When I first started at this gym 3-4 years ago it was really sketch, run down, broken machines, 2 star gym, once the new manager Leo took over he turned things around and made it a 5 star gym. Community is amazing, lay out is amazing now, he’s on top of any issues. He really turned around the culture of the gym! This is the best gym in town if you are a beginner, advanced, or just need a good place to stay on top of your physical health. Staff is always there for you when you need anything! Clean bathrooms and showers, I travel alot and this is definitely the best anytime fitness I been too.

Great neighborhood gym! If you’re in the Longmont area and looking for a great, no frills, clean, high value place to work out - this is it. Been going here for a year and love the community vibe. It may not be the biggest spot in town but it’s a great place to work out, the staff is fantastic, and it’s a really good value. Lots of regulars and familiar faces, which speaks for itself.

It came under new management at the beginning of this year and the team is making all sorts of great enhancements. On top of gym and equipment upgrades - Leo and his team are doing a lot to build new programs and a great community.

I have been doing the all inclusive membership for about 7 months and my results have been very motivating - big gains in strength, cardio and overall fitness thanks to the custom programming and group classes. Definitely recommend!

You'd think with how much money I've given to Anytime Fitness over the past 3 years, this gym would be impeccable. The contract is absolutely impossible to navigate, the parent company is impossible to deal with, get a hold of, or figure out how to manage your account. With so many other gym options, I'd avoid Anytime Fitness at all costs. The contract is absolutely ridiculous.

As a member for almost two decades I would strongly discourage use of the Longmont facility. The owners care not for the site and several things are constantly in disrepair. The new manager Leo is a bully and a tyrant. I was harassed in front of my child and then charged a $50 fee for refusing to disclose my child's personal information. After almost two decades of paying monthly and sometimes not even using the facility for months or years at a time I decided it not worth paying another single payment to this establishment. Luckily there are so many other options on Longmont and even other much more reputable Anytime Fitnesses not too far away. Leon or Leo or whatever should get a job at the DMV and I made sure to suggest that to him as I was cancelling my membership.

Beware of predatory contract, it can't be canceled unless you can provide proof you have moved or have a permanent disability and this is not mentioned but hidden in the fine print. F Rating with the BBB! Do not go here, they will enter you into a 3 year contract without telling you that’s impossible to get out of. Trying to cancel my membership has been a worse experience than trying to cancel at a planet fitness. They only let you cancel with a proof of a move(literally they want copies of your lease, moving documents), medical condition (again they want written documentation), or “buyout option” and pay 50% of your “remaining balance.” Surprise, I was locked into a 36 month contract without my knowledge, so my “buyout” fee is $1340….I was told when I joined the gym it was month to month and easy to cancel.

Great place, been here for over 2 years! It's about getting your workout in. Staff has always been helpful and Zadek is great. Nothing crazy fancy here but great for getting the job done with lots of exercise options and pretty much always a small crowd so not having to wait for exercises to open is great. Well I'll add to the already stellar reviews. Anytime Fitness, sucks. I was a member for a while. Back when Tony and George ran the show, it was simple, now its a massive scam.

Tried to cancel, can't. Just like everyone on this thread. ABC Finacial is fraudulent and if I had the means, I would open a class action against them.

I battled to get my membership canceled, to no avail. Finally, I had enough and initiated a stop payment. Now my battle is with collections. It's incredible how, not only am I not using the gym, but I'm also not paying for the gym; yet the crooks will still come after my money.

Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about this place. I wish it was still the Pantry Market. If can save someone the stress of not signing up for this place, I'll consider that my one good deed.

Spacious and clean. I love that they use microfiber towels and wash them. Each member grabs a spray bottle and a rag with which to wipe down equipment. Thank you for saving our lungs by not using trees for paper towels!

As other reviews have stated, this place isn't very clean, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, and the equipment is outdated. Since, I have called and e-mailed ABC numerous times to cancel my membership and I continue to be charged. I even have a charge for over $100 randomly after I had stopped going to this gym which is WAY more than the membership cost. They steal your money and make it nearly impossible to stop them. I just started with the 6 week challenge and my personal trainer Parker is great, I highly recommend him. I haven’t worked out in a loooong time and I’m pushing 49 years, so I was anxious about returning to the gym but Parker has been so welcoming, patient and a authentically encouraging. I’m just getting back into it but the gym has more than enough equipment and space to keep me occupied for awhile. This place refuses to comply with Boulder county public health mandates. I tried, very nicely, to get out of my contract, since they refuse to follow the law, but they refuse. I work with at risk people so I can’t use the services, but they don’t seem to care. So I’ll just keep sending the health department until they comply or let me out of my contract

I was a member of this gym for one year, and fulfilled the annual commitment for my membership. In January of 2019, I canceled my membership through the method required by the contract. I called the ABC billing line and canceled my membership, then created a signed letter and took it into the gym, and presented it to the manager. He told me my membership would be canceled. I was not charged again until randomly in August 2020, they started charging my credit card again without authorization. I hadn't set foot in an Anytime Fitness since I canceled my membership. I no longer live in Longmont and can't appear in person. AVOID this company at all costs.

