My daughter and I had been looking gor a gym but didn't like any of them until we came to Anytime Fitness.From the first meeting with the owner we felt comfortable and welcome. The gym is always clean and has everything you need to get a good workout whether you are a beginner or not. So glad we found this place. I highly recommend to anyone who might be nervous about joining a gym.

It’s always a blistering million degrees the thermostat is set to 77 -80 degrees but don’t worry they give us 1 tiny fan for this “large” open concept room.

I mean this makes cardio and pushing yourself pretty dam tough

Other small things I wish that the emergency exit would stop getting blocked. ( I unblock it every time I come ), usually out of wipes

Positives tho, its has all of the equipment needed for a good workout Nothing to fancy but gets the job done, I usually don’t have a crowd but more then 5 people would makes it tight

Worst gym in town! Besides that, they are incredibly dishonest. I signed up at another location and my contract allowed for cancellations by including a $100 cancellation clause. They do not honor contracts signed at other gyms (even though they are legally supposed to). I had to get corporate involved to solve the problem. INCREDIBLY DISHONEST!!! My suggestion is to go sign up at another gym, that way you have a cancellation clause. When you want to cancel, simply transfer back to the other gym and then allow for them to cancel it. Besides that, the lady to takes care of the gym does a horrible job. The regional manager is a coward who doesn't return phone calls or emails.

Their lack of professionalism and compassion is astounding, especially from Stefanie Feazell. I have never met someone so wholeheartedly unhelpful and lazy. In addition to never answering the phone, no one is ever there to help in the office. They act pleasant when you sign up but heavens forbid you need or want to terminate your membership. They blindside you, and have several hoops they'll throw you through, in addition, they'll keep your membership open past any contract you sign continue to charge you fees past your contract end date, and send you to collections despite being past your contract and explicitly stating you don't want to renew. In addition, Stefanie in particular, will blame you for their inefficiency, confusing membership system, policy, and lack of communication. 10/10 would not recommend.

Generally clean and serviceable equipment even for such a small space. Hand soap in bathrooms is probably the absolute cheapest soap on the planet and makes your hands stink- what’s up with that? Didn’t have enough cleaning equipment available at night.

I love this gym! It's 3 mins from my house and being open 24/7 is so convenient for when I get that random late night workout itch. I also like that I can go to any location when I'm traveling rather than skip a workout while on the road. I really like that this location is a smaller gym that's never over-crowded and you tend to see the same faces doing their thing, day in and day out. The owner/manager Stephanie is very friendly and welcoming, she always greets me when I come in during office hours. I've never experienced anything negative here, I always feel safe and supported. I signed up for 2 years and I have no regrets almost a year in. Thank you AF Greeley!

I have been trying to cancel my membership over two months since I moved away. Have not been able to they asked me to send a certified letter I did. They still charged me this month. I sent it before this billing cycle. I call and no answer. It’s ridiculous to have to work so hard to cancel a gym membership. This is august 2023. I had a collection sent for 357 to my credit report. Even though I sent a certified letter in July of the year this took place. I sent emails and phone calls to cancel my plan. You see right here the owner said he would have it rectified. The creditor stated I was supposed to sign a cancellation form. I never received such a form. The owner got what he wanted fraudulently reporting on my credit that I owed this made up number of $357. Never actually sent me paperwork to cancel my membership. But made a big show of responding to my comment. Don’t go here and don’t sign up for a membership here. Never to this day have had such trouble canceling from a gym because of moving with any other known gym across America. Spend your money elsewhere.

Been paying for a membership that is covered by my insurance. Never informed that insurance covers membership upon signing contract but other clients were informed right away. After calling several times and getting no answer and sending several emails I was finally informed that my insurance covers the membership. I was accused of never asking in spite of several attempts to call and email. Never get a membership with them. Go to vasa. It's cheaper and the staff is upfront and honest.

Mainly due to customer service. Very combative. It was a little difficult to get in and cancel due to office hours. Also frustrating that I am still being charged for the month of January 2023 even though I cancelled beginning of the month & before billing hits. Only answer I got was a “it’s in the contract.” I then asked if I will get an email or anything she then said “no they do not do that at this location.” I have to then hope it gets canceled with no confirmation and by her word of mouth.

I really did enjoy this gym. Not overly busy, management was mostly friendly. Unfortunately, it has come to light how greedy they are. Agreements were made and not being upheld. Trained new management very poorly.

