I attended my first myopatterning class this morning and I’ve been on cloud 9, eagerly anticipating my next one ever since! I walked out of the studio feeling aligned, happy, connected, and confident. I am truly over the moon and hooked off of one session alone. I’ve never experienced a whole body tune up like this! The workout was low-impact, challenging, and adjustable. The instructor’s expertise was abundantly clear, his passion infectious, and the community and energy in the room were so incredibly inclusive! So many beautiful and gifted individuals are in this space. I can’t wait to move there again and again! 🥰

This is a special healing place. I come here weekly for a full body reset. This is where I realign my mind, body and being and get back to homeostasis. Michael is so intelligent and caring and has created a beautiful space for well-being in his own creative and artistic way. I look forward to this weekly treat.

I just started coming here a few weeks ago…. a friend of a friend referral and couldn’t be happier! Michael and Andrea are the best! Every class offers a challenge and the instructors guide you with compassion and enthusiasm. The 1.5 or 2 hours goes by quickly. Studio is clean. Other students are friendly and helpful… It’s a sweet community…. and the workouts are awesome.
I’m soo happy I found Artistic Body Development. Thank you!

Although I have some experience with classical Pilates, I was not sure exactly what to expect from myopatterning, especially given that the class was twice the length of typical workout classes. However, I found it was exactly what I needed at the end of the week: low impact with lots of stretching and calming music, but also strengthening and appropriately challenging. Michael was a fantastic instructor, very hands on and patient with a first-timer.
The building has its own reserved parking which I always appreciate when traveling in the busier parts of Denver. Bonus if the resident dog, Winston, is there.

As a runner, the myopatterning class is great! I worked on muscle groups and flexibility that I usually neglect. Felt great afterwards

I cannot say enough great things about Artistic Body Development, between their amazing classes that triggers all areas of your body. These classes can be as challenging as you would like and can feel it in the class, however strangely enough, you are not sore when you leave. I've seen my body become more defined since starting classes August of this year. Michael (one of the instructors) brings incredible amount of knowledge unlike any other I've known in this field, with a sense of humor and levity as we all need during these crazy times.

My husband has been attending the myopatterning classes for 20 years. He started at 50 and is now 70 and has retained his flexability and strength. It's great for your core muscles, and helps his golf game. I go when I can, and it's great for my legs and bum. The machines are spaced well apart and everyone is wearing covid masks and there is plenty of air movement, so I feel safe. Hopefully we can continue for a long time!

I have been going to Artistic Body for 18 years +/- and have loved every second! There is a friendly, relaxed environment but the skill and knowledge of the instructors and owners is unmatchable! Such a great accompaniment to my outdoor cardio sports! I wish there were more stars to check! Thank you ABD!

Excellent workout and top notch instructors! I do all sorts of workouts- Climbing, Spinning, Yoga, Pilates...and this place is awesome. It is a low impact, highly effective form of pilates that the instructors have honed and developed over the years. The proof is in the people who have been coming here for decades (in some cases), and they are in fantastic shape.

As someone who isn't overly flexible, I was surprised at how much I have loved going to myopatterning. Now, I'd much rather go to ABD for class than stretch aimlessly on my own! Mike and Andrea are incredibly knowledgeable and provide highly useful adjustments. I always leave having learned something and feeling nicely stretched.

I can’t say enough about Mike and the rest of the ABD team. I have been going to this studio for years. The classes are challenging, but laid back. All of the instructors are great about helping you get the hang of an exercise and the most out of a stretch. Before I started going to ABD, I had back issues and a problem ankle that sprained whenever I rolled it. Since I started at ABD, those issues are gone. I have lost weight, feel stronger, and stand taller. And who doesn’t love a pilates studio with a house dog?
