Base 6 is the best! It’s such a welcoming atmosphere, and their classes are designed to support and challenge people at every age and level of fitness. This has been huge for me and has helped me to stay engaged, encouraged, and to make significant progress in my fitness. I look forward to my classes in a way I’ve never felt with any other gym. And in addition to significant strength gains, their emphasis on functional fitness makes a huge difference in overall capabilities and injury prevention. Brian is amazing and deeply knowledgeable, provides a lot of individualized support throughout sessions, and always knows just what guidance you need to ensure you’re carrying out the exercises with proper form and function. Highly recommend, 10/10!

I joined Base6 a few months ago, but it’s been such a great experience so far. The staff is super friendly, and there’s a really strong sense of community that makes it easy to feel comfortable right away.
I’ve especially been enjoying the variety of HIIT classes — the instructors keep things interesting and push you without it being overwhelming. There’s something for everyone, whether you're just starting out or looking to level up your workouts.

Base 6 is an incredible gym! I recently completed my first 100 days, and I can confidently say that it’s all thanks to the simple yet effective approach they have. The key is showing up and giving it your all. The workouts are consistently fresh and challenging - I’ve never had the same routine twice. Great music gets the endorphins flowing and really speeds up your time. The coaches provide the perfect balance of encouragement; sometimes reminding me to slow down and focus on form, and other times pushing me to give it my all. Even in a large group class, the attention feels incredibly personalized. I appreciate the warm greetings and smiles from everyone, and I’m impressed by the top-notch equipment that is always clean and well-maintained.

Base6 Fitness has been a great experience. I have been to other gyms that offer HIIT workout classes before and the quality of classes that Base6 offers is above any place I've been. They have a great rotation of class formats that keeps classes from getting repetitive and boring yet they still keep the classes super organized and easy to follow. The staff at Base6 is great, including everyone from the friendly front desk staff to all the amazing coaches. There is this great sense of community with the groups that take the classes. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new place.

I am so glad I found Base6. I was looking for a small gym in the area that wasn't corporate (OTF, F45, etc) and decided to give Base6 a try a little over a year ago. I do better with small group classes as opposed to working out on my own and I enjoy HIIT-style workouts. The classes here are challenging and change daily. The owner, Brian, is passionate about fitness and keeping members engaged. There are challenges throughout the year and themed classes around holidays. All of the members are very friendly and there's a sense of community here. The gym participates in various races (Tough Mudder, etc.) outside of the gym as well, if you're into that. The instructors are very knowledgeable and always offer tips and modifications. I never feel out of place here, even when I'm uncoordinated or skipping burpees while everyone in the class gives it their all. I've made a few friends here outside of the gym which is an added bonus. I recently moved and when I was looking at condos, I considered how far away I would be from Base6 -- I've never thought that way about a gym before. Give this place a shot, you'll love it.

Love this gym so much—it’s close to my house and the workouts are challenging, but adaptable. I love the group class aspect to meet people while still having a trainer who can correct my form so I don’t get injured. The class times are great and the staff is the bee’s knees.

I have been going to the HIIT classes at this gym for about 6 weeks now and the results are incredible! I actually have arm muscles now... I can lift more weight than before. The coaches really want to make sure you are doing each exercise the right way to prevent any injury. Each class is different so it's always exciting. I love the different challenges. I've belonged to a lot of gyms - January comes around I find a good deal and 2-3 months later I'm bored of it because I'm not seeing the scale drop or legit results... well here I am only 6 weeks later and I AM seeing awesome results. Give it a try! You won't regret it!

I'm pretty particular about my gyms, and this is the best one I've been to in Denver. Very best workouts in Denver, and definitely the best run gym in Denver. Some things I appreciate:
1. The very best workouts. Combination of cardio, strength, flexibility, agility in each class.
2. Total body movements that I wouldn't think to do myself.
3. A range and variety of movements every day.
4. Workouts are clearly created with a plan for the entire week and month so that you aren't bored or have overworked movements during the week.
5. The gym is clean, with a variety of equipment that is well maintained.
6. The gym is always set up before class starts, and trainers are prepared to lead the workouts every single day.
7. Trainers provide excellent attention to form every single class.
8. Gym owners are very responsive to any questions I have.
9. Gym members are very encouraging of each other.
10. And ... it's fun! Every single class :) If you loved field day in school, you'll love this place!
The gym always has a good deal to try some classes for free or a very reasonable price. If you're looking for a new gym, this is the one to visit!

