I offer in-person and live virtual personal training for individuals and small groups (train with your partner or a couple of friends!), online training, and online health and wellness coaching—all first sessions are free!
I use my knowledge and expertise in pain-free performance as well as my ability to forge strong, trusting relationships with my clients to help people experience the life-changing power of strength. Whether that means overcoming chronic pain, improving your performance in the activities you love, or creating long-lasting behavioral change with your nutrition and other habits, I want to help you become the best possible version of yourself.

Kat is a gem 🖤 I personally think that I got realllyyy lucky to find a personal trainer that not only cares about a person but also understands each person body/limits while challenging. It’s *chefs kiss*
I’ve been seeing Kat for a little over 7-8 months now and she’s has given me the confidence in strength training and holding me accountable to it. All the workout blocks she tailored for me… especially for all the weaker areas I dreaded… I don’t dread as much because the results are resulting. The main highlight is the accommodations and pivoting of her program blocks - for example - in the beginning I didn’t think my core/balance was that weak where I couldn’t even do a body weight lunge/split squat, we dissected queues and took it slow and now I’m doing them with weights~
Cannot recommend Kat more. There’s so much I can say about her and her training, but I have to just leave it as, I love her & She’s a superstarrrr~

Kat is amazing! Working with her has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. She cares about you as a whole person. She meets you where you are and guides you to get you where you want to be. Strong, physically and mentally.
I started training with Kat coming out of some mental health issues, knowing it was now time to care for my body. She has been patient and kind along the way helping me rediscover my connection to my mind and body. We focus on teaching my body to move in a way that supports me while building strength. I finally found a trainer that understands my individual body and needs!

I have been working with Kat for almost two months, and this is the most consistent I have ever been with getting in regular exercise. Kat is extremely welcoming and supportive. She is very considerate and meets me where I am at. As a plus size person, it can be scary to go to a gym with the watching eyes. Kat provides the perfect safe space (with no mirrors!) for folks to get in touch with their own bodies. HIGHLY recommend!

I have worked with Kat for nearly a year now. She writes strength programs for me that cover kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight exercises. She's awesome! The workouts are varied and yet make sense as progressions to my goals. She includes a lot of attention to details of form, technique, mobility, and recovery. Fair warning - the workouts themselves are not for the faint of heart! Be prepared to work hard and you will see results.

Working with Kat has been a fantastic experience. She really took the time to get to know me and has helped me so much in figuring out how I can become the person I want to be. She plans amazing workouts and is very hands on in helping me if I have any questions. My favorite part has been the virtual health coaching sessions, they have been so helpful to me just to talk through roadblocks I have or think about situations in another way. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know! She is also the queen of metaphors! 😂😂
