Ryan is awesome! My boys started strength and conditioning training with Ryan over the summer- every time they come out sweaty and exhausted, but happy and looking forward to their next training! During football season my oldest severely sprained his ankle. I texted Ryan to let him know we’d have to hold off on training for a while and to see if he had any suggestions for rehab, little did I know he is certified in ARP therapy! Ryan and ARP/neuromuscular therapy had my son back on the field in 2 weeks! I know every case is different, but Ryan was a miracle for us! Ryan looks at the whole person/situation and works with his extensive knowledge to get the best outcome for his clients. We are so grateful for Ryan as a strength and conditioning coach, friend and for rehabbing my son and saving his football season!

I tore my labrum and came to Ryan for the first time and he had me back and ready to play volleyball in 5 weeks less than the doctors told me I would be. Then I came back after I broke my ankle and he did it again! Not to mention that Ryan is a great guy who really cares about his patients. If I ever get hurt again he will be the first person I go see!

Ryan has impacted my kids’ athletic lives immensely. As volleyball and soccer players, they have been going through some injuries and he has helped them push through physically and mentally. Performance 3D goes to the root of the problem, not only helping it, but strengthening everything that is related. We are very thankful for Ryan. He sees the body as whole and it makes the biggest difference!

Our daughter plays competitive volleyball and has been going to Ryan (3D performance owner) for nearly a year now. She really enjoys going there whether it’s in a one on one training session or in the group setting. The time and effort she has been putting in with him definitely has translated over to the court. She is definitely stronger and more explosive while maintaining her agility. Ryan is really flexible as well with her schedule and understands when things pop up last minute, he is more than accommodating.

Amazing training for Walker (my 9 year old)! He LOVES basketball and Coach Ryan does a great job of balancing working on his skills specifically for that while helping stretch his agility in other areas as well! Focused workouts, pushes him hard, but makes it fun, too! Highly recommend!

My son Jaden has been training with Ryan at 3D Performance for about nine months, and I highly recommend Ryan as a trainer for elite athletes! He has been an incredible asset to Jaden’s athletic development. Ryan's expertise in strength training and injury recovery helped my son not only quickly regain his strength after an injury but also come back even stronger than before.

Ryan developed a program specifically for Jaden, concentrating on enhancing his strength, agility, and overall athleticism. Consequently, Jaden's performance has significantly improved in weightlifting, speed, and vertical jump. Each of these improvements is directly impacting his increased performance as QB on the football field.

Ryan’s style is motivating, personal, and professional, creating an environment where Jaden feels pushed to be his best.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and effective trainer who genuinely cares about the athletes he works with, Ryan Cook is the trainer you need. We are incredibly grateful for his support!

I was referred to Ryan by a friend at the gym after my acl surgery. I was told that Ryan had helped his daughter basically walk again and return to her sport, so I immediately knew I had to meet him. After making an appointment, Ryan quickly assessed my situation and confirmed my concern that I was behind in my rehab due to my limited range of motion and overall movement. He wasted no time getting to work, and I can confidently say that he played a huge role in my recovery.

Ryan is incredibly invested in what he does—you can tell he genuinely loves helping people and athletes get back to feeling better, moving normally, and returning to their sport. I’ll forever be grateful for his expertise and dedication. If you’re recovering from an injury and need someone who truly cares, Ryan is the person to see! In Ryan we trust.

It was a lot of hard work but this was the only rehab that worked for me. I tried everything to fix my groin but doing arp was the only thing that got me back on the field. It also made me better than I was before the injury. I owe my entire senior season to Ryan.

Ryan was fantastic helping my teen athlete recover from a foot injury. I was not familiar with this kind of therapy but his orthopedic surgeon said she had many patients experience good results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

I have been training with Ryan for the past 2 years. He has helped me significantly by tailoring workouts that are both challenging and rewarding to my goals and abilities. He has helped me elevate my athletic performance with an increase of strength and agility. Additionally, he has helped my husband, my 2 sons, and myself recover from injury with ARP therapy. I highly recommend Ryan if you are looking for excellent training and/or therapy that expedites healing and recovery!

Ryan’s training program has been amazing for both of my daughters. They have only trained with him for two months but have both seen amazing results! Both of my daughters had parents and coaches coming to us asking what they had been doing in the last two months because of how fast, explosive they were, and because of how much higher they both are jumping! We will definitely be continuing to train with Ryan at 3D Performance!

Ryan did outstanding job getting our daughter back to full strength and competition in less than half the time her doctor thought it would take. He took his time to talk to us, explaining what to expect throughout each season as well as expected progression. Ryan is very professional and we are highly recommending him.

Can’t say enough about Dunamis, Ryan and ARP therapy across the board. After 30 years being involved in combat sports and other injury prone extreme activities and I was dealing with daily pain that was preventing sleep and making it difficult to function at a high level. After several months of ARP my pain has been reduced to a barely noticeable
level, the muscle groups that had atrophied to a large degree due to the nerves not communicating have started to grow back and are feeling very strong, i’m sleeping significantly better & both day-to-day activities, and athletic endeavors are much more enjoyable & pain-free.

You are so much more than just his trainer!! You are such a great human! Your love for the Lord is always present and our son needed to see that in you! Thank you for setting him up for success not only in his sport but life as well!! He will seen you soon! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts kind Sir!

