The entire staff from the janitor, the repair technician, the front desk, the trainers and the best manager (Earl)the club has had since I started with 24hr fitness. back in 2005. It's clean and if the machines are broken-they are repaired right away. We have met many of the friendly club members whom have all been there since it opened. Working out there is a pleasurable experience.

Don’t bother paying extra for the “super sport” this gym is the same size as a regular sport. Now they are cutting towel service too and plan to keep fees the same.

I have been a member at this gym for over 4 years now. I have seen management change a lot over the past years. But the new management at this location is awesome. Artist Adrian the operations manager is exceptional, I was having an issue, and he addressed the situation very professionally. He listened to what I had to say, he cared about the members. I honestly believe he deserves recognition within the company. Costumer service is above and beyond.

New management isn’t very good, basketball is always occupied by some group so paying customers can only use it during off hours. Equipment is always down and pretty dirty. For the price I wouldn’t recommend 24hr

I terminated my membership after 7 years approximately 6 months ago. Quickly realized that I was still being charged the upgrade fee that I use to pay to go to the Southglenn location. I went into this location THREE times to try to talk to someone to a manager about this to get the billing stopped. Each time I was told that the manager (Sherry) would get back to me asap and that she was unavailable. Never received a call back. Today I called to talk to her, it was a nightmare...she could not find my account because she kept on spelling my name wrong...she was not listening at all. Finally told me to just stop the payments through my bank because she could find the these payments anywhere. Words can not describe the level of frustration I have experienced trying to work with this manager. Finally hung up...called another club that I have never gone too and the manager there was able to find me in the system...credit my account and close it in literally 2 minutes. Was is going on over there? Glad I left for Orange Theory...completely unacceptable customer service!

This location has significantly gone down hill the last couple of months . They’ve had a major staff walkout and the members are paying for it . I’ve personally made several complaints to the staff about the cleanliness ( or lack there of ) the pool, bathroom, showers abd lockeroom . There are always dirty towels piling up and no one seems to be cleaning the toilets regularly or the showers . I walked In every stall and there were clumps of hair in all the drains . Again staff walk out so who notices ? My biggest issue thus far is the fact that I was In the hot tub and a sharp piece of glass cut my hand and took a big chunk of skin out of my foot . I bled In the water and had to stop wrap my foot in a towel to go tell someone. At this point Lindsey one of the workers was great but she seems to be doing a lot of work alone . She provided me with first aid stuff and i told her my skin and blood is now floating in your hot tub so shut it down. Turns out the tile in the hot tub is broken in several places and is sharp as glass !!!!! It’s been this way and they allowed it ! The pool is constantly filthy with hair , bandaids , debris etc and cold . I joined this gym specifically for the pool workouts and now you can’t get in the water without it being dirty and being injured . After I cleaned my wounded foot I wanted To shower off and get the chlorine off my skin and the shower actually backed up and I had to exit quickly so I didnt get a potentially worse infection from backed up nasty sewer issues . Seriously don’t join this gym ppl! I’ve literally had the workers here tell me that management and corporate do not care about the members complaints Bc they are locked in contract !

closed over electrical problems twice in the last few weeks. many non functioning amenities, (hot tub, toilets, swim trunk driers)

staff seems to turn over regularly and if nothing else are too frustrated to try to fix much.

have lifted here for years, and spoken in person to many staff. hoping this review gets some more actionable attention

would really like to make this gym work, its location is ideal. but be warned.

I usually don't post to many reviews, but I felt it necessary to post one about this place. I signed up at this gym in January of this year and deeply regret my choice. The initial reason for signing up was to have somewhere to play pickup basketball and get a daily workout in. However, after deceptive sales tactics the basketball court is reserved 6 days a week from 5:00 to 8:30 pm. Apparently the facilities are not only for members but for organizations to come in and rent as well. I was never told this and when I went to cancel my membership I was told I am locked in for a year. I did sign up for a year contract, however why would you push this contract on someone when you know they are going to be frustrated with the lack of availability of the facilities. Secondly, I called the support line 3 times for help on this issue and was told a club manager was going to contact me. I still, to this day have never been contacted by ANYONE from this facility. After a lot of back and forth with a corporate representative he told me he'd give me a break on my rate for 3 months and see to it that this club manager gets in touch with me. As I previously stated this still hasn't happened and I talked to the representative a month ago. The funniest part of it all though is that I was promised a $29.99 rate for 3 months for my trouble. Not only did that NOT happen but they double billed me for $49.99 and $39.99 for April. It is hilarious how incompetent this place is and now I am about to call them for the 4th time. Whatever you do, DO NOT sign up for the yearly contract, because if something isn't quite right you are 100% stuck with these guys without any option to get out. Its crazy that in the age of Netflix some companies still operate like the cable company.

After searching long and hard for about a few months of membership @ 24. I found where I want to Settle 24 hour at Southglen.... Five plus & more!!!!!awesome guest service. Clean facility throughout the club and more machines to choose from. Unfortunately the only fail was the jets in the hot tub were very weak. Time to look at that 24. Otherwise keep up the awesome job on the club. Towel service is also important to me. Where is the lotion & mouthwash guys. Food for thought. My cap is off to you 24 @ Southglen. Proud to be a member of your club.

