One of the best gyms in NorCal. Been trying to find a gym like Training Zone since moving and it's impossible. The gym goers and owners made the gym environment one that isn't overly pretentious & simply bout working out. I haven't found a gym yet that has equipment like Training Zone plus isn't heavily cardio machine driven either.
And the dry/wet sauna is amazing especially for relieving aches and pains. Whenever I visit my hometown I stop by this gym to get a good workout in.

Update! Still love this gym even at their new location! Great staff! They have so many classes, tons of equipment and lots of little corners and crevices you can go and hide if you like to do your own thing at the gym without feeling like everyone is staring at you! Lol

Love this gym and appreciate the size of the facility and variety of the machines. Love that there's a women's only section and lots of classes. It's very clean and the staff are awesome! Love that I can tan if I choose to. It would be cool if there was a pool or spa but the location probably wouldn't work for that. My ONLY complaint is the kids zone hours. Our main reason for joining was the daycare but really really wish they had longer hours throughout the day. It's very limited and doesn't always work for our schedule. When we can go with the kids they love playing in the kids zone! Hopefully they will add more hours in the future.

Gym was super nice, probably the best in town. But I'm stuck in paying a 82$ fee for nothing? When I first signed up I canceled the same day. The worker told me that would work and only charge me for one month. I am not going to pay this fee for nothing.

I knew it would happen sooner or later. I've been going to the Marysville Savemart for 15 years. And I knew that when Training Zone moved into that complex it would end up being a problem. And it finally happened. One of your clients was carrying a weight down the middle of the street behind the stores. It's a street, not a training track. And the others that were with him were off to the side of the road, but he was right in the middle. I waited for him to turn around and see me and move out of the way. He turned around alright. Then he started yelling at me about something. I tried calling your number, but the line was busy. Nice. I shouldn't have to worry about driving to the store and getting rash of grief from any of your clients. Talk to them.

I do have to say I absolutely love this place. I have been to all of the other gyms in the area and during Corona they were the only one open. Honestly I really got to know everybody there and it is just a family type atmosphere.

When I don't show up people ask me where I am and why I haven't been there. There's not many places you find that kind of accountability.

I still love this gym and I still appreciate the family atmosphere and environment. Whatever your goals are, wherever you're trying to succeed, they will help you in any way possible. Whether it's the staff member or just another member!

I haven't been to a gym in a veryomh time. They were offering a special at my work to join and I honestly haven't been feeling the greatest. I love dance and have been going every day since last Saturday. The instructors are amazing! I have taken Zumba, Yoga, Hip Hop and Body Bump each workout has been challenging but fun. I even had a team member of theirs call me to checking and I think that is a great touch and hope they continue it. Definitely try the free trial they offer, you can only get better from where you are right now

I'm glad this old building was finally turned into something. But this gym has a ghetto vibe. I've since moved out of the depressing town of Marysville, thankfully. Every day I'd go to this gym they played rap music. I couldn't stand it. And the members of this gym mostly seemed like gangster chicano types that ruined the feeling. Also the gym took way too long to get the cold plunge and hot tub running - not sure if it's even up yet. Also I'm not a fan of how there's a "woman zone". There's equipment in there that I could use but I can't go in there without getting weird looks or being socially shamed. The whole gym needs to be accessible to everyone, not just one gender

My husband and I really like this gym and have been members for years. They just relocated and are now next door to SaveMart. Lots of cardio machines, benches, weights, something for everybody. I enjoy the Zumba classes and the Les Mills Body Pump class. I appreciate the sanitizing wipes and feel they do a good job of keeping the gym clean. Friendly staff.

I had gone here for 2 years, and it has declined. Of course, the obvious parking issues are only a small part of it. Besides the gym being too crowded and cluttered. The customer service is really poor, and the female workers, especially at the front, get snippy with people. When I confronted a worker about wanting to cancel due to the customer service and the amount I paid for this gym. The lady got snippy with me at the desk. We definitely won't be coming back or renewing.

Been a member of the Training Zone for several years and just got my first workout in at the new spot. I loved the charm and character of the D street location, but this is definitely an upgrade. I don’t know how anyone can leave this gym a poor review. Sure parking sucks sometimes but that’s life. Staff is always friendly, there is rarely equipment out of service, and it’s such a motivating gym. Lots of variety, love the different room options. Lastly, Deana in kids club treats all of our kids as family, she is always so happy and talks to everyone like life long friends.

I like this gym because it was open 24 hours and offers a great boxing class taught by Shannon. However, it wasn't enough for me to keep my membership. I utilized the women's area and the upstairs cardio room, however the machines were regularly not working in the women's area and TZ removed everything except for ellipticals from the upstairs cardio. They now only have enough 3 stair machines which are regularly full and unavailable. I had to request access to one of the workout room regularly, which grew tiresome. I also would have liked a training circuit to provide guidance and timing.

Open 24 hours throughout the week with only marginally limited hours on the weekends, wide variety of classes, owner is very active and invested in the gym, a large variety of equipment (including a quieter area for cardio). The one downside is that, during the evening hours when the martial arts studio that is located inside the gym has their children's classes, there can be obnoxious children running around unchecked by their parents.
