Coach Christine is an amazing coach and treats our 2.5 year old so well! Our little one has learned skills here that she LOVES applying outside "ninja gym" like tumbling safely if she falls and climbing up and down stairs with perfect balance. If you're looking for a place to let your kid be a kid while also learning some neat skills, Altitude is the place!

We had my son’s birthday party at Altitude Movement, and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive from start to finish, and the coaches were so encouraging and supportive with all the kids. Everyone had an amazing time β€” the energy, activities, and overall experience were top-notch. This is one of my son’s favorite places to go, and they did not disappoint for his birthday celebration. Highly recommend Altitude Movement for a fun, memorable, and stress-free party!

We have had a wonderful experience going to this gym for the past year and a half. My son, daughter and I have all taken classes here. My son has grown so much working with Coach Christine. She provides a lot of encouragement and great direction for the skills and obstacles. Coach Christine has helped him so much with confidence, emotion regulation, focus and strength. My daughter and I have also enjoyed our classes. I love that they offer adult classes that are just for fun (or to compete if you want to). Coach Ramez is a wonderful coach as well. He is very patient and supportive. He also provides great instructions and suggestions for improvement no matter your level of skill. We also enjoy going to the open gyms on the weekends and just trying skills on the equipment. They are great about giving makeup classes when we miss a class too.

Juliet is great with the preschoolers. She keeps the class engaged and safe. My daughter used to be in gymnastics but it was too slow paced. The pace is great and they still work on core, muscles, flexibility, and stability. This place is great and reasonably priced.

Very cool Saturday classes! My 3- and 6-year-olds really enjoyed them. Attentive staff and dedicated teachers! Easy parking, space for parents to wait and also to watch the classes! We will definitely be back.

This is one of our favorite activities, for two kids in the family. My youngest is a risk-averse kiddo with a serious fear of heights (doesn't even like to be lifted up in parents' arms). Coach Christine has been amazing with him over the span of many months, encouraging him to try new things and cheering on his successes, like him now being able to hang or swing from bars or cross high balance beams solo. His wins at Altitude Movement with her have spilled over into confidence in other tasks (bike riding, writing, building, etc) and it has truly changed his life for the better. My older kiddo enjoys the challenges and strength-building of the older class. We have had nothing but excellent experiences with the staff and various coaches, and I'd highly recommend trying this out, even if your kiddo (or you!) doesn't lean toward this sort of activity naturally.

Recently had a birthday party here! It was a great experience! Michelle was super accommodating to any requests or changes. Glen was a great team lead and Micah was an excellent helper out on the floor. I loved that it was such a private event, w a whole party room for food and gifts, the gym, and the instructors. My kids had a blast and we hope to celebrate here more! Thanks Altitude!

My 4-year-old (Roman) did his first class today and it was hands-down one of the best activities we’ve ever tried and we’ve done it all: soccer, gymnastics, swim, jiu-jitsu. The coaches were so interactive and engaging, the obstacle courses were exciting and well-designed, and the facility was spotless and welcoming. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. My son was fully engaged, smiling the entire time, and already can’t wait to go back. We’ll be coming every week from now on. Huge kudos to the team for creating such an amazing program for energetic little onesβ€”this place is a gem!

We are currently in the pre-school class and my daughter absolutely loves it! Coach Amber is fantastic and I am so impressed with the junior coaches (We've had Luke and Julia so far.) as well. It's wonderful to see teens who are fully engaged and seem to really enjoy helping with the littles. The price is better than most activities for three year olds, especially since class is a full hour and doesn't require much parent involvement. Of course I'm happy to step in when my kid needs it, but my toddler is more willing to take risks when I'm not hovering so I appreciate that for the most part I can step back and let them do their thing.

Our daughter is very shy and tentative at team sports however, she discovered Ninja at 5 years old at Altitude and took off! The instructors are amazing, and her confidence is growing every week. When we ask what summer camps or weekly activities she wants to partake in that season, the answer is always Ninja. We (the parents) never question the safety or physical benefits, and she (the kiddo) never questions the fun. Winning for all!

