I have been training with Tristan for over 10 years now. His commitment and passion are evident each week. He is able to effectively work around my injuries, focus on injury prevention and evolve his program around my goals and growth. Tristan's workouts vary from week to week and season to season, so I am never just going through the motions. I feel fit and strong and can still hold my own on the mountain with the college kids, which I largely attribute to Tristan!

I've done personal training sessions and group classes with Tristan and have nothing but good things to say.
In group classes he provides plenty of modifications so everyone is appropriately challenged without feeling completely wrecked the next day. I love how aware he is of those of us with injuries and helps us work through them without injuring them further.
In my personal training sessions, everything is tailored to my specific goals and I'm feeling much stronger and closer to them! He's also so kind that he's one of the few trainers that I don't swear at(not even in my head) when he's making me do the hard things. Ha!

Tristan is a motivational trainer who will help you get the results you are after. I appreciate his knowledge of weight training and nutrition and the fact that he is always learning about the latest research for both of these.
I have trained with him for over 12 years, and he is always teaching me new things.

I've been attending Tristan's fitness class for almost 10 years and I highly recommend. Working out with Tristan is challenging, but it's also very entertaining (largely due Tristan outstanding sense of humor). Tristan often alters the workout routine from class-to-class to keep the material fresh. Tristan also has an impressive understanding of nutrition which allows him to take a more holistic approach to fitness. Tristan cares deeply for the overall health of his students and becomes personally invested in everybody he works with. Five (5) stars.....very highly recommend.