Ryan is awesome, and I would definitely recommend seeing him! My daughter was back on the court much sooner than what she was told after a bad ankle sprain. I have a major hip issue that plagued me for months, and I can finally move/sleep/workout without pain. I personally know a number of athletes who have bounced back because of Ryan! If you have a child who plays sports, or you yourself needs some help, I highly recommend at least consulting with Ryan at 3D Performance!!

We HIGHLY recommend 3D Performance for any athlete. Our son Brody trained with Ryan all through high school for basketball. Ryan knows how to push his athletes and bring out the best in them. His unique approach is second to none. He truly cares about each athlete as a person first and strives to develop both their physical and their mental well-being. Brody enjoyed training with his friends in a very small group setting that provided the personal attention for each of them to excel.
We also took full advantage of the ARP – Wave Therapy on multiple occasions for sprained ankles and pulled muscles. It definitely got Brody back on the court much faster than he would have otherwise. We can’t thank Ryan enough for all of his expertise and support as a positive mentor for our son!

From a torn ligament in my foot, a lorn ligament in my thumb, a messed up knee, a concussion and many other injuries for the past 6 years Ryan and now 3D performance has been there to heal me and make me a better athlete. Whether I need to get back from an injury or just want to get stronger or faster I can always rely on 3D performance. The attention to detail and care that is brought to every session also comes with intensity to make sure you get the most of it. There really is no better place to train. Ryan always wants to help make everyone better but also cares about the well being of his customers and gets to know you as a person and not just another client. He really is the best of the best

About 8 weeks ago I woke up one morning after previously traveling coast to coast followed by a round of golf and found I could barely walk. After a week and a half of dry needling with a local chiro, and not finding any success there, I was introduced to Ryan and ARP Therapy by a colleague. A couple days later, I decided to see what Ryan was doing with ARP and how it could help. After my first session, Ryan had me moving significantly better than I expected and over the next few weeks he got me into better condition than prior to my injury.

Ryan is extremely knowledgeable about his work and how different parts of the body work together and respond to each other. He is also very kind and understanding, and really cares about the long term health and success of his clients/patients. I’d recommend Ryan to anyone who is having pain issues in any part of their body and wants a holistic approach to their body health.

I have had over 1500 medical appointments over the past decade for a severe case of tendinitis and nerve damage. I have tried virtually every modality from PT, chiro, massage, surgeries and pain intervention to “modalities” I’m too embarrassed to admit I paid money for. Ryan’s use of the new ARPwave technology, both when he apprenticed under Chris Knott at Dunamis in Colorado Springs and now at his own gym in Castle Rock, has been a game changer for me. I went from not being able to shake hands or even use my arm at all to playing golf, working with my hands and living life again. Of all the treatments, therapies and doctors I have seen over the years, Ryan and his use of ARPwave get my vote for MVP.

Ryan is an amazing trainer, coach, and young man! I can’t express the gratitude I have, for the words Ryan has spoke into my son! He cares deeply, provides more value than he asks in compensation, and is exceptional in knowledge and ability!

We have worked with Ryan for about 6 months, and he has helped transform my son/athlete into an incredible young man, with strong values, and impeccable work ethic!

THANK YOU, Ryan Cook!

Ryan is the BEST! He is able to meet you where you are and in your journey to get fit and healthy while continuing to push and motivate you. It can be intimidating in your 50's to get started to build strength when you know that you need to do it but have no idea how to start. He can help you no matter your age so don't let it stop you! I tore my plantar fascia and Ryan Cook did an amazing job of getting me back on the tennis court in about three weeks. Ryan is so knowledgeable! His rehabilitation sessions not only strengthened by foot, but my knees as well. His prices are very reasonable. I plan to try to see him once a month for maintenance. I'm 67 years old. And it is so wonderful to be able to play tennis with no pain and no knee brace!

Ryan has allowed me to get ahead and stay ahead of the competition through high school and college athletics. He holds himself and his clients to an extremely high standard, and it shows through the level of athletes he produces. Not only has he been unbelievable on the physical side of things, but he has been a fantastic mentor for the mental side of the game as well. I would highly recommend going to Ryan for any injury or if you just want to get ahead of your competition.

Cook Sports Performance is something that I would highly recommend to anyone that is serious about sports at any level or age. I started seeing Ryan when I was in 8th grade, and he has helped me with all of my training and recovery needs since. He cares about all of his clients and is willing to work with anybody. The gym meets all of my expectations and his knowledge is extensive and impressive. I am currently a wide receiver at the University of Wyoming, but I make the trip to Castle Rock to work with him as often as I can because of the overwhelming results.

Ryan has played a big part of my physical development for my sport (basketball). His organized and thorough workout plans made going to workout with my teammates fun yet still competitive as we pushed each other to get stronger, faster, and quicker. Ryan would always demonstrate lifts/movements that we were doing that day, and then accepted questions if we had any. One of the best aspects of working out at Cook Sports Performance is that Ryan cares. He is very personable, takes good care of his gym and it’s equipment, and pushes his clients to achieve their goals.

I'm upright and functional, thanks to Ryan's intervention and support! I came to him in an emergency; I couldn't stand or work after a back spasm that hit me out of nowhere. He fit me in and transformed the situation.

He had me up and walking after one session with ARP Wave Therapy. The impact was immediate, and with reinforcement from ARP and training with Ryan, has lasted for nearly a year now.

Ryan seems like a sports injury specialist, and I'm no athlete, but he made comfortable and educated me in an accessible way that inspired me to keep up with my homework. Since finishing my sessions with him, I've leveled up my workouts and haven't felt stronger in years. His experience, tools and space are dialed. I highly recommend Cook Sports Performance!