I started Base6 a few months ago and I am so glad I did!! The gym has knowledgeable coaches that are passionate and kind. The gym is clean and organized. I love how before each workout the exercises are demonstrated. This has really helped me to understand the form of each movement. The environment is welcoming with an encouraging staff and members. Great place to workout! My husband and I joined in January, after trying 4 or 5 gyms prior, and we love it. They have challenging HIIT classes, athletic yoga classes and educating barbell/strength classes. The coaches truly take the time to ensure you are doing each movement right. If you’re looking for a fantastic neighborhood gym, look no further!!!
The first thing that you will notice is that everyone knows your name; you’re greeted like a human being and the fact that you showed up matters. The second thing you will notice is the diversity - there are people of all shapes, sizes, ages, gender identities - all working out together. The classes are easily adapted for everyone on their fitness journey, so whether you’re just getting into shape or lift regularly, you’ll be challenged in a really good way!
The owners and the coaches are superb. As the owners, Brian and Libby have developed the such a welcoming environment. CJ is great with form and Nicole never fails to brighten my day with her encouragement and amazing energy (plus she ends each class with bad dad jokes which amuses me to no end). There’s also yoga with Michelle 2-3 times a week which I cannot get enough of! Also a big shout out to Nico who is always so great to see when you walk in and provides banger beats to work out to.
All in all, the community is unbeatable and the workouts are challenging but very doable. Each class is about 50-55 minutes long and you definitely leave feeling like you got a great workout in!

I have been working out here since I have been a travel nurse in Denver. I have worked out at multiple gyms offering HIIT workouts and this has been my favorite gym. Everyone is very friendly. The workouts are never the same. I feel like I get a good workout every time, and I love the variety of movements and type of weights. There is also the option to do barbell classes, as well as, they are included in some of the workouts. I will be sad when I’m time here comes to an end.

*Quality of fitness*: Let me just say that I enjoy NOT planning my workouts, and I have put my full trust into Brian and the crew at Base6 to plan out a holistic and well-rounded HIIT and Strength work out regimen. They have HIIT classes that are absolute BURNERs, and range from upper & lower-body focused, to mobility and power-focused workouts. They also have barbell classes designed to help you nail proper form and build strength over time taught which I've learned so much from and think they compliment the HIIT program nicely. I know I can jump into classes a few days a week and get something new and different from that last class that I can benefit from.
*Community*: Brian and the crew bring high energy and expertise to every workout, yet keep things light-hearted and don't take themselves too seriously. The people who go here overwhelmingly NORMAL people and don't take themselves seriously either. We're all just in it for a good work out and not for the instagram shenanigans. I look forward to going to every work out and I cannot recommend this place enough.

I love this place!! I always thought I was working hard at the gym until I started working out here. I love that every workout is different and they offer yoga, strength training and speciality classes (ie. their ski clinic was amazing!). I tore my ACL last year and they were so great at making sure I had modifications for any of the moves. I already feel stronger and have increased my weights after only two months!
The environment is super welcoming; great music, great people. The trainers and staff make you feel part of a family and are super knowledgeable! You get a kickass work in under an hour– there's nothing better. I can't thank Base6 enough for getting me excited about working out again!

I had been working out at home during the Pandemic and was getting bored and losing motivation. I drove by Base6 and decided to check it out. I am so glad I did! The workouts are challenging, fun and different each time. My fitness has definitely improved being in the gym vs working out at home. It’s totally different when you’re surrounded by people who are pushing you and encouraging you. The coaches and staff are AMAZING. The classes are big enough to keep the energy high, but you still always get one on one personal training from the coaches. It’s definitely a no judgement zone and they are tailored to all sorts of fitness levels. They do bunch of challenges which is really fun and helpful to stay on track of your fitness goals. Most definitely recommend joining this community!

I can't speak highly enough of this gym! I joined about two months ago and noticed a difference after even just my first week. I had been mostly sedentary for a year and half of COVID despite a typically movement rich lifestyle (standing desk at the office, taking the stairs, walking at lunch) that I hadn't recognized was truly the difference in my ability to even move. By the time I made it into Base6 I had gained 15 pounds and groaned at the slightest exertion. It wasn't a good look or feeling and I was worried about injury. No injury to report and I have lost the 15 pounds and gained even more agility strength than I've had previously. I'm excited to see how I progress after 15 months, which is their average longevity (6 months for most gyms) of a client. I think the rates are reasonable, the parking is easy, the classes build but are never repetitive. It's a great gym for enthusiasts and newbies.do yourself a favor and give a free week a try.

Love that the the program of work is varried and rarely repeats. Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help and encourage extra output. Really enjoy working out with my fellow members. Found Base 6 through a friend and decided to try it. Felt right at home the first day.

