Spoke to Rick regarding plans and explained my challenges. He immediately offered a reasonable solution that was affordable and gave me the name of who to speak with the next day when we went into the gym. When we arrived they were expecting us and had communicated about our conversation ahead of time. It took less than 5 min to sign up. Not gonna lie, the online pricing is complicated and feels like it all costs the same in different ways, but working with Rick and Conner made it effortless.

Place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, yellow gunk (I’m assuming it’s just old pee that’s never been cleaned) underneath all the urinals, machines are dirty, showers are dirty, floors are dirty, dry sauna has electrical hanging out of the wall, pads on machines are torn through. Not to mention it’s always super busy and hard to get a consistent workout. Needs a major overhaul / deep cleaning.

(This was sent to District Manager and CEO via linked in) I am about to go and write a review about my experience this morning at your Parker, Colorado facility. I ultimately ended up speaking with a person who claimed to be the General Manager and he said his name was "Rick". He was aggressive, rude, and loud. General Manager or not...there is a certain level of decorum and professionalism one should extend to any guest coming into your facility. I guess any raggedy person can be General Manager at this day and age even if you lack class, professionalism, or manners. Gee I understand its a gym, but you that person presented themselves as a General Manager and I expect more form someone with that title but perhaps it doesn't apply at 24 Hour Fitness Parker.

I went into this location (which I rarely, hardly ever, and only as a last resort) today to restart my workout regimen. I usually go to a different location and I absolutely love love love them, they are always kind, professional, and courteous. This location however (Parker) sucks.. I initially started speaking with your front desk concierge, a young lady. The "Rick" guy was talking to someone else but immediately stopped and aggressively integrated himself into my conversation with the young lady..Just a nasty pushy energy...YUCK!! Anyhoo..I directed my question and eye contact with the young lady, but "Rick" just haddddd to be seen.. omg omg. So since he wanted my attention so badly, I obliged and started asking about my current membership. I wanted to know what I needed to do in order to get a work out in there since I had been inactive for couple weeks I wanted to start up my regimen again. Nonetheless, I was aware that I might have a past due amount due that I wanted to inquire about and how I could satisfy that debt and get back on track. I had to come in to your gym to inquire because no one responded to the email that I sent.

So when I went in there "Rick" was loud talking for the whole gym to hear, like he was telling my business, and stating oh well "YOU HAVENT PAID US SINCE JULY, AND YOU CANT USE THE GYM TILL YOU PAY UP!!" I mean he wasn't yelling at me, but he sure as heck was not trying to be discreet. It was ridiculous. I was appalled because I had never been spoken to like that and with such intense, aggressive energy, that I was taken aback. I did not match his tone, but I'm sure my energy implied my discomfort and angst. Nonetheless Mrs. Lori he was NOT helpful, I did not get to work out, and my billing issue is STILL UNRESOLVED. I want to connect with someone who can send me a printout of all of my payments, and invoices since June of this year so I can compare with bank statements. I am not on a contracted plan and I pay month to month but I want to be able to make arrangements for the amount that is currently due and for September. Well, I went in to pay this month and I know September is not due till the 20th. I did not get this accomplished because of RUDE "RICK". I will avoid that location in the future, and I will also submit a detailed review of m y experience there. Anyhoo, if someone could help me that is nice and professional, I would appreciate it. If I cannot get some assistance with arrangements for payment to get caught up, then I want to cancel my membership. Your assistance and response are greatly appreciated.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I canceled my membership at 24 Hour Fitness six months ago because the place was absolutely disgusting — dirty equipment, filthy locker rooms, and a general environment that made me not even want to finish the time I had left (I had 6 months prepaid and didn’t care to use them).

Fast forward to now, and these crooks renewed my annual contract even though I had canceled months before. They then charged me over $250 for another year I never agreed to. When I went in to get my money back, the incompetent GM, Rick, flat-out refused to refund me.

To make matters worse, when I rightfully got upset about them stealing my money, Rick threatened to call the police because I used foul language — not even directed at him, just out of frustration at the situation.

This place is a trash can of a gym, mismanaged by someone who clearly has no interest in customer service or basic honesty. Stay far away from 24 Hour Fitness unless you enjoy being stolen from and treated like garbage.

Better location than most. Staff is friendly if a little apathetic. It’s not a huge location, but it’s only crowded during times when you’d expect it. Wish they’d tidy up more as I’ve been a member long enough to remember things always being clean at 24, but the members rack the weights and you can usually find what you need. Wish they wouldn’t let influencers in with their little tripods, but I guess that’s me being old.

