Audra is fantastic. My body was an atrophied mess after covid and 3 prostate surgeries. Could barely walk with calf knots, hamstring sharp pains, back and neck pain. After Audra sessions I am in best shape that I’ve been in more than a decade. I’m 70. She’s good humored and tough, that’s just what I needed.

Working out with Audra is fun......yes I said it fun. She is knowledgeable, motivating, driven, but most of all she is compassionate. Audra tailors your workout to your fitness level. Unlike some trainers, Audra is not intimidating but don't get me wrong, she is still tough. If you are looking for a positive experience and great results Audra is your kind of trainer.

I am still training with Audra and still find my workouts to be fun. I really appreciate that she meets you where you are and doesn't ever push to point of injury. In fact if you have injuries she is great a accommodating and giving alternative exercises.

As one who maintains a healthy lifestyle and has regularly worked out on my own 1-5x per week, I didn't previously feel a need to consider personal training. However, realizing that my own routine had recently become stagnant, infrequent, and ineffective, I met with Audra for a consultation which led to a 5 session introductory package. WOW! First session felt like the best workout of my life! A whole new routine that targeted areas I'd been neglecting! When Audra pushes you to do more it is not pushy or intimidating because she comes across as having total confidence that you can do it. She motivates without being intimidating. She's always smiling and encouraging. She actually makes it FUN to workout. The gym is small with private and semi-private rooms. It is a comfortable environment for those who don't like big gyms and lots of people. Your first visit with Audra is always free and she offers discounts with longer commitments.
