Yoga Six has truly changed my life — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Every class is filled with so much positive energy, encouragement, and mindfulness. The trainers are absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, caring, and inspiring. The environment is friendly and welcoming, and the community feels like family. I always leave class feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected. Grateful to be part of such an uplifting space!

I wanted to love this studio as they are close to my house. I guess, I have to go to Los Gatos to Campbell instead of this place, which does not care to collect feedback or acknowledge issues.
1) They only have heated classes, which unfortunately trigger my rosacea and can trigger micro-stretches.
2) A big red flag is that they don't focus on preventing injuries, which are more likely with a heated yoga space. I sprained my knee when doing restorative yoga (teacher V.) when she offered aggressive stretching poses. The knee is still healing 3 weeks after this event. Also they have hard floors, and don't offer knee pads, so I had to bring my own.
3) This is not a studio where they help with adjustments or have any interest in clients' needs. The instructor does not ask in the beginning of the class for any input, so that the class can bring up their issues (e.g. knees or lower back). With such small-sized classes ine would think that they would be able to be more engaged with the clients.
4) This studie feels corporate and they are not interested in chit-chat with clients to know them better. It's a miss as I assume most people will be local, and they miss an opportunity to build a relationship. Their support team (when I asked to cancel due to the knee injury) is just passive-aggressive, I have never imagined someone can have that unprofessional approach in their client communication, when they are in the wrong.
5) I had to proactively reach out to ask the to correct issues with billing. They overcharged me 2x with the recurring billing setup. One would expect that billing is handled in a sensible and accurate way, and does not rely on the client to proactively review and flag.
All in all, I wish this wonderful location had a different studio, something less corporate with staff who ate true yoga enthusiasts, and that would offer a community feel.

I was offered a district level membership to the studios at Saratoga, Campbell and Cupertino when CycleBar Los Gatos closed unexpectedly. I loved the variety of classes offered - sculpt, power, slow flow, yin, especially the EDM signature hot on Saturdays! The staff there is also very friendly :)

Bad experience. Your credit card get charged without proper notice for your reschedule the class. They have an unreasonable reschedule policy but never tell you when you sign the 10class package purchase. My card get extra charges without proper notice. Stay away from this store.

The company needs to reconsider its approach to cold spamming its prospective customers. Despite my previous concerns expressed to them, I continue to receive an overwhelming number of text and email messages.

This is a long overdue review as I have been practicing regularly here for just over a year. The studio is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve taken most of the different classes and really enjoy what each class and instructor have to offer. I definitely feel like I’m missing something and feel less grounded if I skip more than two classes. Love it here!

My go to for Relaxation and calming. I have been going to yogasix for just about a year now and especially a fan of their Restore and Slow Flow classes. I find Restore to be perfect for deep relaxation and easing tension, while Slow Flow offers a mindful, accessible practice. The instructors are great, the studios are clean, and the little touches like aromatherapy towels are a bonus. Very grateful to have found this studio and took a chance to join. Highly recommend!

Nice variety of classes very close to home. Great addition to Downtown Saratoga. I regularly attend the hot, active restore and sculpt/flow classes 3 times a week and I have benefited tremendously

I also appreciate how clean and well maintained the facility is. With a variety of classes offered, there is something for everyone, whether you’re just starting out or have been practicing for years. Friendly studio. I enjoy practicing here. The teachers are great. They provide different routines and keeps it challenging for all levels. If I had to give any feedback it would be more heated classes please 😉

Love the ambience, teachers. Friendly and welcoming. Something for all levels
However, had a bad experience with a broken piece of glass in the studio which left me hurt for a bit and discouraged me from attending the class again.

I joined Yogasix initially with the intent of finding a gentler workout routine and for having greater accountability than when trying to keep active on my own.
I signed up after a trial class thinking I’d give it a good month’s try before committing to more. I began with 1-2 classes a week max, due to soreness from getting back into exercise again, but soon found myself increasing to multiple days in a row - something that I did not envision as possible when first starting!
I love this location, and have also attended classes at the Campbell location. There are many different class styles depending on how you’re feeling and what your body needs. I love pairing restore classes for more stretching and relaxation in between or following more intensive classes, like power or sculpt and flow.
I’ve had chronic pain from various injuries and was worried that yoga may exacerbate my pain. Surprisingly, the heat has been so comforting and healing for my body. I appreciate that the teachers are very engaged and aware of their students and offer many cues and variations for keeping you safe from harm and in tune with your body.
Yogasix has quickly become a second home as I’ve met and become friends with many of their staff and members. The owner, Ajnavi, and the y6 teachers are all really great and friendly people, and have been so welcoming and generous in sharing their knowledge to where I am always learning something new and having so much fun. Some favorite teachers include Alyssa, Zareen, Jenna, Jennifer, Flor, Mirit, Mariam, Sylvia, Ritu, and Kat between this location and the Campbell studio.
While I do not have many experiences at other yoga studios, something I appreciate about Yogasix’s ambience is that it’s geared towards all of your senses, from calming (or motivating) lighting and music, soothing heat, joint-friendly flooring, and natural scents (mint essential oil for their cool towels) that get you out of your head, breathing deeply, and feeling good in your body.
Thank you y6. Happy to have found you and to be here!

I took my first class today and loved it. It was a flow/sculpt class and I got a terrific workout. Alyssa was a wonderful instructor and the Yoga6 studio is really great. I like the combination of lights, music, scents and of course the yoga practice.
