The trainers are wonderful and extremely helpful. They are great at modifications for those of us who have limitations due to injury or surgery. They inspire you to push yourself, but to be safe about it and to learn your limits. It is as challenging as you make it, doing more reps faster or harder as you grow your strength and ability. With no class times and only 30 minutes to complete, it is easy to fit in to my schedule.

So far so good! Love the quick workout that starts on my schedule and not with fixed class times. Bar next door with outdoor smoking means no fresh air open doors for the gym. Heart monitor lets me know when to work harder or slow down. And who doesn't need more opportunities to hit and kick stuff?!

SERIOUSLY. New member, but the staff is incredible... the workout is crazy challenging, but intensely fun!!! Can't recommend them enough. After 2 years of Crossfit, 10 years of forcing myself through the GYM, it's good to finally have a place to get fit, and enjoy it.

I love the feel of a structured yet personal work allowing me to push myself. The feel is much more like a sport or activity versus going to the gym and lifting weights. I have only been attending for around 2-3 weeks but have already noticed a difference in my day to day as well as my desire to attend the classes. Using the heart rate monitor is a must as it helps me pace myself and give me real time feedback.

I love this place! I had no idea how much I would love it, but I really do. The concept is fantastic -- 9 rounds with a different workout at each station, and 3 minutes per round. You can do anything for three minutes, and your workout is finished in half an hour! Plus the workouts change every day, so there's no chance to get bored or feel like you're stagnating. Everyone is friendly and encouraging, from trainers to other gym-goers. Highly recommended.

Before going in for a workout I don't dread it like at other places. The workout is quick (30 minutes), it kicks my butt and I feel energized and motivated on the way out. The staff is great- they cheer you on and get you going without hovering. I can see and feel my body transforming to be more toned as the weeks go by.

9rounds is the best. I never have to worry about missing a class because there's a new class every 3 minutes. I can workout whenever I want. And it's an all around great work out. It gets weight training and cardio all at once. And the trainers (who are amazing) work you out at your level and they make sure you work hard without hurting yourself.

I love that there is no class time. I work long hours, so it's nice just to walk right in and start my workout. The trainers are great and love that I get an amazing workout in just 30 mins. I just found my new addiction!! DJ and Rosa were so great! I came here for my first workout today. Everything was thoroughly explain to me, they worked with me through my whole workout, kept me going and I finished it hard!! I'm not in any kind of worthy shape and I feel like a million bucks! I absolutely LOVE this place, the workout and the trainers!!!! I’ve tried just about every workout class/gym out there and I didn’t like the having to “make a reservation” or waiting for a class time that was convenient for me. It always seemed like the class times I could go to were really crowded and the workouts just got stagnant for me.... the times were really my biggest issue and then I found myself making excuses to not go—— ex. Time wasn’t available, forgot to sign up, not sure when/if I could go, or I would sign up and something would come up to where I couldn’t make it...etc. What I LOVE about 9Round is that you can walk in ANYTIME when they are open! Your workout starts when you get there! The longest you may have to wait is 3 minutes! This works much better for me cause I can go whenever I CAN GO!!!! No excuses! Also, the workout is a 30 minute high intensity workout! Basically you are at each station for 3 minutes (9 stations total) and then they have you do some kind of exercise for the 30 seconds in between. I was making excuses that I didn’t have time to workout, but come on- we all have 30 minutes and it’s such a kick butt workout- that’s all you need! If you’re feeling super kick butt, you can do the 10th round and you can do the stations as many times as you want- some people do 2 and 3 rounds! ��� I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all the trainers and I feel like I’m getting personal training every session! They will push you and guide and watch you every step of the way! I absolutely need this! I will not get it done on my own � They are awesome and extremely knowledgeable! I’ve been going since Halloween and I actually look forward to going and leave feeling like a new person every time! They let everyone try a class for free! I know it’s not for everyone, but I seriously love it!!!! Plus- it’s a great stress reliever hitting and kicking things �� Never the same workout and the Challenge of The Week workouts are a fun way to be competitive and push yourself!!!!

