Tried out yoga a few times in the past, at other places, and it just didn't click. Decided to give it another shot, at this studio, and after my first class with Nicole, I was like "this is it." Since then, taking classes from Ippo, Andrea, Yasmine, Diana, and Nicole is mainly how I've been using my membership. Seriously...I really tried...to not write another rhyme...but unfortunately...once again...it looks like I slipped ¯\_(ツ)\_/¯

Yoga Six North Carlsbad has excellent instructors and classes for all needs. Highly recommend taking some private classes with Nicole to “set your intentions” and figure out what you need to best support your yoga practice. Slow Flow is a great workout-don't let the name fool you!

I really want to say how special the Y6 – North Carlsbad studio is and how much it means to me! First of all, they have a great schedule with many classes each day to choose from, which gives so much flexibility to my days. The classes are taught by highly skilled leaders that are engaging, sensitive to each student’s challenges and capabilities, which makes each and every class a pleasure to attend. In addition, the people at the front are always friendly with a warm welcome whether you have been there for a long time or if it is a first time. I have been to yoga studios in many cities across the country and to me, this studio stands out because of the true community that I feel there. I whole heartedly recommend this studio regardless of where you are on your Yoga journey!

For a corporate studio, Nicole and the teachers go out of their way to make each person feel welcomed and supported on their journey. I’ve made wonderful progress in my overall mental and physical awareness and strength. Yoga six is a great place to do yoga in the community, but if you are looking for a deeper, more spiritual studio, I would suggest attended their work shops.

I love this studio! All the classes are a little different giving variety. The instructors and staff are beyond nice! Always super clean studios/facility etc. They even offer free classes to the community and always have fun specials for friends and family. Plus, sound baths and teacher trainings. While it is a franchise, this particular studio feels like a local place.

Somewhat of a weird experience here. I showed up for a class I had a reservation for, but they told me I wasn’t on their list and suggested that maybe I “signed up for the wrong day or location” - even though I had a confirmed spot for the same day, location, and time - and showed them multiple times. The girl at the front desk and the instructor didn’t make any effort to help find a solution, and honestly, were pretty inhospitable overall. Initially, I wanted to see if there was any way I could cancel and re-sign up to still attend the class, but after being met with blank stares and insinuations that I couldn’t attend, I realized this probably wasn’t a place I’d want to come for relaxation. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this location.

I had an amazing experience taking the 200 hour YTT immersive program at this studio. I was considering several YTT programs but after visiting the studio I chose this program despite a longer commute. Nicole, the lead instructor, is experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate about yoga, and she created a nurturing environment for learning. The teachers and staff here are friendly and welcoming. There are also a nice variety of classes offered. I appreciated that the studio is clean and organized and had access to lockers and showers. Definitely consider this studio if you're looking for a place to deepen your personal practice or want to become a certified yoga teacher.

This studio welcomes everyone with open arms and a smile at the front desk! I had been trying to find a yoga studio after moving back to San Diego and not having practiced for many years, I was a little nervous to start practicing again but this studio offered a wide variety classes and experienced teachers to help me get back to my daily yoga practice. I even signed up for Yoga Teacher Training after 6 months of being a member and it was a wonderful experience to foster the growth of my personal practice and Nicole was an amazing teacher/leader/support system throughout the journey. I would highly recommend if you would like to enhance your personal practice or want to be a yoga teacher!
Facility is also incredibly clean and showers are wonderful if you need a rinse after a sweaty hot class! Studio overall has friendly staff and welcoming/warm energy!

I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at this studio I couldn't say more good things about the experience! The lead teacher, Nicole, is so knowledgeable and made the learning environment feel safe, while also challenging me to grow and push myself out of my comfort zone. This place is great! The staff was super friendly and made me and my friends feel welcomed as first timers to the studio. Hot yoga was HOT so be prepared to be shiny and sweatier than you may think you’ll get. Our instructor, Tiffany, was great. The flow was fun and her directions made it playful. We really enjoyed it. Super frustrated with the management and customer service here. Trying to get in contact with anyone to make changes to your membership is near impossible. I reached out for weeks through calls, texts, and even stopping by the studio to let them know I had to cancel my membership because I am getting back surgery. Once they finally responded they sent a link that did not work. I let them know and had to wait another day for them to correct the link. In the meantime they charged me another $159 for an additional month while I will be laying in a hospital bed. They refuse to help in any way. I have been a member of multiple Yoga Six studios as I moved around SD county and I would not recommend this studio. Very disappointed.

My biggest complaint is the lack of sculpt classes. Considering there are two studios there should be so many more classes (hot, sculpt…) throughout the day. Please consider more times and more sculpt classes!!

I was in a really low place from not working out during quarantine. I’m so grateful this location opened back up. Everyone that works there is super friendly and the room is adequately spaced out. I feel like I’m in a safe calming sanctuary every time I get to come in and practice. Highly recommend coming here to stretch and sweat and improve your body mind and spirit.

First timer! The class was so welcoming and flowed great! I feel so amazing and the staff was incredible, welcoming and answering all my first timer questions! They have a great week tryout period for ONLY $20.
