You cannot find a gym that has both a wet and dry sauna and hot tub and lap pool. These are hard to find all in one gym. I hope they find a way to keep this location open. I miss being able to swim and sit in the sauna. I thought they'd be starting to open by now. I think the Covid risk is over. Not being able to swim is making me more unhealthy than any covid virus will.

I've read a lot of the reviews of this place on Google and many of them just aren't very fair. I'm guessing most of the negative reviews are from people who haven't spent a lot of time in any gym. Equipment is going to be broken down occasionally. Sometimes it takes awhile before it gets fixed. This stuff happens at ALL gyms. I like 24 Hour Fitness a lot. The gym goers are a little more serious about being in shape than gyms like Plant Fitness and are more conscious about gym etiquette. The equipment is great and they have a good selection. Everything is as clean as can be expected at any gym. My only complaint is that they seem to have a bunch of locations on the west side of I25 and almost none on the east side.

I needed help tonight and the only kid working here was talking on the phone and yelling obscenities at one of the members. This kid ignored everyone and people were coming in to the gym without signing in or anything.

When did 24hour fitness turn into 20hr fitness? Starting December they only stay open till 12am. It's time to move on to better gyms. They charge over $30 a month to now not even stay open 24hrs, their is better gyms for a better price and that stay open 24hrs.

I like this gym !! I choose to drive 20 minutes from my home to go to it! Been going here since 2012 almost everyday! However i do agree the staff is lazy far as fixing equipment if something breaks good luck with it getting fixed!! Also if its a "24 hour gym" why is open from 4 am to midnight that is not 24 HR gym ! If you cant get enough staff then change the name very misleading! All in all good place wish they would bring in more equipment

Isaiah the store manager will promise you things and never come through. The facility is one of the dirtiest I've ever been in. The Sauna... the swimming pool something is always broken down... Would not Recommend going to this gym! The number they give to cancel your membership dont work... :/

Tried multiple 24 Hours when I had bought the Costco 2-year pass, and even for the extreme discount this company didn't impress me at all. Maybe it's partially because I'm a "casual" gym goer, not super intense into my training and protein shakes, but not one staff ever treated me like I was welcomed. If I was, it was in the sense of "Well, once you're in shape you'll be a great fit" type of vibe. Went to classes, those were ok I guess, but I never felt like I knew what I was doing and the teachers all had that same feeling like if you weren't a 6 days a week 10 pack abs workout-a-holic, you didn't really belong there. Never found one that had clean locker rooms, and saw people not wipe down machines or equipment... But they were already muscular so that's ok right? The variety of machines and such is nice, and the class schedules are good if you can make it, I just never felt comfortable to meet the goals I wanted to and not the goals 24 pushed on me.

sure wish it didn't take this location 2-3 weeks to fix a machine. Went there this week to see a sink faucet in the men's locker room completely broken, cable machine still unfixed after 3 weeks, the sauna still under maintenance, etc. The staff loves to stand around and do nothing rather than walk around and monitor the gym. Is picking up stray weights, submitting maintenance requests, cleaning equipment, etc. out of their job description? I've never seen this at other gyms.

I just come here to lift and do calisthenics lots of equipment dont really know any of the people to well. The big guy at the front desk is pretty chill I guess they dont scub toilets but idk. Treadmills aren't to busy most people might complain it's to full but then why not go in at non peak hours? Also one trainer dude was pretty cool critiqued my dead lift form witch was pretty cool. "Edit" I dont listen to music while working out but i really dont like the music that's played here so if you listen to music maybe bring your own if your not into this kind of music.

$25 for a guest I had out of town to check out the gym. It's the little things that make customer service relations work. Planet fitness down the street is free guest pass for the day plus internet for $10/mo. less. Highly recommend the planet fitness down the street.

I haven't had any of the problems that I'm reading in other reviews and I've been going here several times a week since Sept 2018. The gym is clean, for a gym, and 99% of the equipment is working great, which honestly is better than any other gym I've been to. The front desk staff is helpful, and Phillip and Brandon in particular are very cheerful. It's big place with plenty of equipment, and a great deal imo.

It’s okay.

Plenty of parking.

Good gym, plenty of equipment.

Some of the machines need some work. They’re a little outdated but still mostly intact and functional.

I’ve had a membership here for a year now and I’ll probably keep it.

Doesn’t smell great haha

How are they still in business? They over charge compared to ALL other gyms. Their equipment is old and falling apart. The staff are rude. Good luck trying to cancel a membership too. "You need to be here in person". Okay. Showed up, "oh a manager has to do it".... "Oh, you have to call corporate" Place is a joke. Go any where else... Vasa... Crunch... Chuze, Prestige all 1000 times better.

Gym is definitely not being cleaned the way it should. Mold on walls and in drinking fountains. Anything that gets broken here takes months to get repaired. I used to love this facility, because they really do have a fair amount of equipment, but it just isn't being maintained anymore. Looking for another gym.

DO NOT GO HERE!! My car along with another car was broken into at their parking lot during the middle of the day in a busy parking lot. This has happened a lot in this parking lot. The gym was not helpful at all. Also they don’t have security camera’s in their parking lot even though this has happened a lot in their parking lot. Not safe for anyone to leave their car parked here.