Passed out at this location from low blood pressure... so thankful for the one of the managers Mallory! She was there within seconds to help me. She instantly was doing everything in her power to help out. She went to my locker and grabbed all of my belongings, escorted me to my ride and even gave me a bottle of water while leaving. At first I was skeptical buying the $49 membership at this location, but after this experience I am happy that I made that decision. I don't think that a situation like this could have been handled with more grace and professionalism! The general manager or owner of this location should recognize Mallory for this.

The amenities are amazing and even when it's busy, the staff is extremely helpful and go out of their way to make even the most inexperienced beginners feel like they belong, and stop at nothing to make you feel motivated and welcome to ask any and all questions. I'd like to give a personal shout out to Personal Trainers Ariel and Mallory. Even if they're not personally training you, they still take time out of their day to reach out to you and help you if need be, while also giving you the vibe as if you've been friends for years! They seriously care about each individual who steps in the gym, and even if you haven't invested in a personal trainer, they care enough to want you to excel, while providing a fun and safe environment. They make you feel like you really CAN do it, and achieve your goals. Overall, I feel like this gym has made me a better person. Thank you, 24 hr Fitness!

The best 24 location I've been too. It's not so massive you feel lost, and they keep it very clean. Plenty of cardio machines and space for any sort of stretching / dumbbell exercises. The kids area looks incredibly entertaining, although I haven't utilized it yet for my little one.

24-Hour Fitness Sport! One of the cleaner/ nicer 24-Hour gyms in the area. Towels provided here. Tons of parking in nearby lot or in garage nearby. Plenty of free-weights, cardio machines, specialty areas. Wet area is fully featured with the whirlpool, wet and dry saunas, 3-lane lap pool (with a 'deep' end!). Mix of youngish & oldish crowd at various times of the day (late AM and nights for me). Staff is exceptional.

I come to this gym for swimming and rehab subsequent to a serious back injury. I have been very disappointed that the hot tub has been down for a month this time. The wp jets go down frequently even when the hot water is working but that is only part of the problem. Of the steam room, sauna and Whirlpool at least one of the three seems down at any given time. Swimming is the only exercise available to me. Without heat and stretching in the hot tub after my workout I become more limited in my mobility. I socialize with many of the other members who have similar needs and limitations and all have expressed their concerns without discernible results. My disability keeps me from other types of exercise so I do not use the rest of the facilities.

I wanted to upgrade my membership from active to full access to the super sport centers. I spoke with Manager Carmen. She helped me out and said they would waive my first month fee and my annual fee since I had just paid it and the first month fee since I had already paid that the first time I signed up. I still had to pay up front, but was told my account would be credited the following month. Neither of those things were true.
I've paid over $200 and when I called to talk to someone about that arrangement, I spoke with assistant manager Lyndsey, who wasn't helpful at all. She said the credit only happens if I wanted to cancel my membership but would have Carmen call me since Carmen was the one who set everything up. No calls. Nothing. I called several times, left messages when I have gone in. I'm very dissatisfied with the level of customer service from the upper management. I got better service from a young lady at the front desk who couldn't even help me upgrade, but kept checking with me and remembered me the next time I went in. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location.

This restaurant is one of the top Chinese restaurants in the greater Denver area. The food is very genuine. The decor is classy. The ambiance is friendly. I have been searching for a Chinese restaurant that can satiate my Chinese taste buds, and Shanghai Kitchen has for sure done that job well! Come and give this place a try. You will not be disappointed!

I honestly wish I was able to give them half a star. The staff has terrible customer service. 24 hour fitness will rob you of your money and find any way they can to keep charging you. I signed up for a year contract, and five months after it was over, I find out I have been getting charged monthly, and have to go into a location (can't just call) and cancel. There was no conversation about this. Take your money somewhere else.

ive been a member here for 4 years. i've loved my cycle and body pump classes at 530 am (the only time i can work out). they used to have 4 classes a week at 530...then 3. a couple months ago they canceled the popular monday body pump 530 class. then last week they cancelled both cycle classes. they've replaced them with "virtual experience" classes. basically classes i could take on my laptop at home. super cheap of them. while the gym is pretty nice and never too crowded, there is no point in me paying this much money for no group classes i can make. i'll be canceling my membership this week :(

This gym is horrible. I got harassed by another member at the gym and management did nothing about it. When I call to cancel they told me that I would be a fee for me and for the other person on my plan... So don't go to this gym if your goal is to actually lose weight. It's for BRO's only I guess.

Don't you just hate it when you want to use the bicep curl machine but can't because the guy using it has to do at least 20 sets, consisting of endless drop sets, left hand only then right hand only and then with both hands and his girlfriend has to work in too and they monopolize the machine for 30 minutes--I am not kidding, and then you trip over his monster of a gym bag which is laying on the floor and then you notice that the pair of them are talking and are playing with their cell phones and......

This club is my favorite. The kids club is great, and most importantly, my son loves it there. There is always enough people to watch the kids. Also, I love how safe it is because the only way to pick up the kiddo is with a fingerprint check. The equipment is great too.

The club is great the kids club is HORRIBLE. horrible staff they know absolutely nothing about children and should be nowhere around them. they are lazy and incompetent. its sad i now have to find a different club because this is one of the better clubs if you dont have kids that need to be watched while you work out. the service manager was criticizing my six month old babies head control today and said hes not up to par. she doesn't even have children. who the heck criticizes someone's baby?? there is such a wide spectrum of what is average for babies. anyways if you dont have kids you will probably enjoy this club, if you have kids do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. somewhere where they wont leave your 6 month old laying on the floor outside the infant area where other kids can come hit them.
