awareness.
One of the most transformative experiences they offer is their Yoga Teacher Training, led by Dharma Shakti. Dharma’s wisdom, passion, and guidance make this training an incredible journey for anyone looking to deepen their practice or step into teaching.
If you're looking for a studio that goes beyond just movement and truly nurtures mind, body, and spirit, Yogulation is the place to be!

I have several “favorite” classes at Yogalution, including Rise and Energize at 6 AM. Maria guides with patience & adaptations that make it easy for everyone, no matter their skill level, to reach the edges of their comfort zone. The class perfectly blends calm and power, helping me align my body and mind as the sun rises. If you are ready to level up in all areas of your life, this class is for you! All instructors at Yogalution are uplifting. The studio cultivates community and earth connection.

Yogalution is truly a gem in LB. From the moment you walk in, you feel the peaceful and welcoming energy. There is no pressure, no judgment, just a shared love of yoga and mindfulness. The teachers are knowledgeable, kind and genuinely passionate about what they do. I love attending the 6am yoga class. I set my intentions and leave energized ready to take charge of the busy day ahead. Classes are donation based, making classes accessible to everyone, which is rare and refreshing.

Yogalution Yoga Studio is truly a life-changing space that has redefined what yoga means to me. From the moment you step through the doors, it feels like you've left the bustling city behind and entered a peaceful sanctuary. The energy here is so inviting that all the stress and noise of daily life just melt away.
What makes this studio stand out is its deep focus on the spiritual side of yoga. Unlike other places that center solely on movement, Yogalution reminds you that yoga is a holistic practice. It’s about grounding, connecting, and growing—not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. This approach has been transformative for me.
The community at Yogalution is absolutely incredible. Everyone—from the staff to the students—is warm, supportive, and inspiring. The teachers are patient, knowledgeable, and respectful, making every class a transformative experience.
My favorite class is the 6AM Monday Morning Rise & Energize with Maria Espinoza. Her music is uplifting, her practice is challenging, and her guidance has been invaluable to my journey. You can truly feel the love and dedication she brings to her teaching—it’s absolutely contagious!
Dharma has created something truly special here. The studio hosts so many amazing events and activities that foster connection and growth. One standout experience is Ed’s meditative sound baths—pure magic! It’s something everyone in Long Beach needs to try at least once.
If you’re looking for a place to grow, heal, and connect, Yogalution Yoga Studio is it. It’s more than just a yoga studio; it’s a community and a sanctuary. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

my home studio, the most beautiful spanish style building, stained glass windows, a courtyard with a fountain, and just so many beautiful details in the structure, furniture, decor - a beautiful altar, etc. You have to just step in there to feel its magic, apart from the physical beauty - it houses a variety of yoga classes, and healing modalities such as massage and acupuncture. There are so many cool offerings and workshops, it's honestly a rare and precious gem. Another favorite thing about the studio is that they have 75 and 90 minute classes. There are lots of great teachers, and although I haven't practiced with them all some of my favorites are: Dharma's tuesday night class (powerful vinyasa with philosophy, chanting and/or empowering words weaved in), Blakwatter (powerful invigorating practice with uplifting music), Melissa C (gentle and grounding meditative for when I need to slow down) and Ed (Bhakti infused slower, but still powerful movement with very thoughtful shares and adjustments).

I had the need for some yoga and Andy's Saturday morning class was exactly what I didn't know I needed. It was one of those weeks where my soul was restless and needed something. Andy's class made me feel all of the emotions letting go of that energy and coming back to my balance.

What a gem! I started attending Yoga on the Bluff about 2-3 years ago and then gradually started attending more classes at the studio (YES, it's the same people running Yoga on the Bluff!).
You'll find a wide range of "flavors" of classes from ultra-relaxing evening classes to sweaty, fully-charged morning classes. The teachers are a wonderful group of humans that are there to share their knowledge and love of yoga.
Fully donation-based (minimum $7 donation/class) means you don't need to worry about keeping track of a membership and you also have fewer excuses to keep you from attending ;-) I never regret going to class, it's such a treat to have a space such as this in Long Beach.

