This place will be out of business soon, but in the mean time do not waste your time or energy. The owner will not get back with you, and even if he does, this is NOT a gym you want to go too. There are no bathrooms, and all of the old, dirty equipment is on top of each other, and there's no space. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

All the right free weights and machines I enjoy working with. Studio area for stretching, yoga, etc with a large selection of workout videos to follow. Good way to switch things up. Overall very clean. It's had a couple of negative times on the clean side. Guessing they have difficulty finding steady help, it happens. Overall an A+

This Gym is the pits past HELL.. Dirty , stinks a small office space if that Not sanitized doors and walls Nasty with filth , security camera laying on the floor equipment so close u have to step over it or even find attachments to workout , and those are worn and filthy.. I really need to cancel this membership I can’t .. with this franchise

Similar to the most recent reviews, I have been a member for about 2 years and had great experiences, no issues with getting a hold of anyone, was working with Michaela most of the time and she was amazing. I'm not sure who all is there now, or if anyone even is there, because it is impossible to get a hold of anyone through email, phone call, voicemails. Due to personal issues, along with the gym not being what it was, I wanted to cancel and emailed 8/31 through their website (after not being able to get a hold of anyone on the phone for days or through their other email) and was offered a complimentary freeze to try and get me to stay, to which I said it's not a good time for me and I wish to cancel still. I have now received 3 charges equaling about $100 since August. Still cannot get a hold of anyone. If I was not working during their office hours I would go in, but I have tried calling and emailing, to which I haven't heard anything from anyone. I used to love this gym, but I am not sure what has happened to it to go so downhill. I don't typically write reviews, especially negative ones, but I'm upset about being out $100 and not being able to get a response form anybody there.

This place is a joke now. I cannot believe what it has come to. The doors are wide open with equipment outside, no AC, half the gym isn’t even open. I don’t know what happened to the old trainers who were actually friendly and responsive, but ever since then it has gone down hill. There is no communication whatsoever about what’s happening at the gym or why over HALF of it is closed. I emailed over a month ago to tell them I wanted to cancel ASAP. They tried to convince me otherwise and would not drop it. I thought I finally got the point across that there was no saving me and my money. Then this morning I was charged the $32.95 when I thought I had CANCELLED. Do not come here and waste your money. Go somewhere else!!!!

Signed up for the free 7 day trial. Received an email from them about going to check it out. Agreed to the time, which was right after work, got held up at work and couldn't make it. I emailed apologizing for missing the meeting and asked if we could set up another time. No response. Could never do business with a company that cannot respond to a simple email.

The office hours is a LIE.
The gym is for members only and you will not be able to join since no one works there.
It is 9:26AM on a Monday, October 26 2020 and still no one answers my phone call.
I wanted to join but i gave up.

Every time I go to cancel my membership they try to offer me another plan. They wanted me to pay 145 too close my account and I agreed. Then they set me up with pay one month and get 3 months free. Now when I go back they don't even show that I even tried to quit. I haven't been since January of 2020 and they continue to charge my credit card. There's never anybody around when I get off work so apparently I have to take a whole day off to quit the gym it's still going to cost me $145. This place is a joke they charge you for a cleaning fee which they don't do a very good job cleaning. Buyer beware

I stopped in to check rates because I current membership at Gold's is expiring. It was during their posted office hours however I was clearly disturbing the girl there because she couldn't be bothered to show me around and when I asked for prices she sighed with annoyance gave them to me and told me if I wanted to join to call and make an appointment ..... Yea make an appointment to join a gym ??? I have lived all over the US and have never heard of such a thing. They just lost 2 potential members

Easily the best gym I've ever used. Everyone that works here is awesome! They are the nicest people and say hi every time you walk in. The TRX class is amazing and I'm already seeing a difference after only a month of going once a week. The machines are well maintained and I think I've only seen one machine down for more than a short period. Great place and definitely worth the monthly price!

When I first started going there it was great! The lady at the front was awesome!!!! She left and a new manager came along with new trainers. Changed everything. The guy at the front is completely rude!!! I have since then cancelled my membership. Well they ended up taking the monthly fee after I was cancelled and are now taking forever to refund me the money! I suggest going to a different gym where they are on top of things and friendly!

Equipment is dirty and treadmill/elliptical technology is outdated compared to other gyms. No filtered water system, only a water fountain that gets about 2 inches from the spigot (can only imagine the germs on there). The weight machines are not optimal either. Not overly impressed.

Seriously one of the nicest gyms I've been to. I've been into fitness for 15+ years and I can tell you this place rocks. The management staff is extremely professional and kind. They were calling me by name the 2nd time I came in even as just a trial member. They have a generous free trial period so decide for yourself. But the following has been my experience:

Customer service is top notch. One reviewer commented that the customer service was poor but I sincerely find that hard to believe. It was also posted 3 years ago. If you have a question about form, how to use a machine, an alternative exercise for a particular muscle group, and they'll gladly assist because it seems they simply enjoy their jobs helping you. Very well informed, certified, and kind.

The group fitness class instructors are also professional, certified, and kind. Calling patrons by name as they enter. Constantly working with and engaging everyone in the class at their own level.

The facilities are always clean and if something is down it's repaired quickly. Plenty of free weights plenty of guided machines. The group fitness room is an awesome asset: Really high ceiling, well lit, huge mirrors, nice hardwood floor. When group classes aren't in session you pretty much have the place to yourself. They have kettle bells, yoga mats, steps, jump ropes, resistance bands, medicine balls, a huge metal A rack to attach your own gear like TRX of other resistance training. Seriously, just check it out.

The gym is never overcrowded. You won't find yourself waiting hours to sneak into a machine or to find an open bench.

The bathrooms are large and always clean.

Over all Opinion:
I highly recommend Anytime Fitness in Loveland.
A perfect gym with a great staff and motivating environment definitely worth checking out.

This gym is great. The staff is friendly and does not constantly push personal training sessions and supplements on you. If you ask the staff for help with anything (workouts, nutrition tips, etc.) they help you because they genuinely care. It is a smaller gym, but it does not get too crowded. The equipment is very well maintained and if it does break the staff gets it fixed or replaced quickly. If you are looking for a smaller gym as opposed to larger corporate gyms give Anytime Fitness in Loveland a try. I used the free week trial before I joined too.
