I have never had a personal trainer and was a little skeptical going into one of their 8 session challenges. The experience was so awesome that I have signed up for training three days a week. It has only been a couple months and others have already noticed an improvement. I have lost weight and my shape is changing for the better. Gabriel is really tuned into his client base and pushes us to reach a little further than we would on our own. Z Fit has created a welcoming community of people that push you to be better--not just in the gym but outside the gym with nutrition and attitude. I highly recommend Z Fit to anyone who wants to get started or who wants to get to that next level of fitness, and wants to get it done the right way. Gabriel does a great job of explaining things and is patient when I'm doing things I have never done before. Overall it has been awesome. Get started. The only thing stopping you is you.

IF I COULD GIVE MORE STARS I WOULD!!!!

I started this fitness journey with complete faith and confidence in Gabriel’s ability to train me to reach my goals after reading a few reviews of his. I can confidently say he did exactly that. I have had many different trainers and as amazing as they were, Gabriel figured out what I needed and was able to bring me to where I needed to be one workout at a time. Not only were his workout programs specific to what I needed, they were tailored with great care and attention to rebuild my endurance and strength after a very long break from working out.

Gabriel is very much committed to his clients and their goals and I fully recommend him to anyone looking to either start, restart, or improve their fitness game. The level of attention and detail that Gabriel provides is something that is truly rare in the fitness industry. For me, making that first step back into the gym was extremely difficult due to how long it had been for me and the experiences I had in the past that were not ideal but Gabriel reassured me every step of the way and together we were able to rebuild my perspective of the gym.

Gabriel is always there for his clients, not only in the gym but also outside of the gym with the nutrition app as well as his very own app. Both are essential to guiding the journey to the results you are looking for. It requires commitment, dedication, and most importantly active participation to his guide. Gabriel is an expert in what he does and has an incredible passion for his clients. Gabriel, thank you for giving me my life back and encouraging me to commit even when things were not going so well on the personal side for me. I am forever grateful to have him as a personal trainer and I can’t recommend him enough to anyone and everyone.

He understands your goals and will spend the time he needs to get you there, all YOU as the client have to do is commit and show up. I have always had a love/hate relationship with the gym and the gym culture of today but I can CONFIDENTLY say Gabriel is the difference and the example I needed to restore my faith and perspective of the gym.

The community Z Fit has is one that I very much appreciate and cherish to the fullest extent. This past weekend we did a hike in Newport Beach, it was my first time, and I can confidently say the people apart of the group are the most wonderful and down to earth people I have met and I very much look forward to the next hike.

I began training with Gabriel in Jan 2024 after having difficulty losing weight, with pain in my knees, hips & shoulder from side effects from an antibiotic in August 2023. It felt like my life and travel days as I knew them, were over.
Prematurely, I signed up for an active trip to Geeenland 2024, thinking I may have to forfeit.
It was on a business trip at the end of March that I realized with a smile, I had no pain or issues carrying my backpack suitcase & tote through the airport or putting it in the overhead bin. Wow!
Needless to say, I made the Greenland trip in July. Including a heavy duffle bag carried up and down planks from boats or up stairs. I was able to hike the terrain and climb.
Gabriel’s coaching style is always positive, making it simple to understand, he makes sessions challenging and ensures my form is proper to avoid further injury. He is reliable and prepared to start training with my preplanned exercises for that session.
I am grateful for Gabriel’s focus that helped me achieve my goals.
I am back! What seemed impossible to me a year ago, Gabriel made possible.

