Love taking classes at Yubalance! All instructors are great and super supportive throughout class. You will feel very welcomed here. :) many different time slots to choose from and good variety of classes too. Reasonable pricing also for unlimited membership.

This is a wonderful establishment. They have extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. You can see the dedication they have to their clients! It saddens me that they are being harassed by some deranged weirdos that have nothing better to do with their time than wear a mask and patronize a local small business. I've noticed this creep does this to small businesses all over California. These reviews have absolutely nothing to do with this amazing studio. Google should put a stop to this attack on small business owners who have put blood, sweat, and tears into making this dream come true for both their family and clients!

I love this studio! The unlimited membership is definitely worth it. The trainers are super engaging and have great music to pump you up and distract you from the pain lol. I also appreciate the small class sizes so the trainers actually get to check your form and answer questions. I recommend this over Orangetheory for muscle building and functional strength workouts (and just for the vibes too).

Today I went to my first YuBalance class (Ball Method) with Stefania. Stefania was really kind and encouraging and had great tips for me. I've done a few Peloton classes but not much else, so it was really helpful to have her give tips to me on my form while I was working out. I learned a lot, had fun feeling like I was more connected with my neighborhood, and will be coming back :)

I go to Yubalance 4x/week and love it! The instructors are great and the classes are challenging. It's all strength/HiiT but still good variety. Definitely recommend!

This is a great neighborhood studio and the instructors are so helpful! The classes are no more than 10 people so you really get some great personal instruction and feedback. They have a variety of classes at different times and the music is fun! Everyone is very kind and welcoming- this is not a pretentious studio!

This place is THE BEST. Friendly neighborhood fitness studio that makes it fun to work out. Great trainers, relaxed, no-judgements environment but effective sessions that keep me mentally and physically strong, even now. YuBalance has been there for clients this whole time, which is amazing. So grateful to have found this enduring gem.

I've had the pleasure to go to 4 different class types thus far, and am big fans of all of them. I met Rory at two of the classes, and he's a great guy & trainer. One of the unique things about YuBalance is that they usually make time for stretching / foam rolling in class. This is huge for me as I usually don't end up doing enough maintenance after classes.

Here are my thoughts on the classes I've tried so far:
1) YuSweat - This one is non-stop four-minute intervals of two exercises each. It lives up to its name, giving you a good amount of strength training while making you sweat & leaving time for foam rolling at the end.
2) YuStretch - Never been to a class like this, but loved going through 45 minutes of taking care of my body with the foam roller & lacrosse ball.
3) Body Sculpt - This is one of the better ones for beginners. There are 4 stations, and we do each one four times before switching to a new set of four exercises.
4) YuPower - Similar to YuSweat, this one was pretty fast-paced, and definitely got a great leg & ab workout.

Overall, I'm thrilled that YuBalance opened up so close to me. I can't wait as they extend their class schedule, and add in things like a bootcamp for runners.