I have been going to this gym since mid 2016. Things have gone downhill since new management took over. The former group was pleasant, willing to listen and overall easy to get along with. I have interacted with Jeremy on two different occasions and he has zero listening skills. In addition to that he is abrasive and continually interrupts.

Much of the equipment is out of order and/or in need of repair.

I am canceling my membership immediately and will never recommend this gym to anyone.

Wow! After being a member for 15 years, I would have given this club a five star review, however along with many other folks, their billing practices leave a lot to be desired.

I have been paying via automatic payment for nearly two decades, and have not used this club but a handful of times since Covid. If I have been there 6 times in 2 years it would be a miracle.

So rather than continue to pay, I decided to cancel my membership.
You have to email a third party in order to do this. So I did.

I am aware that you have to give 30 days notice in order to cancel and was well aware that I would have to pay ANOTHER months membership fee, despite the fact that I am not attending. OK, I can live with that.

However, since it is September, they are telling me that I also have to pay the additional $20 maintenance fee. Had I notified them last month, then I would be exempt. What!

This is unacceptable treatment for any member and I have been going back and forth via email, as there is no way to actually speak with someone regarding this. As a "valued" long time member, that has continued to pay without getting any benefit (I went primarily for the classes which have been non-existent since Covid), I have asked them to waive the $20 maintenance fee. Nope. All I get is the same drivel stating that I must pay it since it is in September.

I have asked for the contact information for the owner or manager of the Longmont Club but the third party billing company does not have this information. Call the physical club and nobody answers the phone. I have called the physical club AGAIN just now, and of course there was no answer. I left a message and can update this review if and when I get a response. I guess I will have to drive up to the club and hope that a manager is on the premises when I do.

Frustration level is high.

Beware if you join this club. And if you need to cancel, do it before September.

I was extremely impressed by the communication and the service that the manager, Jeremy provided when I inquired about a trial of the facility. He asked me my goals and made me feel very comfortable right away, but on top of all that he went out of his way to make sure I got the FOB to get my trial in, Litterally met with me outside of the gym to get it to me. That level of service shows as the gym was very clean and had a staff member cleaning while I was there.

I transferred from an Anytime in another state. Have never seen any management in the office and I've gone at various times to workout. People looking to join the gym have asked me how to do so... I dont work for the gym and cannot point out who to talk to because management is non existant and the owner is MIA. The roof is leaking as there are buckets everywhere in the gym collecting water. There is minimal air conditioning in the building and they use giant fans to help circulate the air, which is not effective.

Gym rat types ruining it for the rest of the normal, nice people. Non-members sneaking in and clumping together in what seems like gangs of gym rats and to be frank, pure trash, esp. at night when staff leaves. Hurts to write this, but it’s the truth that most people think but dare not say. Have to go around 1pm to avoid all the sketch. My girlfriend and I signed up for a year contract here together, and came about 5 days a week for 5 to 6 months straight. Firstly, George signed us up, and he was awesome. He always made an effort to make friendly conversation, even remembering things about us, what we do, and our names. Small gym, but never had any issues with that. I would give 4 stars, but the old fat obnoxious white guy who works there as well made racist comments toward Native Americans to my girlfriend when he asked her 'what are you anyways??'

I signed up in May 2015. The person who did my paperwork DID NOT tell me that it would be a 3 year contract. Next time I go to a gym I better take the paperwork home and read it. I called to talk to someone about it 3 weeks later and I quote he said “Maybe you were just to excited about signing up that you didn’t remember the 3 year agreement.” Being upfront with customers will get you far, lying about your contracts won’t. It is a clean, friendly place to enjoy a workout. There are plenty of cardio options as well as weight machines and free weights. The studio portion of the gym is equipped with most equipment needed for pilates, yoga, mat work or barre. It is also equipped with an audio visual component that has a variety of popular workout videos.

This place has tons of equipment but there is one employee there that has not been welcoming at all. After signing up for a membership I was heavily questioned if I actually had a membership even though I had a key.

I signed up for a membership and fully regret it. The staff only cares about signing you up for a long a contract as possible. The gym is small and usually crowded, despite what they told me. Still used the gym off/on. After extenuating circumstances and a horrible family tragedy, I ask to cancel my membership. The club could care less and sent me to their 3rd party ABC Financial to handle it. They also could not do anything, as the club decides what is acceptable reason to cancel. No one was helpful or cared, you will pay $$$$ for the membership and then cancel. Only care about the money. Super disappointed and would never use Anytime Fitness again, still trying to get cancel my membership because of the now financial burden.