I have known Gabriel personally for many years and to see him in a professional light working with me has aided me in putting myself in the place I needed not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. I am a very busy soul with a demanding work schedule as an Engineering Project Manager with side investments that demand my time and energy (not to mention I’m planning a wedding with my fiancé), with that said, Z. Fit guided me with the online remote coaching platform option. I was surprised to the level of attention that I was receiving directly from my training and nutrition. His online videos and coaching are preferred (for me) because I get to do them around my schedule. I started ZFit in 2020 and can honestly say it has been the best decision ever! I have lost and continue maintain my weight, continue losing fat by building muscle and am a whole lot stronger than I've ever been! I started with an injured shoulder (a torn labrum and frozen shoulder) and haven't been able to do barbell back squats at all due to my limited range of motion; well I recently started doing them and am excited to build up my stregnth! ZFit has an excellent sense of community: they care about their members and want them to succeed! I highly recommend them as the are highly skilled and provide challenging, great workouts. Im a 43 year old jiu jitsu instructor, so I need my body to be in top shape so I can better do my job. I'm going to start off with my own story. I started working with Gabriel since September of 2023, I started off at 253lbs, discouraged and ashamed of how far I let my health go. I was extremely motivated to get started on a new chance of changing my own life and health, I lost 10lbs easy the first month but after that's when I continued to struggle with losing 2lbs and so on. It was and still is a very slow weightless journey. I've had personal trainers before and I knew myself that after 3 months I was going to start to give up, I let Gabriel know that since the beginning. we started off with not only working out in the gym but also him having the ability to access my MyFitnessPal and monitor my food intake as long as I was documenting it. After about 6 months I stopped using the app as I've learned to acknowledge better choices on my own. my food intake is not perfect, but it is a hell of a lot better from when I first started this journey. Gabriel set goals for me to reach because I wanted to look really good for a wedding, however, little did I know that was going to really affect my mental health and self-worth as the scale wouldn't drop, no matter how much effort I had put in and i started to be discouraged and again wanting to quit. We put away the goal sheet and lessen the number of times I weighed in, we continued to focus on the workouts and food intake. It was starting to become exhausting to always think about my weight and food, as I still continue to struggle with binge eating. This year has not been easy, but one year later I am currently down to 212lbs. I thank Gabriel for not giving up on me and continuing to push me despite me complaining of the workouts. we both has seen progress in my performance and weight change. I praise him for having to deal with all my mood swings and emotions. He continues to challenge me, even when I don't want it, but I know I need it. His other clients have also been so amazing and encouraging in this journey too. Finding the right trainer is hard but I'm thankful that I found you to help me though this challenging time and continue to motivate me to be my very best.

Gabriel is an amazing trainer. His knowledge of strength training and nutrition go hand in hand to helping me reach my goal. He is a walking example of fitness…his quads pop just standing up.

As we begin with the new year, I would like to encourage anyone that has been thinking about working out again to go for it. Before I started with Gabriel I had other personal trainers yet I somehow found to not get what I was looking for. I was on and off with training I didn’t have a plan so I lack motivation and confidence in the gym. I was looking for guidance and knowledge of training and food. I started this 21 day nutrition program with Gabriel and it was so informative. I wanted to see what changes I could make in my diet that would impact my health and gain information on my nutrition. I had never worked with a nutritionist before so I was interested in seeing what this would do. Gabriel is extremely patient and understanding. I had situations where I would get overwhelmed with how busy I was and he was quick to check in and let me know that it’s okay. He was so supportive and provided feedback regularly. With 21 days of tracking my meals and making changes based on the feedback Gabriel would provide, I lost a total of 12 pounds. It would be a little difficult to track my meals daily but he would remind me that I could do it and it was really to provide feedback and not judge.

If you are on the fence for training, I would say just do it! Especially with someone as patient and kind as Gabriel, he gives you the motivation to push through and see results without feeling overwhelmed or lost, and that’s the best feeling ever. I did the bare minimum and even then, his advice and guidance really made a difference for me. I highly suggest training and starting with Gabriel, you won’t regret it!

A little over a month ago, I decided that I needed to make a change in my workout routine. It is getting me stronger and it’s giving me a lot of energy and it’s made me more confident.

Gabe has been absolutely amazing at helping me!