Over the past 3 years I have experienced significant shifts in my life, in part due to the access that I have to this donation based studio. Dharma is doing real work and I am just grateful to be here to witness and take benefit from it. This is a beautiful space with amazing teachers who are building community. They offer so many beautiful wellness services and workshops that everyone could take advantage of.
This is a gem! Please support and know that all are welcomed

Transformative experiences! I have regularly been attending both studio classes and Yoga on the Bluff for over a year now. I feel at home and at peace in this space.
Dharma, the owner and frequent teacher, is a gifted and talented leader who has inspired myself, my partner and our family into better health and wellness. The messages she shares while guiding the yoga classes has been instrumental in my personal growth and transformation.
Among the other stellar instructors that I have taken classes with are: Blak Watter, Matthew Anderson, Ed Williams, Sue Perkins, Matthew Purpura, Beto Vega, Erin Grissom, Andy Rines, and Carly Baldwin.
There are offerings for all types of yoga flow - from restorative yin yoga to intense vinyasa flow that left me drenched in sweat.
If you’re seeking a wholesome and uplifting community, it can be found here. They also have other offerings that I have participated in, including sound baths and meditation by Ed Williams, as well as massage and embodied mindfulness coaching with Matthew Anderson. All deeply impactful and inspiring!
Deeply grateful for this community of people seeking to feel better, do better and be better.

Probably the most beautiful yoga studio that I've ever been to. They have SQUISHY FLOORS and big windows in the main studio, looking out on a beautiful courtyard, which was MAGIC! For those of us who are boney and heavy, this is a game changer!
Andy teaches a fantastic class at 7 AM on Mondays. It was the perfect class to warm up my hips, back, and core - the perfect start for the week, especially if you're a guy/daddy over 40 🙌
I also appreciate the mission of this facility, and that is LGBTQ-inclusive 🏳️🌈 They're starting a queer yoga class.
And, there are about 20+ teachers so you can find your vibe.

I'm so happy we found this group. Overall, it has been great. We've been coming for a couple of years. The only con I would say is the other instructors tend to talk aimlessly, taking up a lot of time.
By far, the best time to come is Wednesday with instructor Matt Purpura @yogapurpura. He gets right to it. Always on time. Very clear and example based instructor.

I attended Ed's Friday 11am Vinyasa and meditation class for the first time today. I loved the slow, meditative asanas and the healing vibration of all the instruments used. I left the class feeling peaceful and relaxed. Thank you!

This business chooses who they want to accommodate and won’t refund money due to “ breach of policies “ that are personal and bias based. It is unfair to anyone who trusted this business! Be CAREFUL

I am so grateful to have attended a class at Yogalution, where I felt comfortable and safe. I also appreciate the wonderful instructors for putting on inclusive and accessible yoga at the Bluff, which introduced me to this practice. If you’re new to Long Beach, I highly suggest going to morning yoga put on by Yogalution at Bluff Park.

I have said it once, I'll say it many times. This is a love genuine place to practice. The teachers set up a space and recognize the cultures and gurus before us honoring those who pioneered the way. This is far beyond payed stretching like other asthetic oriented yoga studios. They practice what they preach by having a sliding scale and free yoga at a public beach park aka the "bluffs". If you can always give a little more because they deserve to thrive. A well rounded variety of classes. Come check it out. It is very welcoming. 🌼🌸🕊️🌸🌼

I am more than half way through their Weekend Warrior Teacher Training. Dharma Shakti is wise beyond her years and sheds light on much more than the asanas. The assistant teacher, Marlene, and the special topic instructors Dharma has touching on relevant topics truly add depth and value to our experience. The studio is a safe space to learn, share, practice and be heard. The warrior weekends are like a retreat to recharge, reboot. Kudos, Jah Dharma!

My favorite yoga studio in Long Beach. Donation based classes, and an open and accepting vibe make this space inviting to the whole community. Soft floors make taking risks less risky, which is nice for those who aren't attached to hard wood floors, or who are seeking a gentler practice.

This studio for the teachers, the community, philosophy and heartfelt spirit really resonates with me - it feels very right in those regards. I would attend it regularly if not for the studio floor surface. For some reason, when practicing on their studio floor (which is spongy/has a lot of give) I experience intense wrist pain that I don't normally experience. I am a very experienced yogini and know what my alignment should be and don't experience wrist pain in any other studio or when practicing at home... so I can only conclude that their flooring material isn't healthy for my wrist. I'm sad about it because I would really like to practice with them. Do check them out - they are some of the best in Long Beach, I just wish they had a better studio floor surface that didn't lead to wrist pain for me!