The smoke detector in the basketball court has been beeping its low battery indicator for about 9 months (still chirping from when I first posted this review months ago), and the sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room are often on the fritz for odd stretches. That’s about all you need to know.

I belong to both 24hr Fitness and Planet Fitness and I can say I overwhelmingly prefer Planet Fitness. The cleanliness is unmatched. This location is honestly gross. Every time I got there are clumps of hair and dust on the floor. The equipment is old and in need of refreshing. The bathroom is relatively fine but I would not feel comfortable showering here given how unclean everything else is. I can only imagine the bathrooms/showers. The staff is constantly standing around when they could be cleaning their surroundings. It’s fine but I only go here if I’m meeting friends there or HAVE to go.

I was a member of 24 hours Fitness in Parker, on Twenty Mile Road, for almost 2 years. All my interactions with stuff members and their manager were amazing. I loved how clean and spacious is that location. The reason I had to cancel my membership was becuase I moved out of Parker and signed up for Aurora Recreational Center, that is 5 mintues away from my new home. The manager I spoke with today, was very helpful, understanding and patient with me as I had an issue with my membership being cancelled. If I am back to Parker one day, I would choose that location again!

Absolutely love this gym!
Big shoutout to Larson and PJ—they were amazing! I walked in a little overwhelmed by options, but they both took the time to really understand what I was looking for. Super friendly, super helpful, and they helped me find a membership that actually fit my needs (and budget 🙌).
The gym itself? HUGE variety of equipment! Whether you're into free weights, machines, cardio, or just like pretending you know how to use battle ropes (guilty 😂), they’ve got it all. It’s clean, spacious, and never feels overly crowded.
Honestly, I left feeling pumped—partly from the workout, but mostly from how awesome the team was. Thanks again Larson and PJ for making the whole process so easy!

Get ready for a story. It's unfortunate because gym wise location and environment was good. But employees are so unprofessional and unexperienced they need to reconsider who they hire. I got a membership last year and everything was good. I eventually had to put it on freeze because i had to go to college. Initially I was told I can call and refreeze again any time I wanted to. Fast forward to winter break I took that employees word and called to refreeze. I was told by a different employee I actually had to wait until the original freeze ended which was on Feb 2. So Feb 2 I called and I was told again my freeze didn't actually end till feb 13. (Why do they keep telling me a different day). So Feb 13 I called and I was told they did re freeze it. (Now you would think that was good) NOPE! turns out they actually unfreezed it and started auto taking my money. So I had to call to complain and demanded a refund because they never refroze it like I asked. I was told to call back an hour later cause the manager was on break. So i waited and hour, called again and i was told the manager left for the day. Who leaves right after break??? So i called the following Monday and was purposely hung up on a couple times and heard the employees laughing in the background like it was some game. After a few tries I finally got on call with the manager who played the blame game and said i should have gotten receipts which I've never did and he also had the decency to call me "honey". Inappropriate. After they admitted they never refroze my account they said they can't give a refund because thats not how that works. Acting like they didn't auto steal money for doing something originally that they shouldn't have done. Moral of story this could have all been avoided if employees told me the correct information from the beginning and knew how to do their job. But the fact they purposely hung up and instead of being professional, they decided to throw a blame and use Inappropriate terms on the phone instead of owning up to their actions and fixing the issue, is insane. And they wonder why I canceled my membership there🙄

It’s a fine place to workout for the price point and location however the gym is often in need of cleaning, bathroom is often out of soap and toilet paper, and equipment stays in need of repair for long periods of time. No one who works at the facility seems to have any updates on the equipment or if management has been notified of the problem. Lots of potential here but in need of some additional service.

This is the best managed club I have ever been to in my many travels for work. This is my local 24 hour fitness, all associates are helpful and friendly. The front desk people are so unbelievable rude and the facilities are gross and never cleaned. The front desk is dismissive and if you approach them they disregard your concerns. They are always sitting in thier phones doing nothing when they could be cleaning the equipment. The steam room is a haven for mold that looks like it hasnt been power washed or sanitized for months! The womens changing room is the same...the floors and showers are a disgrace!

Need rename, no longer “24hr Fitness” especially when you close at 8 p.m. on Saturdays? 10 p.m. on weekdays. The one thing that made 24hr fitness unique is gone; people with long workdays no longer have a place to work out when their schedule permits.

This Location (and Castle Rock) are disgusting, dirty and run down. I made a huge mistake by joining, especially trying to take advantage of the lower cost for a 1 year commitment. I signed up for a 3 day pass and was subsequently hard closed into a membership on my first trip, I thought I was just filling out what I would be choosing after the 3 day pass. I attempted to contact the gum and sked for the manager Zach, i Was placed on hold and eventually disconnected. What a rip off... I can believe how downhill this gym has become.