I recently signed up with Base6 fitness taking advantage of their first month for $20 and now I am hooked 7 classes in. Kylie, CJ and the crew are super knowledgeable and high energy. For a guy in his 40’s and someone that went almost 20 years not going to a gym these sessions have been perfect for me. Not to high on impact but strenuous enough to have me dripping in sweat and full body sore after every class. Looking forward to a long-term relationship with Base6 and the crew!!!

In April of this year, I finally took charge of my health and fitness. I started working out and eating right and was steadily losing weight. I would mostly walk and do yoga at home, but I knew eventually I'd want to kick it up a notch. I live around the corner from Base 6. I would walk by often and think it seemed super intimidating but I told myself I'd be ready for it some day.
I checked out their website at some point to see what they were about. There was a lot of language about inclusivity and workouts being tailored to all levels which gave me some confidence that I wouldn't just be completely out of my depth. I decided I'd finally give it a shot back in June and haven't looked back.
The coaches are all very knowledgeable and supportive. There's the right balance of pushing me to challenge myself and not feeling forced to do anything that I'm not quite ready for yet. The workouts are always different and always challenging.
I enjoy seeing a lot of the same people regularly. It feels more like a community than just a gym I show up to and grind through a workout. I'm really glad I decided to take a chance and try it out even though it was very hard at first. It's been so worth it and I'm excited to see how much more I can continue to grow (and shrink) by coming here.

Love the mixed workouts and coaches! It's definitely the one of of best gyms I've worked out at in Denver. They make the workouts fun and mixed so you never feel like you're doing the same thing over and over again.

Great family like atmosphere, challenging classes that are different every time, with the best schedule offerings I've seen in the area. Started during the pandemic and was very happy with their covid response and precautions (one of the few if only five star certified gyms!) which continue today. Highly recommended checking out a free class!

I've been going to Base6 fitness since August 2020. The workouts are always fun, challenging, and never repetitive. They take Covid seriously and are Denver 5 start certified. All the trainer know their stuff and the staff is friendly and helpful. The workouts kick butt and it's been helping get back into shape and keep my sanity though this pandemic. 100% recommend.

I’ve been part of many fitness gyms over my 25 years in Denver and these owners have the market on fun and functional fitness (sorry CF)...these owners & trainers love what they do—the workout moves through 6 timed stations usually, 2-4 rounds. It’s always a new workout and I’ve been there 6 months! You’ll get a cardio/strength/endurance challenge every time through the door, have the option to measure your output, and feel motivated with good music and good vibes from your fellow base6 peeps.

I've been going to this gym for almost 2 years. It's a great strength and conditioning workout that is programmed to allow you to increase weight and ability as you progress. Coaches and Owners are great and go out of their way to know the members and customize needs around individual goals. Highly recommend.

I have really enjoyed working out with the awesome crew at Base 6; they’re thoughtful, knowledgeable and plan engaging workouts. All of the coaches have been super helpful in modifying the exercises to accommodate my injuries, while still making sure I’m getting the full benefit of the workout. Base6 is a new gym using tried and tested results based programming. When you’re there you’re working hard towards your goals with excellent coaches guiding you through the moves. I always leave a sweaty mess and I love being able to measure my fitness improvements with benchmarking. The founders and coaches are some of the best I’ve encountered.

This place is awesome! The instructors are all so encouraging and informative, and really push you to push yourself... I realized these workouts with an instructor/trainer make such a huge difference in getting in great shape compared to trying to do it yourself, and I’m seeing some great results even just going once a week for a couple months now... I think I’ll be upgrading soon to the higher membership so I can start going even more often.

I love coming to Base 6 Fitness. The workouts are awesome and vary every day. Focusing on different muscle groups daily helps me to recover faster and come in even more often. The coaches are very nice and helpful and wanna get the best out of you during every single workout.

Best work out ever!! It’s a fantastic HIIT workout. Brian, John, CJ, Kylie and Kathleen are phenomenal coaches. They are great motivators and are awesome at adapting if your strength isn’t quite there or you have an injury. Libby runs the front and is so incredibly kind. Its a workout that is great for all fitness levels and helps people gain strength in muscles that you actually use so you can feel strong in your day to day life. Also every class is full of smiles and encourage is is great for EVERYBODY! I cannot recommend it enough!

This place is AMAZING! I have been to many different gyms over the years but this is the first one where I feel so welcomed and encouraged. The minute you walk in the door the coaches greet you make you feel welcomed and just over all make you feel like your workout is going to kickass! This place has not only helped me feel more encouraged by my workouts, but has helped me improve movement in body, confidence in my strength, and also just overall confidence in myself in general! Whether you are wanting to get into shape, move better, or overall just love to get your sweat on this is the place for you!
