I highly recommend Mark and ATP Fitness for personal training, especially coming back after injury or building strength for everyday fitness. Mark is highly knowledgable, compassionate, and motivating. I was training for a half marathon and had to completely stop running due to an injury. Over three months, Mark helped me build strength to correct the imbalances that were causing me pain and I'm back to running! He even incorporated feedback from my physical therapist into our training sessions. Mark is an awesome personal trainer! Oh--and as an added benefit, I can tell how much stronger I am just lifting my kids and carrying groceries. Can't recommend ATP Fitness enough!

I have been working with Mark now for a little over 2 months and he’s gotten me back on track after a long time out of the gym. He is patient and meets his clients where they are at. If you are on the fence about hiring a trainer, Mark is worth every penny. My physical and mental health have improved tremendously. Of all the personal fitness trainers I’ve had, Mark has definitely been the best! He cares about his clients. He has a great depth of knowledge when it comes to physical fitness and he works with where you are at and adjusts programs based off your needs and concerns so that it better fits with whatever your lifestyle or goals are. I’ve learned a great deal about training and I would highly recommend him.

I worked with Mark for a year and had great results. I was working through an injury in my knee and back and was able to build strength enough to continue to do the activities I love. My experience with Coach Mark has been remarkable. He does an amazing job of balancing encouragement and accountability, he's always positive during our sessions but never lets me give less than full effort. Not only have I made significant progress in my strength and mobility, I've also been able to relieve chronic shoulder pain with Coach Mark's guidance. Coach Mark is knowledgeable and flexible, so when I came in with a new agenda, I was amazed at how quickly the training adapted to prioritize MY specific goals. As of this review, I started ATP Fitness back last spring weighing at 135 ib. being 6' tall, concidered underweight. With the private coaching and sessions, I've gained 5 ib. in muscle, better eating habits, and healthy lifestyle in six months! I wanted to wait a few months after I’d began working with Mark to leave a review just so I could determine how well Mark’s coaching methods would work.
I came to Mark with a back injury wanting to get back to doing the activities I loved after being told I’d be in pain for the rest of my life. Mark sympathized with my problem and custom created a workout for me that wouldn’t injure my back and would instead support it with a “built in” back brace using my own back muscles to support my injured spine.
Mark’s coaching far exceeded my expectations- not only am I currently pain free and off the pain medication but I also noticed after 4 months my weight is down and my curvy physique is back!
Did I also mention Mark’s coaching is EXTREMELY affordable compared to the many many hopeless sessions of physical therapy that did not work and drained my bank account. I would rather spend my money on Mark’s coaching then go back to physical therapy any day.

I had hip pain that would wake me up at night. My coach Mark recommended a 3 time week exercise program for me. It is easy and quick exercise. I felt better after 2 weeks and most of all exercise at ATP Fitness improved my quality of sleep.

Mark is one of the best. The workouts are really great and he took the time to listen to what my goals were and also just as important, my limitations and tailored a workout to match it.
