We just had my daughter's 10th birthday party here and I would do it all over again without hesitation. It was a wonderful experience; the instructor was great at accommodating for the various levels of timidity/fearlessness in the group, and all the girls had a blast! My 10 month old was also in attendance and the instructor offered to get a silk down for her and also let her hang out on one of the mats during class which she greatly enjoyed. Highly recommend!!

We had our daughter’s 8th birthday party at Aerial Cirque Over Denver, and it was absolutely fantastic! The instructors were amazing with the kids—encouraging, energetic, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and had fun. All the kids had a blast trying out the aerial silks and other activities. We did my daughter’s 7th birthday here. All 10 girls absolutely loved this unique experience. Lee was so wonderful in instructing the girls and offering modifications as needed. Each girl had a crash pad under them and was able to learn some fun new tricks! My daughter is already asking if she can take lessons.

So FUN!!!! We had my daughter's 10th birthday party at Aerial Cirque Over Denver - North. It was so easy and the kids had a wonderful time. Booking the party was super easy, and the staff was very communicative. The birthday party activities were learning tricks on the trapeze and on the silks. The kids were nervous at first, as none of them had any experience with acrobatics. But all of them were able to do learn tons of tricks on the both the trapeze and silks. They all had fun! I was just running around as they called for me to take more and more pictures of them. The coaches were excellent, helping the girls with new skills and encouraging them. At the end, one of the coaches put on a fantastic aerial performance to show the girls what all is possible on the equipment.

The party space is fairly small, but there was a table where we set up the food. We had pizza and treats, and the kids all had a wonderful time.

We just had our daughter’s 7th birthday party here and it was so fun and easy! They were friendly and responsive when communicating about booking, waivers, etc. We had 11 girls so needed 2 coaches, who were very helpful in assisting the girls but also did a great job keeping them focused and on task. At the end, Coach Ly did an amazing performance that impressed us all! All of the girls had the best time (and will probably be pestering their parents to come back) and the parents all commented on what a fun and creative idea it was for a party. I will definitely by looking at future classes/camps for my daughter!

My daughter has been taking the Flying Tots class for over a year now and she loves it! The progress she has made in the last year is incredible and fun to be a part of. What a great experience for these kiddos to be learning some amazing moves on the silks at such a young age. The instructors are really great (and patient) with the kids and make learning fun for them! If you have been on the fence about getting your child or yourself into a class here, my advice is to just do it!

I cannot say enough good things about Aerial Cirque! Our daughter was so excited to sign up for the level 1 classes, but by the time the first class came around, her nerves had gotten the best of her and she didn’t want to participate at all. The next 3 weeks were the same story. All the while, the teacher, Nicole, and Leah (who communicated with us via email), were so so supportive and willing to work with us in anyway they could to support and encourage our daughter. Eventually, our daughter was able to come out of her shell and is now thriving! She absolutely loves doing aerial class and comes home to “teach” us all what she learned! This entire company is a class act that truly cares about their clients and believes that aerial cirque is for anyone and everyone - and they will support you to make sure you are successful! I've been attending classes at Aerial Cirque Over Denver for over three years. In my time I've experienced nothing but the utmost professionalism and a welcoming atmosphere. Every instructor has been lovely to work with and I've been able to work with a handful to find the one that I mesh the best with. Life happens and sometimes you have to miss classes and then studio gives you the opportunity to make up classes so that you do not waste the time/payment. I started in their basic class which gave me a chance to try all the apparatuses and find the one that works best. It's great the studio has different levels available for students so when they are ready they can advance forward. There is also an opportunity to perform in the showcase.

I started aerial because I saw a post on Facebook and thought it would be a different way to exercise! Starting from the bottom and seeing my progression has been super fun and I credit a lot of it to the instructors. I continue coming back as this is such a unique way to exercise, a fun challenge, a good way to meet new people, and ultimately I love my instructor who pushes me out of my comfort zone (thanks Katie B)!

I started at this aerial arts studio about 14 weeks ago as an absolute beginner, and I can’t recommend it enough! From day one, the instructors and administrators have been nothing short of fantastic. They’re incredibly patient, encouraging, and skilled at breaking down even the most intimidating moves into steps that are easy to follow.

The atmosphere here is so supportive—you never feel rushed or pressured, which was super important for me as I was nervous when I started. The teachers are always attentive to individual progress, offering tips and modifications to make sure everyone feels safe and confident, whether you're on silks, sling, or any other apparatus.

I’ve gained not only strength and flexibility but also so much confidence. The environment is welcoming, and the community of students is just as encouraging as the instructors. If you’re a beginner or just curious about aerial arts, this is the perfect place to start!

What a fabulous aerial studio!

They have super knowledgeable friendly staff! They do aerial silks, the sling, trapeze, lyra (the big metal hula hoop) ropes, cloud, and mixed classes as well.

My favorite coach is Katie and her way of explaining the sequences is exceptional!

They even offer classes for kids/children as young as three (3) and is a great way for young ones to explore their bodies and balance while learning a fun, unique skill!

I trained on static trapeze for ~10 years, but then took a several year aerial hiatus. After moving to Denver, I was very nervous to rejoin aerial, unsure of my current strength, and worried about the transition to dance trapeze. After taking a private lesson with Katie though, I felt more than reassured and joined a class. I am so happy to be back up on a bar and rebuilding my old aerial skills. As part of a friend's Bachelorette party, we choose to take a class at Aerial Cirque Over Denver & it was the best choice! For most ladies it was the highlight of the day! The bride rated the activity as a 12 out of 10. With 11 of us, we shared apparatuses but that ended up being perfect as it gave a little time to rest between skills & the ability to take photos of one another. It also got ladies mingling with each other more. Coaches Katie & Corkie were fantastic & incredibly helpful! I highly recommend this for a Bachelorette party. Tip: schedule it at the beginning of your day, before any drinks. I can't imagine having had mimosas that morning & then spinning on the bar how much more dizzy I would have been. My family has taken aerial classes at Aerial Cirque over Denver (ACOD) for over a year, including adult and youth sessions, camps, and private lessons. We couldn’t be happier! I love how ACOD supports all experience levels and neurodiversity, tailoring group classes to meet individual physical and emotional needs. This is the first activity my 11-year-old has stuck with consistently, to which I credit the amazing instructors. All staff are incredibly supportive, responsive, and kind.

