I’ve been practicing at YogaSix Cupertino for over six months and absolutely love it! I like all the instructors — each brings a different style and energy that keeps classes engaging. The community here is so friendly and supportive, which makes every visit something to look forward to.
The studio itself is spacious, clean, and modern. I started with the Signature Hot classes, and recently began taking Power Flow classes, both of which I really enjoy.
I recently attended the Ground & Glow yoga retreat organized by this studio, and it was such a memorable and inspiring experience.
They often host different weekend workshops, which really deepen the practice. Highly recommend YogaSix Cupertino to anyone looking for a welcoming place to grow physically and mentally!

This review is way overdue. I used to go to YogaWave, but that studio closed during the pandemic. After that, I joined YogaSix in Sunnyvale, and then switched to the Cupertino location when it opened in 2024.
I absolutely love this studio, it’s spacious, super clean, and the staff are always welcoming. The teachers are all fantastic and very experienced. I usually go to hot yoga classes with Bahar, Jing, Helena (slow flow), Nancy, Valleria, and Kristine as my regular instructors. The classes follow a similar flow but each teacher adds their own little twist. I’m so grateful for everything they do for the community.

I love that Cupertino offers a variety of classes. I've taken classes in sculpt and flow, hot yoga, restorative yoga, and slow flow. The teachers are friendly and considerate to everyone. They assist with the poses and respond to any of your questions. Among the teachers I enjoy returning to are Helena, Jennifer N, Jennifer L, Malini, Chandini, Bahar and Nancy.

Love this yoga studio! The lead teachers and community is so welcoming and kind. The YTT program was life changing and I enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend for 200 hour yoga teacher training (YTT).

Jennifer L is truly one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. Her classes are thoughtfully led, perfectly balanced between challenge and mindfulness, and always leave me feeling refreshed both mentally and physically. What really sets Jennifer apart is how she takes the time to genuinely get to know each person in the room, remembering names and offering personalized encouragement or adjustments. It makes every class feel welcoming and personal. Her experience shows in how she cues movements, creates smooth flows, and holds space for everyone to grow. I can’t recommend her classes enough.

I do not know who hired the person named Ajnavi who has been responding to emails, but it was a poor decision. Their tone is dismissive, unprofessional, and completely out of step with the values one associates with a yoga studio.
Rather than taking responsibility or attempting to resolve the situation with care, the responses came across as confrontational and defensive.

I called trying to figure out which class fits me. The lady answered very impatient. She interruptted me several times and said something like I don't want to know you more if you don't want me blablabla. I don't understand why she was sooo mean at the first second picking up the phone. Trainers may be great but I lost the interest to explore.

I had a very disappointing experience with YogaSix Cupertino. Their ad promoted a one-month unlimited offer for $99, but after expressing interest, I was sent a contract for two months—with the second month priced at $199 without any consent from me. This felt misleading and not transparent.
To make matters worse, I received a call from them at 10 PM on a Sunday night, which is completely inappropriate. Overall, the experience felt pushy and unprofessional.

I was originally enrolled in ClassPass to try out different workout classes in my area, but gravitated towards yogasix because I loved the class structure here. Eventually I bought a membership! Since it was a founding membership (aka you buy it before the studio opens) it came at a 30% discount. I recommend trying to see if any studios are opening near you since it's a bit expensive.
I know it's way more pricey than a regular gym but I actually go to the yoga classes here which is why it's worth it to me.
Things I liked:
- the classes are in a darker room which made it a lot more soothing for me.
- they have different kinds of classes. I like Y6 Restore after I go too hard hiking and I need to stretch. I usually go to Y6 sculpt and flow which is like their HIIT class.
- the instructors are generally good.
Things I don't like as much:
- they used to provide free towels to wipe your sweat. Now is $3 to rent one or you bring your own. I really missed this perk actually!
- sometimes the instructors would fan your face with a mint scented towels but sometimes they'd forget to do it.
- some instructors don't give variation suggestions so if the move is too hard for you, you feel like you're struggling more.
Overall I've been a customer here for a few months already and I like it a lot. While it is expensive it does end up being worth it to me.

The classrooms are spacious. Teachers are knowledgeable. My only complaint is that I wish more classes are offered, especially Power Flow. Currently there's hardly even one Power offered on a daily basis.