I love it here! They have lot of equipment and it’s always really clean. The prices are not bad at all compared to other gyms. The staff is sooo awesome and nice!!! I’m happy I got a membership here. Definitely with it

Nice looking spot but has the following drawbacks:
1. smaller than PF. PF has more equipment
2. More expensive than PF
3. No locker rooms (they use open lockers in the workout area monitored by surveillance cameras)

I've been a member of many different gyms, and for the price, its hard to beat this one. Best anytime fitness I've been to - it isn't the same small, cookie-cutter anytime franchise that most others are. Manager is super friendly and attentive. Great free weight area, plenty of cardio options, & classes to jump into most of the week. If anything breaks, it's fixed very quickly. My only complaint is parking is a pain during busy times but you'll always find a spot somewhere.

I wanna say that Denise is an understanding person. He understood how important it is that my son being 12 and in boxing has a tournament coming up soon that he need to have training done and is needing the equipment to help my son to have a chance on success.in the ring. Editing this review as after some more thoughtful consideration I decided this was a good gym and decided to join afterall. It's always really clean, the staff is responsive when you have inquiries or comments. Signing up was a breeze for me and I was in and out in less then 15 mins total. It has all sorts of weights, machines, private bathrooms and showers etc. The only thing I wish they had that they no longer have is a standing tanning bed. 10/10.

Ben going to this location for almost a year now. I love it. Heavy focus on lifting equipment with two full racks of both dumbells and barbells, and 4 squat racks. Excellent cardio options but I really like not having to wait for a spot to do my strength training.

Anytime Fitness is by far the best gym I've been to. Any problem that is reported in the gym gets resolved immediately, and I love the fact that everyone has access to the gym 24 hours a day. I'd definitely recommend this gym.

the group fitness is AMAZING here. nothing fancy as far as amenities but the equipment is clean and works and is modern and again, the classes are fantastic full-body workouts that are constantly changing.

Join any other gym besides here. There has NEVER been any staff there to help resolve (more than one) issue. I spent 2 months trying to settle a problem when they 'lost' my check for a month and then tried to charge me late fees for it. It took more than a few calls to the main number for customer service and even they couldn't get anyone on the phone during the hours mentioned on the club voice message. The y finally 'found' it and dropped the fees.
They try a sales pitch that includes "we have lots of security cameras!" but this is not a bad neighborhood, the entry door is well secured and I can only assume they don't have staff on location to save a few dollars.

When I first started my membership, I loved it; It was great for about six months. However, when my fiance and I began our membership, we were guranteed that if we needed to break out contract we would pay $100 plus whatever was owed on our account for that particular month. Here it is, almost a YEAR LATER that I have had to spend calling back and forth two different locations AND their corporate office in order to get that initial agreement taken care of. I feel like I was lied to and cheated; I finally FINALLY got them to agree that yes, that is what the initial agreement was and that I could pay it and not be taken to court. I spent about eight months getting annoying calls several times a day from their automated service about the bill we "owed". While I think their policies are unclear, and they have horrible customer service, not to mention they seem much more interested in getting your money and membership than your fitness, I will say that their facilities are no joke; they have generally excellent equipment and nice patrons. The only problem really is at about 6 pm, when guys in any of the location I would go to would come in with about twenty gallons of axe on and proceed to scream/grunt their way through a single set of fifteen reps of whatever iron they were pumping. People complained to management, since a lot of us had allergies (let me tell you it was overpowering yeesh,) and they told us to deal with it, it wasn't their job. I feel that if you have more than ten people make a complaint about the same thing, then you, as an employee of the establishment, really do need to at least make an effort, like a sign or something at the VERY LEAST.... agh. If you're looking to pay through your nose and get just a regular gym (granted it's open anytime, but that in the long run doesn't mean much,) then this is your gym. My suggestion is join your local rec center. They're usually cheaper, offer childcare, as well as community activities, group classes, personal training, and generally have a pool.

Anytime Fitness uses deceptive sales tactics when recruiting members and is an unsafe environment. My family and I were told we could sign up for month to month membership even though they request a contract be signed, when I questioned the contract he said it was just a technicality and there would be no problem to cancel at any time and upon what I would call incredibly unsafe practices with their treadmills being left on and unattended, upon attempting to cancel all memberships with one week for my daughter and about two weeks for my son we have so far been unsuccessful in getting the owner and manager to cancel memberships or apply refunds.

Showers, towels, a tv room for the kiddos, trainers around, classes at different times, a separate studio if you want to go in and stretch, all kinds of weights and machines, and I get along well with Dennis. I travel a lot so I can use any Anytime club across the US. Dennis suspended my billing when I was in an area of NY that didn't have a gym close by.
