I walked into 4 Points Fitness barely able to lift 5-pound weights… and now I’m lifting more than my grocery bags! 💪 Angie is an absolute gem—patient, encouraging, and somehow makes lifting heavy things actually fun. The spin classes? Killer in the best way. Great music, great sweat, great people.

If you're new to the gym world or just tired of the big-box vibe, come here. It’s supportive, it’s energizing, and you might actually look forward to working out. (No, seriously.) Highly recommend!

4 Points Fitness is incredible! Whether you're into weightlifting, spin classes, or just looking to move your body in a supportive environment—this studio has something for everyone and every BODY. No matter your fitness level, you’ll feel welcome and encouraged here.

The community is amazing, filled with people who genuinely want to better themselves and support each other along the way. The instructors are top-notch, the classes are fun and challenging, and the themed spin rides and fitness challenges keep things exciting.

If you're looking for a local gym with great vibes, motivating workouts, and a sense of belonging, this is a must. I absolutely love this place!

Classes are friendly for all levels. Cycle classes are high energy, upbeat with great music, without the intimidating feeling from some corporate studios. Instructors are encouraging and motivating. The decor is cute and refreshing. I love the lights in the cycle studio. Fun and energetic without being over whelming. Weights classes are like personal training but in a group setting. It's easy to customize your own pace and weights based on your own ability, with the trainer helping you push your limits and achieve your goals. And the pump and pedal classes are a great way to get your cardio and strength in, in a short amount of time. The other students are also good vibes. Very much needed variety in a central location. Plenty of parking. Pop up yoga classes are crafted to recover and challenge. The theme rides are well thought out and adds a fun spark to the workouts. I really can't say enough good things about it. Safe, fun, and life improving.

4 Points is the perfect workout place for me! I love that the strength training classes are small and trainer led, so I just have to show up and get in gear. The spin classes are my absolute favorite! I like how there are classes of the a mix of the two - weights and spin! You also get nutrition advice to help with your fitness goals! The community is stellar and one of a kind.
