I love love love the camps and kids nights out you host. You are so organized and make me feel so safe leaving my son in your care. I love how well you communicate with parents before, during and after drop off events- - it makes me feel so comfortable and my son loves going there which just makes my life easier. Thank you! We are grateful to have you in the community!

Our kids love going to zooga! We often take advantage of their "Kids Nite Out" - it gives us a date night, but also our kids love it and don't want to leave when we come to pick them up. We love having a safe place to drop them off for an evening and know they'll have even more fun than we will.

Ryan's class was great! He engaged kids of all ages. He was positive, calm, and made each baby feel special by including their name in songs and letting them try out instruments. It's a great afternoon out bonding with your child while providing them with a fun musical experience.

Good instructor (Megan) with small class sizes. I haven't had any other instructor yet. Megan gives good adjustments and the instructions are really good. She really explains how to do each pose and adaptations that need to be done. I love that the classes are small and the instructors know our names. I like that they provide the yoga blocks and the blankets (and mats although I have my own). It is also in a convenient location there is parking in the garage. I really love that the adult classes are early in the morning or late at night because that is what works with my schedule. I liked that the yoga flow class was different on Sunday than on Friday even though they were both flow. It made it interesting and challenging.

This place is a gem, totally dedicated to kids yoga so the whole atmosphere and skill set is geared to get your little ones (and not so little ones) into practicing yoga in a healthy manner with the right attitude. We have a 2-year old and an 8-year old signed up and they are both having fun and getting the positive exercise.

Zooga Yoga is a perfect place to practice yoga for parents and children!
The decor is super fun. The classes range from newborn to adults. The teachers are sweet and knowledgeable. And they have cute yoga books and t-shirts so you can continue practicing yoga when you get home. Just wonderful!
