Unfortunately one of the worst gyms I've been to. Owner ignores emails and phone calls, and have only seen him in the building maybe twice since I got my membership. The other members and even witnessed the trainers not wipe anything down, leave the ropes laying across the floor behind the treadmill is such a safety concern, or take their weights off machines, they let their small children run (yes literally run) around the gym.
The place is never cleaned, under their treadmills is a thick layer of dirt. Restrooms only have air dryers that don't work. the bottle refill station has been out of a clean filter for the entire 3 months I've been going. Leg extension machine has been broken for 2 months, with notes from customers on it to please get it fixed.
the man who commented that this location has the most leg machines in loveland has not been to any of the other gyms in loveland. because there is only 5 machines, well only 4 since the other one is broken.
Also one of the machines has been rigged to only play fox news 🙄

after what feels like months of trying to contact this gym owner, i finally got ahold of the owner and it appears that having your account frozen doesn’t do anything to the length of your contract. this was never explained to me when i was offered to freeze my membership over a year ago. this gym membership alone is horrible and it doesn’t help that the owner of this place is impossible to get ahold of. highly not recommended.

This location is TINY. As in if there are 7 people lifting it it’s not even worth working out. When you walk in you’re greeted with a sign that says something along the lines of “if you have dirty shoes take them off, what would your mother say”…Yet there are three bathrooms with no working hand dryers and no paper towels, and only ONE sink works. IN A GYM. That’s disgusting. Not to mention the bathrooms themselves, yuck!!….The gym was recently painted but never finished, and all the paint cans and used brushes etc are in a corner collecting dust. Eye sore. With all this in mind, the owner and trainer are there all week so there are no excuses on why it’s so dilapidated. There is ZERO pride in this location. I’ve always been taught your workplace is a reflection of you. It’s a shame because the equipment isn’t bad. Just everything else! I mean look at the reviews. No one is lying. Go elsewhere.

The owner Zack took 2 months to get back to me about a replacement key and in-between that time I tried to call his business number which is full of voicemails and has been for months maybe years if you look back at old reviews others have wrote. NEVER GOT A REPLACEMENT KEY. Lucky I didn't give him a card on file or I'd be getting charged hundreds when I haven't been able to workout for MONTHS.
GO TO LOCAL CHILSON REC CENTER, QUALITY IS BETTER & PRICE IS CHEAPER.

The model of the company as a whole is a scam. Support your local rec center, get to use a full gym a pool a steam room running track basketball courts racquet ball courts hot tub ect. Being able to access the gym at two in the morning is not worth it imo.

The owner, Zack, has come through over the last year with all the improvements he promised. More new equipment recently, plus upholstery, was fixed and updated on various benches. I appreciate being able to work out at a gym that is up to date and cared for. This is a great place to work out. This location is now offering tanning as well.

Zach is a Hog Head that needs to work on customer service. My account had tanning, when I asked about tanning at other gyms Zach got irritated and told me u can only tan at your home gym.......then without asking or talking to me, emails me and says he has taken tanning off my account. Then wouldn't respond to emails. Gym very small, stinky, dirty, and hot water.

Management is responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating as hell. Love the equipment and vibe. Literally every machine you can imagine from a wrist curl machine to a standing hamstring curl to a standing rowing machine. Great stand up tanning bed, and Zack, who oversees the place is the best guy. Our favorite gym in Colorado. 6 stars out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I loved this gym before the pandemic hit. Since it sold, I can't say anything positive about it. I tried for months to book some personal training and got zero response to multiple phone calls and drop in visits (I was completely ignored). Since then, I have joined another AF and am so glad I did. I am now attempting to cancel my membership with AF Loveland and am meeting with the same kind of response I got 2 years ago. I read all these positive reviews and am baffled. Are we even talking about the same place???? Just once, I would appreciate somebody there answering my questions.

Im a member in CA visiting CO and was able to get in a few workouts! Smaller facility but the equipment was in great shape and had a lot of variety. Not too crowded either so i never had to wait for a machine.

Gyms and bodybuilding ... I've been around. Venice Beach and Huntington were always my best gyms. Come to Loveland AF and what a satisfying suprise - quality of equipment, variety of equipment, and good vibe. We found management to be awesome, chill, accommodating. Really like this place!!

Key card don't work when it's sapoise too. No one in there is helpful.naver answer phone calls. Naver call people back.and been known to overcharge people on top of all that as well.

I received two confirmations for an appointment to look at this gym and sign up, one by email and one by text. I showed up to locked doors with no staff anywhere to be seen (during "staffed" hours too). I waited for 20 minutes while trying the door multiple times and also calling the number listed multiple times. Apparently "Anytime" doesn't apply to confirmed appointments.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My husband and I have been with Anytime for years. We moved this year, and I have been trying to cancel my membership for 7 MONTHS! I have emailed them, called many times, I have stopped in and no one is in the office, there is a note with a number on the office door to call if you need anything, you call it and it goes to a voicemail box that is either full or you leave a message and never hear back. I have called the financial company they work with, no help at all. So disappointing! I would highly recommend you not go here if you don’t wanna be scammed out of hundreds of dollars and never get a call back…

Signed up for a week free trial. I was emailed to come into the gym to get a tour and my key card the following day. When I showed up between the hours that were communicated to me, the office was closed, and they had a sign in on a piece of paper. I didn't stay for long. All of the equipment was so close together. It felt really cramped. They only had 3 traditional benches, and they were already being used. There wasn't even space for me to warm up while I waited for my turn. I ended up walking out and will not even try to take advantage of the free week trial.

Zack (the owner) is very friendly and helpful, and bends over backwards to help members as much as he can. I transferred from the Loveland North location when it closed and he made it as seamless as he could. He also every year shows members what the yearly membership fees go towards if/when new equipment is involved.

I would not recommend this place. The owners do a poor job of communicating changes. They are all very hard to get ahold of. It is rough if you ever decide to cancel. ABC financial manages the accounts and they are a nightmare to deal with. I have used anytime fitness many times over the years (off and on as I have changed locations) and after this experience, I will never use them again.

We are traveling through Colorado and stopped in for a workout. Very few people in here early, so there was no trouble getting weights, machines or treadmills to use. Sanitation cloths provided for cleaning the machines. The gym, restrooms and showers looked very clean. The only downside... Annoying hip-hop music. Not very relaxing or motivational to work out to... Just got on my nerves.

Taylor and the Anytime Fitness team are amazing! My husband and I have been members since they opened about 4 years ago and we could not be happier. The customer service is superb and the gym itself has always been extremely clean. I also love the location - you can work out while waiting for an oil change. Anytime is a smaller gym but has plenty to get you fit. No pool, no massage table here. Video yoga and other training classes keeps it fresh. 24 hour access for members is a plus. Key card works at other Anytime's too.

I love this gym! It's super clean, has all the equipment I need plus a private group sized yoga/exercise room. I really appreciate the private showers in the bathrooms. The management is friendly and the whole experience is much less intimidating than some of the bigger gyms. I feel like I'm at home here.

Helped to open this gym with the manager, Taylor before I moved. This is an awesome facility with top of the line Precor equipment. The staff is super knowledgeable and will make sure you reach your goals. Can't beat the 24 hour access or access to all locations either. Super clean, too!