Clean, welcoming studio with great instructors!
There’s a variety of class options - anything from relaxing/meditative to strength building throughout the day. Instruction is also amazing and caters to people of all levels!

This studio offers outstanding instruction, diverse classes, and a welcoming space. Teachers make it accessible yet challenging for all levels. The Tuesday/Thursday Pilates class is a favorite for strength-building!
There are also two sister studios in Saratoga and Campbell, and there are lots of great class options with multi-studio membership.

Class size is good and facility seems new, clean and well stocked. Heat tends to be on the lower side. Front desk lady can seem snobbish. Overall not a bad experience but not as good as other YogaSix I’ve gone to.

I was deciding between a few options of studio to join and I'm glad to have found the perfect match for me.This YogaSix studio in Cupertino has become my goto place. The studio is new, clean and parking is convenient. The people here are wonderful -Jen Lin was the first person I met there and she's always smiling and eager to help. The owner has an amazing energy about her and at the same time is the kindest person who genuinely cares about people attending her studios.
The classes cater to all levels from beginner to advanced, and the beginner levels can also be made challenging by variations. I usually find a class that suits my mood of the day!

I was very disappointed in my customer service experience at the Cupertino YogaSix studio today. I want to preface by saying Im new to yoga and tried out my first YogaSix Slow Flow class at this studio last week using ClassPass and I loved the instructor and class (5 stars for the actual class btw). I thought I’d try one more class again before committing to a membership.
When I arrived, my name didn’t show up in the iPad check in, even though my reservation was confirmed on my ClassPass app. I talked to ClassPass customer service immediately, and apparently technical issues like this can happen; they said my confirmation through the app should suffice. I showed the woman at the front desk but she still wouldn’t allow me to attend class regardless of what the app said since my name wasn’t in their system.
I was pretty disappointed because I was looking forward to this class (I seriously needed some yoga after a stressful day) and my disappointment was pretty evident. I felt awkward trying to make it work for 5 minutes, but she really didn’t seem to feel any remorse toward my situation. She said condescendingly that I needed to work this out with ClassPass and that “we have flexibility for our members but not for ClassPass.” Although I understand this sentiment, I hope businesses realize that people from ClassPass, like me, are potential full time members. Also, I should mention that there are people that can’t afford memberships and ClassPass is their only means of entry. This interaction left a sour taste in my mouth and did not make me want to consider a membership, let alone visit this specific studio again.
I’m typically not one to complain so negatively about businesses, but seeing as this studio is new and they’re accepting ClassPass users, I hope they can take my experience into account to prepare for other future encounters like mine and treat ClassPassers with grace.

Highly recommend!
I've been attending Yogasix Cupertino for a few months now, and it's been a transformative experience. The studio's vibe and the exceptional instructors to name a few are Zareen, Jennifer , Mel have made each class a truly enjoyable and rejuvenating experience. Their guidance has helped me deepen my practice and gain a greater understanding of yoga's physical and mental benefits.
The studio itself is very clean and well-maintained, with accessories available for each class. The owner Ajnavi is super friendly as well.
I highly recommend this Yogasix at Cupertino to anyone seeking an uplifting yoga experience.

Studio is brand new and very well equipped, clean and organized, staffs are super friendly, I used to practice at core yoga, compared with core yoga, this new studio has several pros
1. Lights color are more relaxing.
2. Props clean up wipes and liquid is provided
3. Free sweat towel
4. Minted scented cooling down session provided at the end of each class.
5. Occasionally cool down towel will be provided, but sometimes I don't see them.
Most instructors are good, however the intensity of the same type of class is not consistent depending on instructors. I personally prefer more intensive classes which are provided by teachers Gee, Yi, Florencia, Adi, Shalaka, Noah, Jenna and Zareen.
I really like sometimes instructors will do little massages and stretches for you when the class is not crowded, hope to see more of it.

I had an amazing experience at YogaSix with Mel as the instructor. Her soothing voice and clear instructions put me at ease even during the challenging parts of the hot yoga class. I felt both physically challenged and mentally centered throughout. This was a great class and I definitely plan to return!

Convenient location and amazing staff. I like that they sometimes have hot + restore or power + restore back to back so i can take 2 classes in one go.
The teachers here are also pretty experienced. I love Yi's calming voice and the intentions she set for each class are always so relevant. I also really enjoy Zareen's music selection for her r&b restore.
