I started attending classes April 2025. I love their sculpt and flow the most; think yoga mashed up with boot camp fitness. It's challenging and intense. Slow flow and mobility are my other favorites. Shout outs to Valentina, Jo, MJ, Adrien, and Yulia for their strong instruction and welcoming judgement-free energy. Kia, the owner, gets two big thumbs up for putting together and maintaining a clean studio with a healthy of variety of classes. 👍👍

It was my first time doing Yoga, so I had a bit of anxiety at first. However, the instructor made the environment a very welcoming and judgment-free zone! The ambience overall was very calming, making me really enjoy the class!

I enjoyed different workouts, from CrossFit weightlifting to just lifting weights. Now I'm enjoying yoga. I have learned so much from Kia Vue. If anyone would like to try yoga, reach out to Kia for the ultimate experience. I attend her class every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 9:00 am. I even got my friend Annie Hawj to come out of her comfort zone and try it out. Guess what? She also enjoyed it. She has been so productive coming in! 👏👏👏

This place is super clean, nice and a no judgement zone.

Yoga has opened up a new world for me, and I'm excited to explore it further through Kia sculpt & flow and slow flow classes, despite my initial hesitation as a beginner with no prior workout experience.

I attended yoga classes three days a week, and I can confidently say it's been life-changing. Kia's instruction kept things engaging by incorporating various moves, ensuring the sessions never got dull. While her moves presented a challenge, she provided modifications to cater to individual needs.

Yogasix Land Park is a fantastic studio with a very modern and clean environment. Kia, the owner, is extremely kind and welcoming, making everyone feel at ease. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Yoga6 is absolutely incredible! I joined February of this year with an unlimited membership. The studio is modern, clean, and I love not stressing about parking since they’re in such a big plaza. The staff is so nice and I leave every class feeling so strong and refreshed. Sculpt and Flow and Mobility have changed my overall health for the better. All the instructors are wonderful, Michelle and Jo being my common favorites. Highly recommend Yoga6 Land Park!

Great teachers with positive energy. I've tried the hot yoga, power flow, slow flow, sculpt and flow, mobility classes and I enjoy all of them. They have a pretty wide array of time slots available to sign up. I enjoy going in the morning to get my workout in for the day. I got the unlimited monthly plan to keep me motivated, which is fairly price if you plan to go everyday and you can go multiple times per day if you choose to, which is cool. Nicely kept and clean facilities and yoga room with a mirror. Super supportive crowd and teacher to help you achieve your goals. Definitely do it for your health and wellness.

Yoga Six isn’t just a place to do yoga. It’s a place where you feel completely at ease and supported from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is calm, uplifting, and welcoming, and there’s a real sense of community that makes every class feel meaningful. No matter your experience level, there’s something for everyone. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but genuinely passionate about helping you grow, both on and off the mat. It’s the kind of studio that makes you want to come back not only just for the workout, but for the peace of mind. If you’re looking for a space to reset, recharge, and feel stronger in every way, Yoga Six is a great place to start 🧘🏽‍♂️🧘🏽‍♀️

I have belonged to yoga six in Land Park since it opened. It’s been a wonderful experience. The studio is spotless and very inviting. The front counter staff are very friendly and helpful, and the instructors are well-versed in their particular area of expertise. They encourage Yogis to listen to their body and take poses according to their abilities. Yoga is not a competitive sport. I look forward to many more years staying flexible.

I first checked out YogaSIX in Land Park because of their convenient location.  My first impression was how modern and clean the studio was.  I also really liked the sound, music and lighting.  They have a wide variety of classes, and I tried several.

Not having practiced Yoga for over fifteen years, I started with the Slow Flow and Restorative classes.  Now I have been really enjoying the Hot Yoga classes.

I became a member because of the excellent instructors who are ALL very kind and supportive.  Because one of my personal goals is to ensure proper alignment and improve my balance, I was able to step it up by taking advantage of one of the sparkling gems of the YogaSIX offerings, and for me that is the One-on-One sessions.

