Zonnie Is a great Pilates instructor. She is imaginative and intuitive and creative. She really understands the body and what causes ailments.
Her new location is all Zonnie. It's her and handpicked other Pilates teachers and is fantastic.

I started working with Zonnie for a specific ankle issue, and because I wanted to increase my whole-body strength. Three months in and I am significantly stronger! Zonnie works in an intentional, utterly professional and personable way with me. I love going to Pilates now! Every session is bespoke; she doesn’t subscribe to “one fit for all” at all. In the last few months my strength has increased substantially. I highly recommend you visit her studio for an initial consultation and class, for a full body evaluation. It’s included in the first session, and she identified very specific spots I need to work on. It set the tone for my journey to strength and confidence, and I am reaching my goals with her help and guidance in every session. I can’t recommend her enough; her kind of dedication and knowledge is very hard to find. She is a pleasure to work with.

Zonnie is an incredible teacher and trainer. Her attentiveness and knowledge far exceed any Pilates instructor I have worked with. I had pain in my lower back on a daily basis that subsided after a short while with Zonnie. She tailors the workout to your specific needs and provides corrections that often seem small but targets the correct muscle. The vibe of the studio is great - clean, organized, and well-spaced out. And parking is easy and free!

I met Zonnie in autumn of 2022. I’m also a Pilates teacher (since 2012). I’ve taken a few private lessons with Zonnie , and gained so much from her . She has such a wealth of experience that comes not just from her Pilates background but from her successful dance career background . When I was struggling with nerve pain, she dedicated an entire session to helping me release nerve blocks . She’s super aware and has such a sharp eye that even without you needing to explain what’s wrong, she’ll see it (possibly even before you have recognized the problem) and the workouts she gives you address all of those needs your particular body has . I really respect Zonnie as a teacher because she goes above and beyond for her people. When I was hired by her to sub for her clients when she was out of town, she was meticulous about ensuring their every need was met, and I was fully informed on each of their specific needs and workout regimens ahead of time. Highly recommend Zonnie for quality Pilates training in Montrose . With Zonnie, you really matter . I loved working with her and I think you will too!

Zonnie really is amazing! I've been going to Zonnie for over a year now and not only has she helped me recover from multiple injuries but she is now helping me correct my posture and tone my body. Every session with Zonnie is completely customized to fit my long-term goals as well as my immediate needs. Somedays I want to focus on mobility, other days I want to focus on strength and she knows just what exercises to guide me through so I leave the studio feeling amazing and one step closer to my fitness goals.

Simply the BEST! Zonnie is not only a master at pilates, but she is so personable and takes you at the right gradient so that you don't overdo it. Each week you find yourself getting stronger and more flexible. She can work with anyone, from athletes to senior citizens. I highly recommend!

I started out doing Pilates mat classes with Zonnie a couple of years ago. These were great but recently I got to do a series of private lessons with her on the equipment and that was a whole new world of awareness of my body! From her analysis of my posture and through my series of classes, Zonnie was beautifully competent and focused on helping me repair and strengthen what I need to to increase my activity level and thrive. My body awareness is so up and my posture is improving and aches and pains I didn't know I had have gone away through Zonnie's training and repositioning of my body. She is a master and I recommend her highly to everyone.

Zonnie is fantastic! I have been seeing her for over a year, 2 times a week, and she has helped me be pain free. By learning to use my smaller muscles and learning proper techniques I stand taller and feel better. She has also helped my husband be more flexible at 50. And she works with my daughter who has scoliosis. She has gained great strength and body awareness which has helped to keep her spine stable. Zonnie is a joy to be with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to be pain free, flexible, strong, and wanting to stand tall.

I have been working with Zonnie for almost 2 years now. It's a great feeling to be toned and in shape. My body is re shaped and I've lost 15 pounds in the process. I needed to get back in shape but was suffering from old injuries. Zonnie is an expert. She evaluates the misalignment of your body. Zonnie is simply the best! She has a wide spectrum of techniques she uses to really home in on and remedy precisely what you need to improve. I am stronger & more flexible now.