I have two different emails saying that I was going to be credited at the end of my membership for being understanding during COVID. I paid my monthly dues every month regardless of the gym being open and not once complained. I was extremely understanding, and stated in my previous email that the management could do what they needed to do in regards to payments during COVID.

I did not ask for any free months like I could have due to the emails I have received. I understand the pandemic, and orders related to the pandemic, was out of their hands. I went into canceling my agreement not expecting Anytime to uphold their end of the agreement to bill while the gym was closed.

Now, they are holding onto a technicality in their billing regardless of being entitled to multiple free months, that I never asked for, but was simply promised due to COVID.

I emailed requesting a refund due to the gym membership being canceled per their terms and being entitled to multiple free months. After a couple of back and forth emails with me explaining my position on the refund, the email I got back simply stated that I was dealing with a different manager at that time and he/she was not up to par with anything previously.

It really is a shame that you have a customer who was understanding during the pandemic and did not complain about being billed when the gym was closed being held on a technicality, ESPECIALLY after I did not expect to utilize the free months I was promised. I simply just wanted to cancel.

Just a heads up, even if you have everything in writing, the management will still do what they want.

UPDATE 10/19/21- NEW OWNER TOOK OVER AND THE GENERAL MANAGER STEPHANIE IS BY FAR THE RUDEST PERSON EVER. I tried to cancel my membership during covid due to not being able to use the gym with the restrictions. They made me continue to pay for the entire membership contract. I canceled my membership and THEY STILL CHARGED ME. Horrible and will never recommend to anyone

Showers don't work at all, asked a regular, she said they'd been out for months. The shower room itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned above eye level in years, as a truck driver I was counting on being able to wash up after my workout.

The new owners really stink. They are rigid and inflexible with their membership agreements. I am moving and although there is an Anytime in the city I am moving to, it is not close and doesn’t make sense to go there. They want me to pay the entire remainder of the contract plus a $50 additional fee if I were to terminate. I would be very cautious entering into any agreement with these people.

It’s a really cool gym. It’s got all the necessary equipment and the staff is awesome. Most of the other customers are respectful and clean their areas after using equipment. The only down side is there is a couple of customers that place their things next to equipment and talk to other customers instead of actually using it. It’s a little frustrating, but that’s not the gym/staff’s fault.

Phenomal gym. Although it’s not as big as it’s competitors it does have everything you need to get a good workout. I’ve witnessed this gym have over 20 people inside and there were still free weights and equipment available for others to use. Great staff!

Extremely small gym. With so few pieces of equipment that it becomes nearly impossible to get a good workout in, even with only 4-5 other people in the gym.

Update: I am sure this can be verified by my check-ins, I stopped working out at Anytime long before any of this happened. This gym is cliquey and I felt personally disrespected by the on-site trainer, Lisa, when she told me “if you don’t believe in Jesus, we won’t get along”. They tell one side of a story in an attempt to smear someone’s reputation when my review is a simple fact: the gym is too small. The only positive about Anytime Fitness is that they are open anytime. I’ll happily work around a smaller time frame at a less expensive gym with more up to date equipment and nicer people.

Love this gym and the owner is great! He even remembers you by name which is kind of impressive! It is a smaller gym but as long as you miss the after work hours when everyone goes, you should be completely fine. I've never had an issue with it being too crowded for me to do my thing. On top of everything it is exceptionally clean, possibly the cleanest gym I've ever been to! I never have an issue with waiting too long for any equipment and everyone is super nice so they would let you use it anyway if you asked. I love this gym and I will continue going to it until I move :)

This gym is (by far) the cleanest and most pleasant gym that I've ever been to, especially in Greeley. I've been in and out of other gyms before, and this place isn't even in the same ballpark. I love this gym, great access, great atmosphere! Small-ish gym, but never crowded and has a good equipment variety.

While the gym itself is adequate, I found the customer service (or lack thereof) to be extremely disappointing. Due to specific billing arrangements through a partnership with my company, I was not able to use any location at my discretion as most members are and as the clubs are advertised. None of these contingencies were disclosed at the time I signed up for the membership, and I found that several of my other coworkers experienced problems because Anytime Fitness is not able to coordinate transferring payments between their locations. The solution offered by their office manager was for me to cancel my membership and see what the rates are at another location. I followed her suggestion and cancelled my membership.