I have not been a gym enthusiast for years. After turning 40 I started to realize I needed to ramp up my exercise regime and start working on my entire body. I thought kickboxing might be fun and had noticed 9 Round during my Sunday brunches. I called and Christie invited me to try a few workouts before committing. Signed up on the second day. I have been working out there for 9 months now and really enjoy the challenge. As I tend to get bored easily, the ever-changing daily circuit training works my entire body throughout each week. I am the strongest I have been in years and simply feel more energized each day. Christie is a great trainer and keeps me striving to meet my personal goals each month!

If you're a busy person looking for something new, fun, and challenging that fits any schedule, 9Round in Parker could be exactly what you're looking for.

After many years of CrossFit, I've largely retired from it because the injuries just aren't worth it. I've taken some boxing classes in the past and really enjoyed learning a new skill while getting a great workout.

9Round has exceeded almost all of my expectations. For less than the cost of CrossFit or Orange Theory (which I'd only do if you really, really love cardio), 9Round gets you in great shape with no pressure and enough variation to keep you coming back. The trainers are friendly (we love Shawnee!), and the facility is always clean.
Most places that offer boxing smell like they offer boxing; 9Round Parker probably smells cleaner than the inside of most people's houses.

Here's how it works:
- Whenever they're open, you can come in anytime for a 30 minute workout broken up into 9 different stations. No more waiting an hour or paying a fee because you missed a class.
- If a lot of people are there, you just rotate in. You can literally be in and out within 33 minutes.
- Workout-wise, it's like a HIIT class with kickboxing elements. You'll do your air squats and burpees too - no heavy weight training (for better or worse on the latter).
- Once you're done, get your stuff and head home! It's that easy.

The workouts are always challenging, but my favorite part is that you're really in charge of your intensity that day. The trainers will encourage you, but if you're not feeling great that day, you can just do what you can do that day. The workouts are just right so that you're not battling extreme soreness - you'll feel good enough to come in five days a week if you want to. The best part is that when you're punching stuff, you generally get pretty into it. It's hard to be lazy when you're having fun punching things.

If there is anything else that I'd want from 9Round, it'd be a little more community. I know that there are a lot of really cool people who go there, but I don't really get the chance to meet them if we don't come at the exact same time. I'd love for there to be certain "all-gym" class times or events where we could meet more people. I am used to having a gym community of friends, and that's a little tougher to find without a lot of effort here. That being said, I'm sure some people just want to come in, leave sweaty, and be happy.

If you love a good workout and have an unpredictable schedule, 9Round could be the best place to workout in Parker. I love it!

I'm a Colorado Springs 9Round member. I came to the Parker location because I happen to be in town. The trainer there was very fun, high paced and definitely kept me on my toes. I will have to be sure to stop by any time I am in town.

This review is coming from someone who hates working out and hates gyms and have never really found anything revolving exercise that I really love to do and stick with. That all changed when I found 9 Round. It has so many amazing benefits for busy working Moms! The 2 most amazing things: NO scheduled classes--you go whenever you want from pretty much 6 am till 8 pm and workouts are only 30 minutes! I have literally put dinner in the oven, run over to the gym, get my sweat on for 30 minutes, and I am home to get dinner out of the oven and on the table before my kids hardly notice I was gone! The trainers there are AWESOME. They push you (without torturing you) and give you a great workout in such a short time. I work out harder in 30 minutes then I ever did on my own at the gym. And, its a full body workout! It is also a super way to relieve stress! Nothing like punching bags after a long hard day at work! You really can't go wrong with a membership at 9 Round--you get so much bang for your buck. I tried out numerous gyms in the area and this one checked all the boxes! Try out a free class and you will be hooked!

My wife and I have been going to 9Round for over a year now, and we love it! Knowing that there is always a trainer to help motivate us through each workout is a huge plus. I love their freedom of schedule that allows me to swing in when it fits my schedule, and get a full workout done in 30 minutes is great.
