I really enjoyed practicing here for the years when it was open. They had some of the more advanced yoga teachers in the Bay Area here. Unfortunately, YogaWorks had to declare chapter 11 bankruptcy due to the pandemic and they closed all physical locations. I walked by the Palo Alto location yesterday just to see what was going on and the studio is empty and there is an "available for lease" sign up. I was kind of hoping that they would come out of the pandemic and change their mind and re-open the in-person studios. :(

This review is primarily for Jade Xiao who teaches on Saturdays.
I came to Yogaworks after taking pilates classes with Jade Xiao at other locations in Palo Alto for over 6 months.
When I first met Jade, I could not touch my toes, had zero balance, and struggled to lift my leg to reach the ballet barre. Over 6 months I watched my body transform to a leaner, stronger, more flexible self thanks to Jade's instruction.
I've taken pilates classes before with other instructors. What distinguishes Jade is that she genuinely enjoys seeing the progress of her trainees. Her workouts are tough, no doubt, but she always provides modifiable options to appropriately challenge those at any level. Her workouts are fun, music is upbeat, and classes always changing and fresh.
I was so taken with Jade that I followed her to Yogaworks and have been impressed with the offerings there. In particular, have enjoyed TRX with Kristi and Jessica--tough workouts with instructors that are fun, warm, funny and friendly even for a novice like myself!

I really like the workouts at YogaWorks in Palo Alto. Each instructor has its own style and all classes are enjoyable.

Kirtan Smith is hands down the best yoga teacher I have ever had. Unfortunately other instructors aren't as good.

My credit card was mis- charged 3 times though your system and I have to take time out to go to the Palo Alto shop to fix it. After half an hour waiting the store manager helped me to cancel the wrong charges and my memebership, but said it wasnβt Yoga works fault and she only helped out.
It is your fault if I give you my credit card and youβre charging it without me knowing!!! Crazy business!!!

Staff there are amazing, they run classes All the time. If you happen to work or live in the area it's a great place to go to.
With these guys you sign up for a membership, pay the monthly fee, and you can head in for whichever classes you like. Its not a bad deal, and its a decent location. Just remember that morning classes are easier due to shortage of parking in PA during the day.
