This studio is great, front desk and teachers are all way above the average LA studio. UPDATE: beware of owner(s)! I read reviews on different platforms about rudeness and have witnessed and experienced it first hand.
I hope the ownership recognizes the fundamental need to be kind and honest to staff and clientele alike; its the only way I see the studio succeeding in the future.

Excellent instructors. Helpful & polite staff at the desk to guide you. Pricing is reasonable and competitive. Clean and well kept place.
Choices of several classes, even for beginners. They are running some promotions, great time to start…don’t wait till New Year, get a head-start on your fitness, mobility and mindfulness journey.

They have excellent yoga instructors and enjoy the class: Larisa, Cathy, Ksenia, and Trisha are my favorites. However, I think the front office could be more welcoming.

Love the cleanliness of this studio and the front staff particularly Bridget is always on point. My favorite classes are Lariza’s hands down for yoga and sculpt. Trish and Ksenia are great too. Paula’s 6 am class is such a good way to start your day and Michael’s evening flow is good for advanced poses.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (0/10 if possible)
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years and have never had such an unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience as I did at YogaSix in Porter Ranch.
Earlier this week, Bridget from the studio kindly reached out to offer me a free class credit. She even helped sign me up over the phone and confirmed that my girlfriend could join with the $10 intro rate. Everything seemed clear and professional—until we arrived.
From the start, the owner, Usman, was abrasive, confrontational, and dismissive. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, he seemed intent on picking a fight. He repeatedly questioned whether it was my first class despite my clear explanation. He then insisted on a mandatory photo for “security,” which I complied with, and charged me $3 for a mat in a way that felt unnecessarily rude and condescending. I complied without resistance and simply said, "okay".
Prior to and after class, he hovered over me, repeatedly demanding how I planned to pay—despite my explaining multiple times that Bridget had confirmed the class credit. He questioned my relationship with her, implying she shouldn’t have honored the offer. At that point, the entire experience felt harassing and hostile.
I ultimately told him to remove my card on file because I would never be returning. He refused, saying he “didn’t have access,” which is concerning given was able to charge me for the $3 mat fee. On the call the next day, the staff told me he was the owner.
Yoga should be a safe, respectful, and uplifting practice. This was the complete opposite. I would strongly recommend avoiding this studio if you value professionalism, customer service, and a positive environment.

I have been a member at this YogaSix location since they opened more than 2 years ago, and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to do yoga. The place is always clean, and the staff and instructors are very friendly and warm. Some of the classes are very challenging, while others are more restorative, and a bunch in between. If you’re considering yoga, you should definitely check it out. I love this place!

As someone who lost their home in the Palisades Fire, I relocated to Eastern Simi Valley and was introduced to Yoga Six Porter Ranch by my friend. Starting with Restore classes, it has been a lifesaver for me! This place is so welcoming, with amazing teachers who are there to answer questions for beginners like me and encouragement through the journey. Every teacher has their style so a favorite for me may be different for others. Ksenia and Lariza are my faves in Sculpt & Flow and Slow Flow, with Trisha as my Restore savior! Michael is very thorough in his instruction with details a beginning yogi appreciates too. The studio is so well run, with a fantastic app for booking classes and learning about teachers and offerings. The sense of community is wonderful and the surrounding environment is so beautiful! Highly recommended for anyone who needs a reset or just a way to chill and stay in shape in a soothing environment!

The scammy place ever. Don’t practice here. The lack of accounting and communication on their part is wild and they will harass you when you leave the studio.
Endless calls to get you to come back.

Worst yoga studio ever! Bad Vibes here! Most people at the front desk are unfriendly- when you join they are great but canceling is a nightmare- they tell you 30 days notice - so I emailed them on May 12 - my membership renewal is on the 17th - so they charged me again - I understood that as they tell you that when you join - but then they took my money AGAIN on June 17 - then I call and the manager is looking at someone else’s membership and arguing with me that they have the right to charge me AGAIN because they need 30 days - even after she pulled up my account she still insists that my cancellation on May 12 warrants charging me on May 17 and yet again on June 17 - scammers here - don’t buy a membership and most of the classes they pack you in like a sardine!
Totally unprofessional owner and management!!

I've been coming here on and off since they opened and I absolutely love it. Everyone that works here is lovely and incredibly helpful! The community is welcoming. The space and studio are both kept immaculately clean. As far as classes go I've mostly stuck with slow flow and restores. My favorite instructors are Zenobia and Tom. Zenobias playlists are always 🔥 (insert fire emoji). I have a couple of injuries and they always help modify, which is super important for me. Highly recommend!

I’ve so far attended 4 classes of 3 varieties and seen a multitude of instructors. I can confidently say that each class has been warm and welcoming as well as a challenging and rewarding work out. I’ve enjoyed the classes but even more so the sense of community created by the team.

I have been doing yoga for a few years now and I really appreciate YogaSix. It offers a wide variety of classes and some of them are very challenging, and the instructors are phenomenal.
I am in my 60's and I'm so glad I found yoga. A few years ago I could barely touch my toes, but now my body feels 30 years younger.
Highly recommend this place.

Great location. The people that are complaining about the hidden fees, they just don’t read. Pretty straight forward, I like that they have my CC on file so I can pay for private sessions anytime I can. Great amenities as well.