In these One-on-One sessions I am able to let the instructor know what my goals are and I feel the instructor focuses on me to achieve those goals.  What I really like is that these sessions are flexible.  By that I mean each session is adapted to the needs of my mind and body as I find myself during that day/session. Some of the things included in the One-on-One sessions that I especially like are the Yoga Flow Sequence, TRX, Breath Work and Sound Bath.

I have recommended YogaSIX to several of my friends and would have no problem recommending it to anyone.

I got three free classes for this place and although the first session went well despite the lady at the desk trying to sell me a ridiculously overpriced membership, I didn’t think much of it. I just got back from what was supposed to be my second class. I was looking forward to it and biked there like I did the first time. I got there exactly at 9 and the same lady at the front desk greeted me as I went to put my things away. I come back to the desk and she tells me I can’t go in. I look at the time and it’s 9:03. The more alarming part to me was immediately after telling me I couldn’t take the class I was booked for starting right through the door to my right, she tried selling me the overpriced membership once again, this time trying to get my sister, who had taken the classes previously with the same free vouchers, to get on the membership as well. This studio does not consider their customers and I would not recommend it if you don’t want to spend $10 on top of their astronomical prices for being 3 minutes late. This has been a terrible disappointment.

“One shot, ONE opportunity”
You lost me for life!

If I could give zero stars I would…
My first class bundle (3 for $26). I came in just in time to get signed up and take a class.. then they hit me - classic car salesman tactics! Couldn’t wait to try to sell me on a membership while I am trying prepare and set up for class!
Then again after class (like vultures) the manager and receptionist swooped in, couldn’t wait for me to change or gather my things before trying to shove their membership “specials” down my throat.
If they had let me have an experience without trying to “sell” me AND if they had explained that my 3 class pass had to be used within a week, I may have come back! But nope 👎
I had one class, terrible front of house experience
That ONE class, that ONE opportunity for them to win me over cost me the entire $26!!
Never again!

Only saving grace was the instructor was great. So this one star 🌟 is for her.

“What do I have to do today to get you into this car(yoga studio)?” Go here for oblivious employees who use the old 24 Hour Fitness model of sales. Why isn’t it possible to give zero stars? I wouldn’t waste my time or money here.

I love the gentle reminders I get- through the app or text-when I miss yoga for a while. Someone always greets me when I walk in, sometimes by name (like I said, I've been gone for a while ago that explains the 'sometimes'). At the beginning of class, the instructors always introduce themselves and make it an effort to say something to you personally by the end of class. I love the ease and location of the studio. The variety of different classes & schedules help to accommodate to my own schedule.
I would highly recommend this location for yoga!

I have a been a member of YogaSix for the past few months. I took a hiatus from yoga for a couple of years for medical reasons. But getting back into it has been refreshing. Adrian has led the class several times and he’s always been awesome. I’m doing the slow flow which is offered every morning and it’s just great. It’s just better Doing the practice in person. If you’re considering a yoga studio, YogaSix is a very good bet.

I don’t know anything about this studio, but one thing I can share is that they have a very restrictive policy. I was two minutes late to the class and the young woman at the front would not let me into the class. It was hard to find parking and it was my first time attending and finding this Yoga Six studio which was 1/2 hour from where I was staying. My Yoga Six back home never has a problem with letting a person in within five minutes of the class starting. Policies should be the same within all Yoga Six studios. This young woman has not been given any appropriate customer service guidelines to allow a first time member some leeway and courtesy. Not her fault, just sharing for anyone that could run a bit late. Turn around and go back home.

