Great location and an even better instructor! I once trained with Katie—my very first Pilates session—and it was such a blast. Highly recommend!

I was visiting my son and went with his girlfriend as a guest. Katie (owner) was great! It was my first time doing Pilates and Katie was great making sure my form was correct. It was fun! Definitely recommend this studio!

First time going here. Super kind instructor. Very informative, and although the wrong class was taken, our instructor Christy was super patient, and informed us how to do all the techniques and form properly.

I just took a class here taught by Katie Nguyen, it was challenging yet fun at the same time. Studio is very clean and modern looking, overall awesome Pilates!

They just opened, and I feel really lucky to have started my Pilates ventures at the same time. The founders deal special is a great value, and now I'm going about three times a week.

I was admittedly a little nervous to join. I'm a dude, and just wasn't sure if I would hurt the vibe. But honestly, everyone here is super kind and helpful. I have a herniated disc, and am looking to improve my core, stability, hips, and general balance. I honestly feel great after every session. It's all very humbling in the best way. And I find the sessions the perfect way to start the day and lead into my weightlifting routine.

The studio itself is pretty small, 9 reformers I believe? I like that personally. You book classes through the mindbody app, and it's all very seamless. It even integrates with my calendar, making it super easy to keep track of your classes. I find booking a few days in advance is the way to go, or you risk the class being filled.

I've done four different class types, and I feel like they mix it up every time. I was worried it would be the same class every time, but nope.

The studio is clean, lighting is nice, and the temperature is perfect (at least in the morning when I go).

I love it basically.

I’ve been going to Pilates for about a year now and when traveling to Anaheim for Disney I found this place. The gals teaching are really great knowledgeable instructors who give gentle corrections. The place is new, very clean, and I love the vibe / decorations. Definitely recommend and I wish this was my local gym (don’t tell them that! 😱) thanks for a great class!!

My first class here was booked via ClassPass (UPPER Power—core and arms focused). You can tell the owner cares about this place, and the staff are really friendly. Mirrors are strategically positioned so you can easily see your form, and the space is very clean. It’s a refreshing and welcoming change in comparison to major Pilates chains like CP. I recommend this place to those in Orange County.
