This is such a nice, welcoming studio. The teachers are so receptive to your needs, will work with you, and provide lots of options for poses. The owner is very accommodating, there are props for your use at no additional cost. Lovely neighborhood studio. Have been going there now for a few months, and I always look forward to the class.

Yoga@N is a haven for me. As a relative newcomer to yoga, I appreciate how the instructors often suggest options for either more challenging or less challenging modifications to poses. The studio is cozy. Early morning hatha or vinyasa classes have become a great way to start my day, and at this time of year we hear a chorus of birds towards the conclusion of the session. Instructors Kiara and Darian are excellent at guiding us through the postures, and their patience and warmth is irresistible. I have a desk job, and I am realizing yoga is such a good counterpoint to my sedentary job. I am very pleased with the benefits I am experiencing with increased flexibility.

I have never tried yoga. Now, as a 65 year old man, I wanted something that would give my body more flexibility. You are never too old to learn and to be amazed. I have been to 3 classes in 5 days. It is awesome. I recommend this studio to all, young and old. The price is very good also.

I work in downtown and i went there during my break and loved the place and their service. They are soo good at what they do and really fast so we can get it done during our work break. I’d definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Everyone should go and visit the place. Would definitely make visit again.😊
