Horrible my daughter was out with Covid for a month notified them via VM because they never answer the phone then I decided to jus cancel and was still charged for 2 months of unused service! And the aren’t the friendliest people you would come across although they work with children!

We attended for about six months, the coaches didn't really do much with the kiddos, the office manager was COMPLETELY RUDE and unprofessional. Do not recommend this place at all.

All the best trainers left around March 2020. Natalia was the best child trainer there and I’m not sure where all the trainers went to be honest. We left because the best trainers left.

This place has gone completely down hill since COVID. My daughter loved her previous coach Natalia, but their current coaches seem like they have no real gymnastic experience and are only there to get a check. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this place to anyone.

Not sure how it was pre-Covid, but we did not really enjoy it. My daughter liked the idea of doing to gymnastics but it seemed like they were just winging it. There was no organization or routine

Only gave them 2 stars because i liked bringing my daughter here pre covid, they deserve 0. They took a payment from me in march, after they already had temporarily closed due to covid. I asked for a refund and they said they would credit it for when classes start up again. They told me i needed to let them know by a certain date not to take payment, which I thought was kind of dumb because all other companies had suspended payments automatically due to covid. Anyways, i said thats fine and didnt make a big deal about it. Here we are in September, i call to start classes back up again. We used to go 2 days a week for $120, and I was looking to do just 1 day a week this time for $80. Mind you i had a credit on my acct for the payment they took in march, that should have been applied the first month we returned. The receptionist has the most disgusting customer service. It was an older lady, not the nice younger girl that used to be there. Once I called and we had picked a day and time she asked for payment of $80, I said i should have a credit from my last payment that was never used. She argued with me easily for 10 minutes over this. She told me that they need money to pay the coaches, which i understand and I didnt make a big deal when you took my money in march. Why should I double pay? I already paid for this and im taking $40 less than I originally paid bc we are cutting down to 1 day a week. She proceeded to explain that the people she had given their credit to went for 1 month and never returned. I can guarantee that is due to the receptionist and the way she treats your customers. She told me that they offered zoom classes to compensate when they were closed. We did 1 class and my kid didn't like it so that was it. They marketed that class as free for current students. She told me "fine I guess you can come for free, we don't need to pay our coaches." I was not coming for free, as you are applying the last payment I gave you that wasn't used. Absolutely ridiculous the way this woman was talking to me, so condescending and argumentative. Unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful. This company is hustling people because they are reopen and have no money. There are lots of loans for small businesses to help them, and I already paid for a service I didn't recieve months ago. I am not the only one, im sure this happened to a majority of their customers. We had our first class scheduled and after my experience on the phone I chose not to return to this place for gymnastics. You can keep my $120 since you need it so desperately. I suggest you get a new receptionist before your business completely tanks.

We’ve come here for multiple competitions and our kids loved it. Clean, well-equipped and organized events.

Their Fly High Classic gives the best awards to the boys, tot fighter jets. Our son has been playing with his “trophy” for the last 3 hours.

My daughter started when she was 3. She is usually the smallest kid in any class she is in, and a little shy. Every single one of her coaches and teachers make sure she is included and help her whenever she needs help. They all know her by name and are so patient when she loses focus. Great environment and I love that there is a huge waiting area to watch. I would highly recommend to anyone!

My girls absolutely love learning gymnastics here. Every coach we have had is kind, full of praise and excellent at teaching gymnastic’s skills. My girls have shown so much growth! And they love the PNO and open gym time.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Great teachers, amazing price; you really get your money's worth. My kiddo is really enjoying her time there and is learning so much. I really feel confident; because my kid is confident. Your not just paying for them to learn gymnastics, but social skills, and most importantly, self-trust and confidence skills. I love it; consider us customers for life :)

Our entire guest list had a great time at my son's birthday party! The staff was great, the equipment was easy to understand and fun to use! I felt that this was a fabulous party for the price (it's not crazy excessive like other locations), and I truly appreciate the value we received.

My son and daughter have been in the same class for several months. They divide the group by age, but I only have to come once for both kids! The instructors are great at keeping them focused and engaged. My kids absolutely love it and have learned a lot in the short time they’ve been here. There are gyms closer to me, but I drive further for this one!!

If I️ could leave less than a star on this review I️ would. The staff here is overworked and Eric the manager acknowledged this. They lie to cover their tears in regards to accounting and cosnsitency in billing. In the 8 months we attended our daughter was ignored and never moved up. They cannot keep consistent staff on board and with management like Eric, it’s not surprising. You’re better off going somewhere else for gymnastics.

The most disrespectful employees I have ever encountered. Not only was my child mistreated and mandhandled but they kicked her out of the program because I have complained about an instructor grabbing my child and moving her out of the way making her cry. We go to the following class a week later and a “man” comes to me without even looking at me not asking for an explanation and says “I understand there was an issue so leave our facility you will be refunded get out” then I tell him ok...can I please get my daughter? And he says “who’s your daughter!?” Which made me upset as well because you don’t even know who the child is. Long story short my daughter comes to me crying because she can never come to gymnastics again, she’s 9....should not be experiencing this! He also told me “good luck finding another gymnastic place” well we have already, we just continued to ride the month out because we have paid for it already. Even my 7 year old son said “I don’t like this place, everyone is so mean” it is unbelievable that a 7 year old and a 9 year old should experience this. Needless to say I felt discriminated against and rudely treated. No one asked me what the issue was. Completely unacceptable! If you want a serious place and for your daughter/son to LEARN something, don’t bring them here. Waste of money, time, and emotions!

Nice gym, probably the nicest I have seen in the USA. And now that it's expanding, it looks even more amazing. The owner and stuff are very helpful.

AMAZING gym!! It is difficult to find a gym that will train older boys. We came to this gym after going through a horrendous experience at another gym in town off Santa Fe. [The owners were incredibly rude, the teachers did not pay very much attention to the kids - no correction for bad form, etc. In essence, I was paying for my son to goof off for an hour and for me and my daughters to get abused by the owners. I DREADED gymnastics every week.] I came with very mixed emotions and was nervous that we would have a repeat experience. It has been the polar opposite!! The staff are so kind and supportive. The teachers are amazing with the kids. My son has improved tremendously since we started. He is getting stronger and, most importantly, building confidence in himself. Thank you so much, A+ Athletics, for welcoming us and for providing such an amazing experience. Our whole family looks forward to our lessons every week. Thank you!!

As a guy that has competed gymnastics for 14 years both on the collegiate national and international level, I cannot say enough good things about this gym. This is one of the cleanest and well run facilities in the country. Erik, the owner, is very technically sound and balances his expertise and desire to be competitive with his understanding that a kid must have fun to make it all worth while. Fantastic kids classes and a great boys team program! His team guys, are not only coached how to be great athletes, but more importantly how to become great men.

I would never take my child to this establishment again. My wife lost her debit card and called in advance to let the owner know about it. We asked if there would be late fees and mentioned that fact that we would be happy to pay them. Even though we went through the motions to notify them in advance the owner still told an employee to question us in front a pack establishment of between 20 to 30 parents. Sadly, we had the finances to cover the payment and anyone could lose a credit/debit card. As an African American male I've never been so discriminated against before in my life and I recommend if you have a minority child that you avoid this place. They don't want your business.
