Andrei, instructor, was phenomenal!
This is my first class and it was so good. I attended the Sculpt & Flow. I'm very new to yoga but it was the pace I like. Not too slow.
After class was done, he passed out cold scented towel. It was so so refreshing after the sweaty workout.
There is special oxygenated drinking water—Flowater dispenser.
There are lockers to put your stuff outside of the class.
Bring:
- yoga mat or else you’ll have to rent it.
- water
- sweat towel
- nonslip yoga towel (optional)
Most of the time depending on the class, the room is between 85-104 degrees Fahrenheit, I believe....but you can ask the instructor.
There are weights and blocks and other yoga equipment in the door inside the classroom.
There are different types of yoga classes you can attend with different exercises.
There is plenty of parking in the parking garage or there is very limited...4 car parking on the side of the road.

Donna always has amazing sculpt and flow sessions. I love how we start off with a yoga flow and then getting into weight training. She also incorporates a good a variety of upper/lower body and I feel like I’m learning something new in each class. Her energy is always encouraging, positive, and welcoming. I look forward to her class each week!

First yoga studio I’ve been to, but it’s been a great experience. I’m this least flexible person that I know and I started with the hot yoga and it was challenging, but not too difficult even for a first time to yoga. The room is a balmy 108ish and I’ve been to two sessions with Elisei (El-es-ay) and I already feel looser, my posture has improved and I’m looking forward to more sessions. I opted for the prepay for 10 sessions and the sales people weren’t too pushy.
There are some nice touches like cooling towels with eucalyptus oil, blocks, mats and a water filler if you run out or need to top off.
On the Yoga 6 app it lists classes, times, description and instructor. If you’re curious about yoga, a good place to get your feet wet.

I love the amenities that come with the classes that are already great. You've got essential oil-infused towels, the people who work here are super nice and very accommodating, and they offer mats and towels in case I forget (which has happened lol). I love coming here and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good workout routine addition.

I started to join Yoga Six studio in Yorba Linda this April, 2021 when I was a complete beginner to Yoga at that time without any fitness experience and muscle tones. After two months of taking the classes, I have improved myself a lot in my muscle tones and physical endurance level. I can do Sculpt Yoga and Power Yoga now. Thanks to the teachers in Y6 Yorba Linda, they are very professional, passionate, and skilled. I especially like to recommend the teacher Walter Hsiao. He is a super experienced teacher with abundant fitness knowledges, he knows how to improve the students from different levels and most importantly he knows how to prepare his students to learn from lower level up to higher levels during his teaching. He is a passionate and responsible teacher and he behaves like he cares for all his students. He is also very kind to prepare beautiful music to bring to the Yoga classes. Now, Yoga Six becomes a pleasant place for me to go whenever I want to energize myself or to relax.

Y6 Yoga, whether you are new to the practice, or slightly more seasoned, the instructors lay out a solid foundation that is sustainable. Walter's classes are the best because his knowledge and expertise are evident in his devotion to making Yoga an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

This was only my 3rd Yoga class anywhere, first here. I had heard great things about the instructor so I went to her Y6 Power class. The studio was very inviting from the outside and the people at the desk welcomed me like I was a guest in their home.
The session itself was fantastic! The studio uses last lights and music to create a unique environment that enhances the experience. The instructor introduced herself to me before class, and to everyone else she did not know. She talked us smoothly through all the poses - I felt like I knew what I was doing! The shavasana (relaxation pose at the end) made it all worthwhile.
Everyone ought to try Yoga. YogaSix has been my favorite studio, and from the # of regulars in class, it must be good for them as well as novice yogis.