Lastly, I’m amazed at my own progress in less than a year, starting aerial in my late 30s with no prior experience. We recently participated in ACOD's weeklong summer camp, and it was a hit! The time spent each day was just the right amount of time for us to get out of the house, allowing my kids to be active and socialize with their peers while I was able to run errands needed. Brittany and her team are wonderful!! My kids loved their instructors and made it their mission to end each day with a hug and shouting "thank you and see you tomorrow" multiple times as we exited the building and drove out of the parking lot.

On the last day of camp, we were able to come in and see what they had been working on and was shocked and amazed at what they learned in a short period of time.

We are eager to start our next session and see where this fun new activity takes us. Thanks ACOD!!

My daughter was so scared of heights and going upside down. But one week of camp and it's like I have a whole different little girl who is so confident and brave! The teachers are so patient and give great direction to the kids. We got to see what they learned on Friday and I was completely blown away at how much she had learned and how her fears were no more. Parents are not allowed during class which I loved because I know my daughter would have been distracted with me there and probably not have been as brave as she was. I asked her what her review is and this is what she said: "I loved every bit of it, the silks, my teachers, all the friends I made. I can't wait to go back!!" She's 6 years old. We WILL be going back for more!!

Our daughter had her 9th birthday party here and it was phenomenal! The staff were incredible from start to finish, both in planning and executing. I was impressed with how good they are with kids, very engaging and went out of their way to make sure everyone had fun and was safe. The facility is clean and well kept. The kids were able to do both trapeze and silks, learning the proper technique and terminology for different moves throughout. Huge shoutout to Katie who learned every single kids’ name in 5 minutes, made the kids laugh with her contagious enthusiasm and did a wonderful job reading the room (flowing from one move to another at the pace of the kids’ attention). I had so many parents comment how much their child loved the experience and wants to do it again. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

My daughter spent yesterday at a day camp with Kara. Kara was patient, kind, encouraging, and made my daughter's day amazing! When I picked her up I was treated to 20 minutes of getting to see what they learned all day - it was impressive, and my daughter was beaming with confidence and excitement. After 6 hours, I had to pry her away from the silks, because she didn't want to leave. The morning of camp she said to me - "Mom, I think this is going to be the BEST DAY EVER!" Brittany is the new owner and she was so incredible, kind, thoughtful, and hands on the entire class. Nicole, our instructor, was so clearly talented, articulate, and professional! This studio is fantastic! Our daughter is positively obsessed with The Greatest Showman. For her 6th birthday we wanted to give her an extra special experience- knowing what it feels like to glide through the air on a trapeze or swing and twist in silks. Aerial Cirque Over Denver was the perfect birthday party solution! Brittany put on a beautiful show to the music of The Greatest Showman and then expertly guided the children through a variety of circus arts techniques. She was kind and upbeat throughout and very attuned to their development level- which was of utmost concern to us given that the group was composed on 5 and 6 year olds. The instructors are incredible and my daughter has learned so much and developed so quickly in her aerial skills. The variety of classes is wonderful and the staff is attentive and professional...the new owner Brittany has been such a delight to work with! I highly recommend Aerial Cirque to anyone looking for an aerial dance studio.

We went for my daughter's 12th birthday party and it was AMAZING! Brittany was very communicative in facilitating the arrangements to book the space. The party had really great (impressive) instruction from Leah and the girls had plenty of time to warm up, do tricks, and eat cake. Totally worth the price. My daughter enjoyed it and felt that she learned so much that we will be back for classes. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love it here. It's a really comfortable environment for beginners. The gym and facilities are clean and maintained. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. The owner was kind enough to help me out when I locked my keys in the car! I would highly recommend this place.

Had an awesome experience training with Brittany. The studio is great and offers a variety of Aerial equipment. I am a performer, but this was my first time trying Aerial work. Brittany was so helpful, motivating and encouraging. I am sure the rest of her staff is the same way. Would absolutely recommend this studio to anyone!

I have been going to classes at Aerial Cirque Over Denver for a couple of weeks. I have really enjoyed of the experience, both at the flexibility classes, as well as the aerial yoga. I am very found of this aerial fitness studio, and Nadja, who has been my instructor so far. I hope to attend many more classes at Aerial Cirque.
P.S. I noticed that another Google reviewer had criticized Nadja, who is an absolutely superb instructor. This other reviewer had not even bothered to spell her name correctly, he called her Naja instead of Nadja. How much could he possibly know about her teaching methods, if he can't even spell her name?

Worst teacher naja can't even focus on the kids, the other 2 are good and I think if naja left or quit or got fired the school may have a chance..
There is so much wrong with this person!!!
Also they have to many kids and not enough Quality instructors
Katrina and Leah I believe are good but naja seems to boss everyone around.. I feel so bad for all the kids can't even learn because They get bounced from station to station with hardly any practice time and they're expected to know everything about it....
There's so many other things that need to be said.....

Absolutely fantastic experience. Always wanted to try this. The class made it very approachable and fun. A total "kick in the pants" :) a neat, off the beaten path activity that I could certainly get addicted to!! Instructor was great and the general energy of the class left me happy and envigorated.