Life changing! I have been a member since YogaSix opened and attend classes 4-5 times per week. Not only has it been good for my body but also my mental health. After the initial rush of opening, I find it easy to book classes and many times I can just show up and be added to the class. Fellow yogis are friendly and the instructors are welcoming and get to know you. Front desk mostly knows me by name and so it does feel like a second home. I just finished the restore class on Sunday evening and it was amazing. Kathy added some extra sounds and smells that make the class feel extra special and get your mind into a peaceful and floating state. An orthopedist once told me- do you want to prevent most sports injuries and fractures? Do stretching and YOGA everyday. I love investing in my health and mental health. Well worth it- thank you Yoga Six!

I love this studio! It really does feel like my second home. I've been a member for almost a year and happily celebrated my 250th class today! The instructors are all so knowledgeable and very caring. Everyone on staff is invested in getting to know you and they are always happy to help. Shout out to my husband for finding it!

I really like this place. I travel for work so I buy a pack of classes at a time and have been coming on and off for almost 2 years now.
The restore and 101 class are really relaxing. Power and Strength kick my buns in the best way. The teachers are all consistently good. Front desk staff are helpful and they worked with me when my pack of classes were set to expire and I hadn’t been home enough to use them in time.
I’ve brought friends here from out of town and they all enjoy it.
Book early, arrive early. Classes fill up.

I have been at Yoga 6 from the first month they were open , and I must say, it’s been an incredible experience. Even when I was nursing an injury and had to put my membership on hold due to surgery, the support I received was extraordinary. The instructors are not only skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive and understanding. They helped me modify my practice to accommodate my injury, which allowed me to continue my yoga journey without further harm.
The community at Yoga 6 is also something worth mentioning. It’s a warm and welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to be their best self. The positive energy is palpable, and it’s clear that this is a place where people come not just for the physical benefits of yoga but for the sense of belonging and connection.
Overall, my experience at Yoga 6 has been nothing short of amazing. Even in the face of challenges, the support and kindness I’ve encountered here have made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a supportive, inclusive, and uplifting yoga community.

I’m now a yogi. Joined last November and have been going regularly since. Classes are easy to book, and different levels of classes allow you to expand and try new poses. The hot room yoga has done wonders for my muscles. I highly recommend trying a class. 🙏

If I could leave zero stars I would. I joined the studio as a founding member, and like so many other reviews have stated it was incredibly difficult to book classes. I froze my membership and have now decided to cancel my membership since the studio was not a good fit for me. The issue with this studio is the owner and management. I signed up with the owner who was very nice since of course, he wanted my membership. However, canceling the membership was a complete nightmare!!!Emails requesting to cancel the membership were ignored several times. When I finally got a response they stated that although they require a 30
day notice which was given, their system requires me to pay one last month. It is clearly noted on the website that 30
days is what is required. I emailed the owner since he was so nice when I signed up, but guess what no response. I ended up having to dispute their charges with my credit card. So do yourself a favor and run… there are plenty of better studios in the area. Isn’t a yoga community supposed to be one of support and treating people well?

The studio was small and smelled bad. They don’t control the number of students so it always is packed and sometimes you touch each other in class. When you wanted to cancel, they put you on freeze and when you want to cancel again, they said you cannot cancel on freeze. They are really rude. This feels like a fraud.

A bit soulless. Front desk & teachers don’t make any effort to know you, ask if you’re new, your name...anything. They will hound you like hell to join and then not look up when you walk in to the studio, lol. The lights in the studio are ROUGH super bright and hurt my eyes. No community feel at all, overall it’s meh.

Beware Hidden Charges and Fees
I had a terrible experience with this yoga studio. Not only were they incredibly unprofessional, but their service was the worst I've ever encountered. To make matters worse, they charge a whopping $30 for a single class and require upfront payment. If you can't make it to a signed-up class, be prepared to fork over an additional $15. This place is a rip-off, and I would advise anyone to steer clear of it.

Yoga teachers are great! I really wanted to like this place, however they charge you $15 for every missed class (and if your someone like me who forgets to sign in and then is embarrassed after having to call and get it refunded multiple times you just decide to go somewhere else) and not only is it a 2 month minimum, but a 30 day notice in written writing to cancel. So when you contact them to cancel they will still charge you another whole month, $170, which you will not use because clearly you called to cancel? Who cancels classes a month in advance?

Life Changing! Thank you so much YogaSix - Porter Ranch for improving my quality of life. After a series of events including having my 3rd child to getting rear-ended, that led to constant lower back pain, I tried EVERYTHING from going to a chiropractor, acupuncture, massage, and physical therapy and nothing helped... until I started YogaSix! Right before taking my first class, I was prescribed daily painkillers which I refused to take as I'm well aware of the adverse side effects it can cause. I took my first class at YogaSix on March 31st and have been going 4-5 times a week since then. My back pain is GONE... plus it's literally become my daily dose of therapy in more ways than one... physically, mentally, and spiritually. I truly think I'll never stop. I feel great... much more flexible, toned, and I feel like I can tackle any stresses that come up in life.
The studio offers a variety of classes which are all great, but I normally do a weekly combination of Hot, Power, and Sculpt & Flow. The reception staff is so nice, the studio is clean, and the instructors I've had so far who are Jeri, Lariza, and Hector have been amazing. Highly recommend!
