I’ve known the owner, Ellie, for years, and she is an amazing and incredibly talented person. As a personal trainer, she is highly knowledgeable and skilled in her field.
I suffer from knee osteoarthritis, which causes severe pain and limits my ability to perform certain movements. Before working with Ellie, I relied heavily on pain meds, and no other therapies provided much relief. Ellie recommended specific techniques and I noticed a significant improvement in less than a week! Now, my knees feel soooo much better—I can climb stairs and bend them without excruciating pain.
I highly recommend Ellie as a personal trainer. Her extensive professional knowledge and ability to develop personalized solutions make her exceptional.

Great trainer! Ellie is so patient and understanding but also such a good grannies through and through. I feel comfortable enough to tell her that I can lift heavy but also give up when it’s too hard. Definitely recommend!! Plus her classes are reasonable priced and she also offer student pricing.

I trained with Ellie recently and loved the sessions. She’s encouraging and always gives the “why.” I’ve worked with other trainers but never received as good of an explanation as Ellie gave me. The sessions were challenging and informative. I’ve trained for a long time for personal and professional development and used to pushing myself to failure; however, Ellie’s method/style of training is intentional, thoughtful, and effective. In the one month of working with Ellie, I’ve managed to improve fitness metrics, such as taking of 10 seconds from my sprint and run time and lifting heavier weights! Big thank you to you, Ellie!!

Muscle strengthening is what I had been looking for to prevent injury. I achieved more than what I expected. It also helped in reducing my weight so that is even a plus point. About a month and a half ago, my sister and I decided to start the two on one training program at Zenshin. We were looking for a way to lose weight in a fun, but more of a private setting, and after visiting Zenshin in person and doing the initial assesment, we decided this fit the bill! We are complete beginners, and Ellie has been super patient and explains how to do every exercise very thoroughly! Although we have a paired program, we each get the attention we need and modifications necessary to complete the workout, and she is always challenging and encouraging us throughout the sessions! I've never been a huge fan of fitness, but I find each session enjoyable and even look forward to leveling up in our training!

I've been coming here for a little over a month now and can confidently say that Ellie is a wonderful personal trainer! Both me and my sister signed up a bit scared of how things would go, but in the end there was no need to worry. Even as total beginners, we have improved so much and Ellie has been there every step of the way. She's incredibly nice and patient with us when it comes to learning new exercises and her gym is always clean, bonus points come with the fact that it smells nice as well. Just finished a session at Zenshin Fitness Personal Training and have to admit I am impressed. If you are looking to get back in shape, or boost your fitness routine, this is the place to do it. Zenshin is a very low key, clean and well lit space with a comfortable vibe, that offers one on one fitness training by a talented and knowledgeable coach. A perfect space… not overwhelming, but packed with all of the essential equipment you need to get a good workout. I would definitely recommend taking a look at this cheerful and conveniently located new spot. Sessions are easily scheduled with the app, and communication with the coach is so easy. I am really happy my husband and I gave this new fitness spot a try!

Ms Ellie has been working with me as my personal trainer for several years. She is very attentive to what I need to stay in shape. When I first started I was grossly out of shape, I thought I would not make it through my first session. Ellie is the best! I’m a. 81 yr old woman who needs to work on core strength, balance, and over all fitness.