Dirty locker rooms. Dirty restrooms. Almost half of the locks on the shared lockers are not working. Some water fountains are not working.

I used to train at this 24 when I lived in Parker, and the facility is fantastic! For detail, I was a training bikini fitness competitor at the time and the equipment satisfied all of my needs. I went back over Thanksgiving break when I was in town, and though it had been a few years, the cleanliness and equipment was great and in amazing condition. I even noticed some new additions and upgrades. Great gym for anyone in the Parker area!

The Highlands Ranch club HAS FRONT DESK STAFF THAT ALMOST NEVER PAYS ATTENTION TO WHO COMES IN. They’re too busy playing with their phones talking to each other sometimes on their computer, not even Behind the desk, especially later in the evening. No wonder this club is so crowded because anyone could just walk in Without paying for a membership!!!!

The wet blanket who works the front desk in the early mornings is incredibly negative, rude, and unhelpful. The bathrooms are always filthy.

Decided to try the free 3 day trial, as I am looking for a gym to become a member at. However, I was told I could not do the free trial since I do not have a CO ID, even though I live in the area. Did a tour and was told about the great deals. But that did not justify the poor treatment I received from management. He was demeaning and aggressively interrogating me. I understand you want to ask questions to better understand how to accommodate or maybe tell me about what else your gym could offer. But there is a better way of doing so than how he did, no need to be disrespectful and demeaning.

I will NEVER go to a 24 hour fitness again. After leaving this awful place, I went to Chuze and became a member there. It’s a MILLION times better.

I come to the enjoy the hot tub almost every week but it is broken most of the times. Its been weeks they have not fixed the hot tub. I am never been behind on payments, not sure why they are behind in fixing stuffs. Just fix it guys !! pay money and hire experts rather then getting it cheaply fixed..

Rick the General manager of the Parker location does an excellent job. Whenever I have issues I contact Rick and he is very quick to take care of whatever problems arise. This is one of the best 24 locations I have been to and I have been a member of 24 Fitness since 2001.

I am almost afraid to post this. For a while my closet favorite location in Parker has been hit and miss with my favorite thing about going to the gym. It’s the steam room, locker room and shower. I still see so many upset reviews and as of May 2024, I can vouch that management has gone the distance in improving the cleanliness and availability of a working steam room. I have been at lunch hour and dinner hour and I am so excited. But like I said, I am nervous about it. Great improvements. I will enjoy as long as it lasts. Thank you Rick. I look forward to filling out a feedback form if 24 Hour emails me.

1st time at this location. I work in a gym myself, I have been for the last 12 years. I’ve been a desk associate before, so I can spot a good one. I couldn’t find the check in fingerprint device when I arrived, I’m sure I looked lost. No help from either kid at the desk, they were real busy holding the counter up. No hello or have a good workout, they just had a disgruntled, unwelcoming vibe. The gym is pretty nice and there is plenty of equipment, so that’s a positive, but the front of the house leads a lasting impression. And this one was far below par. Just a hello, that’s all you need to do to be a welcoming front desk.

Giving it 2 stars only because their price is reasonable, and the gym is big.
After working out for 10 years in another gym, we moved to Parker and I tried this gym for 4 months and even though I paid for the whole year, I left it after 4 months and never asked to give me the rest of my money.
Reasons why I did not like the gym:
1- crowded: Almost 90 percent of the time I did 't get a chance to find an empty bench or a machine I needed and sometimes I had to wait for 30 minutes to find an empty one.
2- Not so clean: Not sure how often they clean the gym.
3- Lack of hospitality: There was only one guy (tall one) and a girl in the front desk who were smiling and greeting me, and the other kids in front desk almost didn't care when I entered/left the gym.

DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY!
Complaints to management and corporate result in unanswered promises. The floors haven't been mopped or vacuumed in years. Hair, dirt and who knows what else is all over gym floor. The bathrooms are never cleaned properly unknown fluids all over the still walls and floors. The steam room smells like a swamp and had black sludge running down tile onto the floor. The health department should seriously shut this place down. So many members have recently left due to the filth and lack of care by management. Cycle room has been down since bankruptcy and the club doesn’t open till 5 am. It’s time to go somewhere else. Don’t pay for a membership here.

This gym has gone down hill lately. It's dirty all the time. Equipment takes a lifetime to get fixed, the sauna has been down for almost a month. I'll never understand how the GM keeps his job he was horrible at Parker/Arapahoe and is horrible here too…. The solution is to close the mens locker room for 30 minutes during one of the busiest times and not allows members to get their belongings out of their lockers?
