Excellent gym. You get a full body workout in 30 mins. The workout changes everyday, all you need to do is show up and put in the effort. You do not have to worry about class times, or if someone is using the equipment you were planning on using. Get in, get your work done, and get on with your day- Very highly recommend to anyone of all fitness levels.

9Round HR is the best work out ever! It covers every aspect of fitness both physically and mentally...endurance, strength, cardio, core, balance and stress release! It has made a huge difference in my hiking ability and overall sense of well being. The personal attention is absolutely incredible and the work outs are fun, always different and the 30 minute work out goes by very quickly. I would give a 100 star rating if I could! Thanks you Melanie and Morgan! This is the most enjoyable exercise I have ever done!

9Round is an awesome way to get a fast and fun workout in just 30 minutes! The trainers are amazing, and 9Round is a great way to mix it up from the traditional gym experience and endless hours on a treadmill.. and if you need any stress relief there’s nothing better! The 30 minutes fly by, and you’ll be dripping sweat by the end. I definitely recommend 9Round, so try it out!

ALSO, a few tips - your first workout is FREE, and all you have to do is show up. They’ll provide you the boxing gloves and training you need. If you sign up to join, it’ll feel like your birthday because of all the goodies they give you - new boxing gloves, hand wraps, your own heart rate monitor, water bottle and more. 5 stars!

This place is amazing! I've been coming here as a beginner for about a year and a half and it is so much fun. The trainers are awesome just like everyone else says and there is so much equipment here to get a variety of exercises into your workout. It's a no contact gym so the focus here is to train your body not necessarily training to fight. No sparing but when we're not on covid restrictions theres a good amount of pad drills with the trainers. All of the members are also super friendly and welcoming, everyone in this gym really makes you feel like you are a part of a community.

This is the best 30 minute workout around! You go hard for 30 minutes and then it’s over! Think about it, you can really do anything for 30 minutes right?! The team here is helpful, professional and always there to pump you up and get you through when you’re ready to quit! My only regret is I wish I would have started sooner.

Best whole body workout you can complete in 30 minutes. No class times, friendly and knowledgeable trainers, no excuse not to work out! Trainers are great at modifying exercises if you’re recovering from an injury, or have restrictions. Motivating without being over the top, they’ll push you to get the most out of your 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