Altitude Movement is hands-down one of the best places for kids and adults to stay active, build skills, and have fun. The classes are energetic, well-structured, and led by instructors who clearly know how to motivate and connect with all ages. Our kids look forward to every session, and even the adult classes are a blast for me! We also hosted a birthday party here and everything was organized, engaging, and stress-free. The staff made the event feel special and kids had a blast having the whole gym to themselves! Highly recommend if you want to take you and your kids to the next level of confidence and skill!

I threw my son’s birthday party here. Overall, the kids had a blast and were entertained the whole time. Things to keep in mind when hosting a party here though; they only allow you to arrive 10 mins ahead of time to do any sort of set up or decorating. They also book parties back to back apparently, with no prior notice and rush you to clean up and pack up, which not only left me feeling annoyed but spiked my anxiety. One of the staff literally just came over as we were finishing up cake and presents and was like okay, what can I do to help breakdown, because the next party is here. I was trying to frantically take down decorations and clean up food, all while thanking my guests and saying our goodbyes. I’m sure the party after us didn’t appreciate having to wait for their space either. I hope they got a discount or time extension for the time they didn’t get to use the space.
The overall time management of things was just not great. The kids did obstacles for the first hour and a half, which only left 30 mins for food, cake, presents and cleanup. I tried to gather the kids at several points throughout because I knew time was ticking and we still had to get them fed and open presents, but I felt I had little help from the staff when it came to that. Had we have gotten a heads up about the party booked right after us, I could’ve started packing up much sooner. But just know, they don’t have any system in place that allows for a small window to clean up and reset for the next party and only have one β€œparty area”. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress for me and my guests.

Great staff and overall experience with every training session. There is a large emphasis on growth and development in a community that is supportive and motivating, as well as focusing on having fun. They have a variety of classes to choose from depending on your focus and skill level. The facility is accommodating for all levels of physical abilities with a little something for all ages. I would definitely recommend paying Altitude a visit and training there if you're interested in obstacle course racing, parkour, ninja warrior and overall physical fitness all within a fun and challenging space!

For a year we attended weekly classes, the coaches were high energy and fun but the coaches changed and became disinterested and short with the kids. After an 8 month hiatus, we returned for a private birthday party. They had a lot of inconsistent rules and the staff were quick to snap at the kids.

I figured out a way to use all our missed day tokens, now that we have more free time, to find out they expire. My son was gone for the summer and I was afraid to lose my tokens, and to not be able to rejoin if I canceled.... I spent a whole months membership, for nothing, and then lost all my tokens as they expired. At this point I'm donating to them. At this point he really hasn't learned anything from it, he just complains it's too hard. But he wants to learn flips so I told him it takes practice, he has to stick to it at this point.... now I'm just at a loss at this point. I do blame myself. Just such wasted money for nothing.

This is an excellent option for kids who are very energetic and require a larger range of variety to stay engaged. The coaches are accommodating and patient. The administration is approachable and responsive. Several options for classes (public and private) are available for adults, too. I have found the value of services provided for the cost to be very reasonable - especially in contrast with other fitness facilities in town. Highly Recommend!

We visited while in Colorado springs. My kids were looking forward to this for months. When I arrived the lady at the desk was arguing with her son on the phone and the smell of the trash nearby was overwhelming. Still the kids were excited until the lady continued to follow them, nitpicking everything they did. First there was a "tool" hanging that looked like an obstacle that my son was playing with and she snapped at him. Then the kids were trying the slack line and using a rope hanging nearby to help them across, she came over and put the rope up so they couldn't use it and told them they need to work on balance more. She shouted out encouragement to the kids who were members, but never once tried to encourage my kids who were trying this for the first time. I don't know why she was determined to ruin our experience, but she was and she succeeded.

The gym itself it pretty cool. The kids enjoyed themselves. The coaches are encouraging and present. However I would not recommend for birthday parties. Parents were asked to sign waivers to be on the mat with their kids then consistently asked to leave to mat. The birthday childs parents were even asked to leave unless they were taking pictures. The reason, "in the past parents had pushed their kids to do exercises resulting in them getting hurt". So, what was the point in signing an adult waiver from the start? You're basically paying for the gym time, coaches/babysitter and an empty open room. I think we'll stick with the Ninja Gym at Lost Island for future parties where you're able to encourage and be present with your child.
