I hadn’t been to this location for almost a year, and when I finally came back, I was pleasantly surprised by how much everything has improved.
The restrooms and locker rooms are clean, and it’s clear that the staff really takes good care of them. There’s always enough sanitizer and paper towels available to wipe down equipment after use.
The staff here is also very friendly and welcoming.
I’m not sure what changed or who is responsible for these improvements, but you’re doing an amazing job — keep it up!

I've seen crooks with bolt cutters come into the locker rooms to crack locks and steal from folks, in the middle of the day, and nothing is being done to stop them. Can't enjoy a good workout without worrying about being robbed here.

I've been going to this club for 15 years. But in the last year it's going downhill. Men's locker room and showers always dirty and in need of repair with broken/missing shower doors, dirty floors. Now a locker I was using was broken into with a cutting tool, wallet stolen. Big problem as I was targeted.Very unhappy with this facility and management.

I thought setting my car keys on top of the locker while I worked out would be a good choice, rather than a locker... There happened to be a hole right on the back corner, and I heard my keys drop behind the lockers into the shadowy depths. They spent about 30 minutes jimmy-rigging a pole with a hanger hook taped to the end on top of a ladder fishing them out, and finally was able to retrieve them. No lockers needed to be drilled into, and I didn't need to take an Uber home. Big win! Thank you

Not worth it even if it's the cheapest option you can find in the area. 1 in 3 times I show up at 5am the attendant hasn't showed up and the place is locked up. You won't get that time back in your day.
Equipment is all super run down. Cable machines are all dangerously neglected and snap back at you or simply don't work. Majority of bikes don't work. Most machines don't have handle grips or weight pins.
Hygiene is the worst part. Tumbleweeds of hair. Never any paper towels or disinf spray z bathrooms are so bad I've never been back into them after the first time.

People feel the need to hoard equipment here and I’m not sure why. There’s always this lady who always hoards the 40 in the back right corner along with so much other equipment. You can also never find anything cause it’s never where it’s supposed to be because people here are incapable of re-racking their weights and staff doesn’t do anything either.

Broken bathroom doors, broken soap dispensers, Jacuzzis is not functioning a lot of times. Terrible smell in the shower. Very slow to fix machines. It's the same company so I'm not sure why the location in centennial is a lot better. The company really need to spread their Budget on all locations fairly
