My favorite Anytime in the Springs! I like that when I enter, there’s a voice that says, “Welcome Visitor!” The facility is always clean and I love the layout. Great machines and much variety here! I’m grateful for the 3 bathrooms because when that water hits, it HITS!

Been unable to use my membership for over a month because I no longer have my key fob to enter, but every time I try to call it goes straight to voicemail and I never receive a call back. Luckily I work for the company whos card they are charging so I will be charging back the last 6 months. I do not care if charging back prevents me from ever using this gym again, because as soon as they get their money they couldn't care less about you. Trash.

What good does it do to belong to a nationwide athletic club, expecting to gain access only to discovery, after traveling a great distance to use the club, only to discover that's is a "PAY PER VISIT" club!!!
Nowhere on the website does it mention that nor have I ever heard of it.

This location shows 7-Day Trial Pass eligible, but I called and the guy said they don’t honor it at this location. After I told him I selected this specific location when checking it, he just repeated himself. Don’t let your location show up for the offer if you don’t honor it; simple as that. Also, you don’t have to be rude to people when they’re bringing up a problem with your business. You could’ve easily acknowledged that there’s a mistake, offered to do something to fix it, and then actually solve the problem so nobody else experiences it. Terrible customer service and problem solving skills. Village Center does honor the 7-Days and was extremely understanding and kind about the confusion.

It's definitely an AF location to visit again. Clean facility, welcoming manager, and updated equipment! The manager, Derrick, even gave me a tour and took some time from cleaning to ask where I was from and offered his help if I had any questions. He was super approachable and held a great conversation that made my workout and the ambiance comfortable. Would definitely be coming back to this location!

I moved to Colorado a year ago and was sad I was leaving my anytime fitness gym in Texas but when I found this location it felt like home ! Very clean and great equipment! I tried the other three locations in my area but none are as clean as this location. If they add a hip thrust machine I might just move in and start paying rent lol . I have been going to this particular Anytime Fitness for a couple of years now. The gym is kept clean; I see Derek clean the gym/ bathroom every day. The equipment is kept up with, no ripped up benches and broken machines. For a gym it's size, it never feels packed. Derek is a personal trainer who has an extremely upbeat personality and a tremendous love for fitness.

If you are new to the gym scene, I highly recommend this gym. It won't get your anxiety going from 0-1000, maybe only to a 100. Staff is helpful in figuring out your fitness goals and how to achieve them.

Now for the seasoned gym rats..... there is enough here to get a full workout in. You won't get the people setting up tripods/ cameras for 10 mins to just do one set of half squats for their social media.

I love this location. We used to live down south and came here all the time. The owner and other gentleman that work there are incredibly nice. The gym is hardly ever busy until the evenings. They keep it clean and ask for member input on purchasing equipment. Very laid back staff and easy to communicate with. It can be hard to get ahold of them (email is best), but they tend to be very responsive and accommodating once you reach them. I have found getting ahold of any Anytime gym is challenging so not specific to this location alone. If I still lived close, I'd stay here forever! It's almost worth a 30min drive to me.

This gym is immaculate, the vibes are electrifying and the equipment is a1 excellent. I love this gym and I love the professionals that run this gym. One thing to improve is get paper towels instead of hand blow dryers, but that’s not a big deal. It’s clean here, it’s not packed, and the equipment is new and not broken. variety of exercise equipment (foam rollers, kettle bells, sandbags, barbells). Will recommend to anyone. I don’t like going anywhere else.

Tthe equipment is great. The staff is unresponsive to phone calls at all times during the day. Does not call back when voicemail are left. Canceling is an absolute nightmare, as they will not work with what seems like a lot of people as these people are going through huge life changes. Myself included. Derrick is the best personal trainer I have ever had. I had 3 other personal trainers and none of them are as good as Derrick. Great place to get a workout in! Newer updated equipment, large functional fitness area. This location has basic lifting machines and a decent size (but on the smaller side) freeweight area. Cardio equipment is clean, new, and varies based on preference (treadmill, stair stepper, rowing machine, and even lateral elliptical). Downside is limited machines and smaller gym. Plus side is large functional fitness area, updated equipment, and cleanliness.
