Hello,

I submitted an email earlier today to cancel my membership that only began 07/12/25. I found out 13 days later that I need a total knee replacement according to my consultation work Physical Therapy. I’ve already paid $80 the day I joined, I’m not paying for services that were never rendered. When I called the customer service number I was told to contact the actual location I go to because billing for this company is a 3rd party merchant.

Very clean shower rooms. Shout out to the lady who cleans them daily along with the entire gym! Great Job. Only suggestions would be is better shower heads! Nice clean gym and equipment

Great gym! There is plenty of clean equipment and space to work out. This had 4 bathrooms, I believe, and a changing run as well. I parked my semi at Walmart .5 away until after hours. Thanks AF

Otr trucker-gym equipment building etc I give a 5 star. The bathrooms are a 1! The shower curtains are mildewed and stink. (For $1.25 you can buy curtains from dollar tree) The entire bathroom need a deep clean with BLEACH! Please tend to your bathroom and showers!

It was clean and they have decent equipment, but everywhere you look, there is a pretentious, sarcastic sign. Granted, there are people that leave equipment covered in sweat and/or don't rerack their weights, but the majority of us follow proper gym etiquette. I don't need to feel lectured like a misbehaving child while I train. Obviously, this left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe management could just start paying closer attention to their clientele and handle these problems on an individual basis, rather than post these childish signs. It gives a very unfriendly appeal. This is just one man's opinion.

Would give more stars considering the diversity in equipment but the employees “personal trainers” truly ruin the experience. They use this facility as their personal playground/daycare on a daily basis. Charge extra on peoples accounts and fix/update nothing it truly blows my mind.

Most of the staff are friendly and they’ve been very kind to me bringing my adult son with disabilities in to use the stationary bike. The tanning bed works less than half the time we’ve tried to use it. Large variety of machines. People leave you alone and let you do your workout. I would recommend for workouts.

My work is 100% travel so I travel to a new state or new city every couple weeks or every couple months. This is the first time I have seen such a ridiculous cancelation policy. They will try to squeeze you for more money after you stopped attending the gym it's ridiculous. I was told to email to cancel and couldn't cancel in person. Come to find out it takes nearly a week to get a response. Then they told me I need to provide proof of moving? Or a medical reason to cancel? I never lived in Colorado how will I ever get any of their acceptable proof of move. It says they accept newly issued ID so I hope current ID and bank statement that says I don't live in Colorado is enough. I don't know if this is a norm in Colorado but this is absolutely ridiculous. Why do I need to provide reason that I'm canceling a gym membership? This is absolutely ridiculous and if I can give this place a 0 star I would.

I would have given this gym a 4 star rating when I was a member. Unfortunately, I moved, went through the entire process of canceling my membership (I had paid a year in advance) and have been unable to get a refund. I have been trying since April and now I am not even getting a response on the reason I am not being given my money back or who I need to contact to fix the problem. Terrible customer service!

I love how BIG and SPACIOUS Anytime Fitness (Sterling) is. Not only are there tons of options for equipment to use, but the organization of all the equipment, including the myriad of dumbells, is impressive and easy to respect. I also enjoy the use of the spray bottles and regular purple cloth towels to clean the equipment because it certainly helps with the cut-down of waste. Lastly, most of the staff I have had an encounter with have been fairly nice and knowledgeable about the equipment and how to use it. Plus, they do a WONDERFUL job at keeping the entire gym spotless and ensuring the bottles are always restocked with plenty of spray. I love Anytime Fitness (Sterling). Thank you for being great!

It has been the best gym experience I have ever had. The people are cool and the equipment if clean every time I'm here with friends. The trainers and great help and provide great support and advice. Do not sign up for a membership here! I started a month to month membership to work out for a few weeks while working in town, tried to cancel after the first month when I left sterling. They use a third party for their membership services, I had to repeatedly email them asking to cancel my membership, they charged me another month after I canceled. I was forced to pay 50.00 for a membership I had canceled or would have been sent to collections, they say once you cancel it takes 30 days for the cancellation to be in effect, so they are stealing another month from people that are trying to get out. I've had tons of memberships and not once had to jump through so many hoops to actually leave. Also they charge you an nonrefundable 50 dollars for the little plastic fob key (which I have been given at multiple other gyms for free) not worth all the bs of just simply trying to cancel a membership that was only supposed to be for one month

I enjoy working out here when I am in town. The staff is helpful and they have nice equipment. A little bit of everything. A small functional fitness area, a very nice virtual studio for fitness classes, a small CrossFit type area, two cardio areas with great machines, and a large area with free weights and machines.

I have been a member for almost three years. This is a very clean facility, the equipment is always nice, and the staff is great! It is incredibly motivating to walk into a gym where people know your name and are happy to see you. They also offer great group classes for members.

The weights are not too bad but if you want too use the cross fit room don't know what time it opens because it's 1030 in the morning and there is no staff here on a tues and the room is locked