Worst Yoga Six in the country. Was a member of a few across the states and this one is just out for your automatic payment. Cancelled over two months ago by asking them what they need and providing it - a email. They still continue to charge me. When I called them to rectify, they were didactic and combative. Now they require proof of my email which they could easily look up themselves. Really!?! Yogies they are not!! Plus terrible business people. Don't subscribe. And looking back at their reviews they've obviously paid someone to boost their rating. Jeeze people, just do your job well and people will come and stay

I take back to back classes most mornings and adore my instructors: Janina’s hot and slow flow on Sundays and Mondays, Shirley’s sculpt and restore on Tuesdays, Matt’s hot and slow flow on Wednesdays, Sarah’s sculpt followed by Matt’s restore on Thursdays, Valentina’s sculpt on Saturdays followed by power, which had been taught by different instructors since the awesome Judy left us… ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The prices are crazy. 4 classes for $99…really? We are not on rodeo dr. Instructors are meh meaning some of them need more experience. I’m glad I didn’t sign up for a full membership after my 3 classes. Corporate yoga for ya. And they asked me if I could refer any friends/family to their yoga studio. Not at these prices! Incidentally there is another yoga/Pilates class down the street that has a special going for $40 dollars you get 14 classes and one free class. $125 for 2 months unlimited classes. YogaSix goes and went farther beyond my wildest expectations in terms of top quality and a super friendly and welcoming vibe! Kia, Alan, and all the staff are super nice, and you can tell from the moment you walk in the door, that you mean more than just dollar signs for this company! Y6 makes you feel comfortable and safe, and their instructors are top knotch! Instead of glorifying themselves or showing off how "good"/flexible THEY are, the focus is on helping the student get the most out of his/her experience. (Nothing worse than a narcissistic teacher, but luckily, you won't find this here)! Y6 cares about their members and offers a wide range of classes, occasional workshops and events-even yoga in the park. Love my YogaSix Land Park location! Joining has improved the quality of my life 150%, and have met so many nice people. Very welcoming community. Also lost 20 lbs since joining in early July, and it's all because of Yoga! Can't recommend this business enough, and am beyond grateful and happy to be a member. You won't regret it joining! 💪😊🙏

It's ok... it's great for people who love the cookie-cutter corporate yoga like CorePower and some of the classes are definitely a good workout. I think a couple of the instructors still need more training because they either cue things incorrectly or they are not demonstrating the poses right. I just took a Y6 Hot class and the instructor cued Tree Pose, however, she had her foot resting on her knee. This is a big no-no in any yoga class since it creates unnecessary pressure and can cause instability/injury. Others in the class were doing it as well and no assists were being spoken or made to correct it. I also don't love that every single Y6 Hot class is the same flow - yes, we get the chance to modify but it gets boring. I know some people really love that it's structured like this though.
I also dislike the fact that they stripped yoga down to simply the asana/poses. No dharma whatsoever, which I feel is such an integral part of yoga. One of the instructors mentioned they weren't allowed to do any dharma, which is a little odd to me but it must be a franchise thing. I love yoga - I've gone through teacher trainings and have been practicing for years. I was excited to have something open up near my house but I'm going back and forth on keeping my membership since it's merely out of convenience at this point.
I'd love it if they added more Y6 Power classes during lunch time! Other than the reasons above, the space is nice and everyone is friendly. There might need to be a sign to remind people to wash their feet before coming in because I have practiced behind some dirty stinky feet recently, LOL.

My husband and I signed up for three free classes and I’m glad we tried it because it helped me decide not to proceed with this business. The first class went well. I liked the instructor and their pace, but the room felt really crowded (it was a free class session).

We were unable to experience the second class as we were late (by a minute, yes I checked my watch). My husband and I were scolded by the receptionist for being late, even though we did not argue or say anything (not that we had a chance), she kept on going on why we couldn’t go in. I was so surprised by her tone and attitude she proceeded to explain all the reason why we couldn’t enter and why we should be on time. Interesting enough we were late (by one minute) because we had to return home for our mats since we didn’t want to pay a rental fee. Additionally, I didn’t realize it would be a big deal to be a minute late as in the first class we attended, people were still settling in a couple minutes after the session started.

After being scolded at the second session, I cancelled my third free class and do not plan to return. Being late (by a minute) to not pay a mat rental fee and then being scolded counts as two big reasons not to join.

Great classes. They just opened this week, and each class I've taken so far (3) has been well led by the instructor. It's only going to get better as the routines get set in place.
