5280 is more than a gym. It’s a place of physical and mental challenge, encouragement and support! The workouts are always different and can easily be modified for all levels. I love how each instructor incorporates encouraging quotes, scripture and songs in different ways to help you fight your battles!

What I love most at 5289Fit is that every workout is different. Nothing is prechoreographed so it adds variety to your routine, keeps your body guessing, and prevents hitting a plateau. Walking into a gym can be intimidating but not at 5280Fit. They welcome every fitness level and provide modifications to meet specific requirements.