Small size and the staff finds it necessary to chat up a storm at the front desk versus keeping the club clean and stocking paper towels and sanitizer. As I write this, there are four employees standing at the front desk, 0 gym members walking in, and multiple issues needing attention; no 'team cleans' happening today.

I have been a member at this particular location since 2010. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the bunch of machines and this place seems a lot bigger than their other locations. Just wish they would keep their equipments a bit more well maintained.

UPDATE: Someone broke into my locker and yes, I ALWAYS LOCKED MY LOCKER. The lock was intact so the perpetrator somehow got my lock combination. I will never again use a locker at this gym. I will advise for everyone to do the same.

Nasty! There's mold everywhere, inside the water faucet drains, steam room, sauna, weight room... Janitorial staff is the worst, bathrooms sprayed down with a garden hose, nothing is ever scrubbed. I've been to a lot of gyms and understand that they aren't always the cleanest, but this place is BAD.

Be very wary of this facility. My car was stolen while I was there. The keys were taken from my locker. The staff were nice but rather than being upset one of their clients stole another one of their clients' car, they just kept reminding me they aren't responsible for the loss. Keep your things close to you if you go and just know there is a car thief that likely still goes to that location.

I've worked out at six 24 Hour Fitness locations that I can think of in the metro area and the Broomfield location is my favorite. Their equipment is in good condition and they recently replaced a lot of the cardio machines with newer machines. They have a wide area available for stretching and core exercises that I use frequently.

Pretty much the only thing I don't like about this location is that it is frequently busy during after-work hours. I realize the large after-work crowd is likely the norm for all gyms, but when the gym is still busy in November, and January (high concentration of even more gym-goers) is right around the corner, then that's not awesome. As much as I'd love to find a new gym to go to after my two-year Costco/24 Hr Fitness contract expires in March 2015, all other gyms in the North Metro seem to be really horrible based on recent user reviews.

I have been a 24hr member for six years and have worked out at several different locations in the U.S. over that six year span. The general manager at this facility, Steven, makes this the best 24 I have been to. He is always trying to come up with new ideas to maximize space and integrate new equipment to make the member's experience better.

The locker rooms are not well maintained, oddly shaped, and small for the number of members that go in and out. I can never get a lane in the pool, even at 10p at night - the attendant does not even monitor the pool area, kids were just lounging in the lap-pool at 10:30.

This faciity needs a full remodel and hire new professional staff. A female attendant had her feet up on the front desk and didn't even acknowledge me as I walked out. Save your money and find a different gym.

Over crowded, old equipment, smells bad at times even. They only plus is that they are open 24/7, have a LOT of equipment, and have cheap membership. It's not even management's fault this place is so bad... They needed a full remodel 5 years ago and there needs to be a new one built nearby to let off the overflow of gym rats. 24 as a brand has gone waaaay down hill in the past decade and this place is an example.

I was a member at this gym about 5 years ago, and cancelled my membership due to never going. I have now been a member again for about 3-4 months, and go to the gym about 6 days a week. I cannot say enough good things about this gym. The makeover from when I was a member previously is great! The front desk staff is always friendly, and seem to make a valid effort to remember you. The overall environment of the gym is what I really love. It doesn't matter what time of the day you do, there will be people there giving it their all (which speaks volumes to how much people enjoy it). There are a lot of people there that are serious about their fitness, and it is incredibly motivating. Most people are really polite about using/waiting for machines. I do wish that there were a few more squat racks or smith machines, but that's just me being picky. Overall, as much as I wish there were less members so I never had to wait for a machine, this gym is great and I'll continue to go!

I use two different 24 Fitness Locations due to work and home. I find the gyms overall ok. I get a good workout but I find the Treadmills and Cross Trainers often are in need of repair. Mostly the television connection jacks don't work right or the "Emergency Stop" buttons are stuck in the off position - I can live with that but the real problems lies in the locker rooms - the floors are dirty, soap dispensers empty, steam rooms have black mold growing in them and stink. You rarely see anyone during the day maintaining the locker rooms. I have been a member of other Denver gyms and found people constantly taking a look at the locker rooms for cleanliness and supplies - Not 24 Hour. So I guess you get what you pay for. I'd rather pay a little bit more to get a clean gym. I'm a member because of convenience but I think I will make the change.

I just moved to the area and usually don't even mess with gyms because I prefer trail running and doing my own thing by myself. I have never lived somewhere quite as cold as Colorado and have quickly realized that if I want a good run, I will need to go to a gym in the winter. I decided to get the Free 3 Day Pass from the website. One guy was very nice and gave me a tour of the place explaining everything and answering all my questions. At the end, he handed me off to the guy who deals with memberships. I told him several times that I had the free pass and wanted to try it out. I thought he was informing me of their membership prices but by the end of the conversation he was trying to get me to pay $400 for personal training sessions and membership fees. I asked if I had to pay that now and he looked at me like I was an idiot and said, "Uh, yeah." So not only did he insult me but he didn't listen to a word I was saying. Needless to say, I will not be going back for my other 2 "free" days or ever.
