Beard Fitness is amazing! I trained there with Chaz for about a year or a little over. Chaz is very professional and is very fun to work out with, he has a great sense of humor, but also very knowledgeable and serious about his sessions. He motivated me so much. I ventured off on my own for a little bit, but I’m planning to go back because of the motivation he gave me and the comfort I felt in the gym at Beard Fitness. Scott is also amazing. I can’t remember anytime I was there and he didn’t make me laugh! He’s an amazing trainer as well! I can’t wait to get started again!

When I first moved to Colorado, I was in this place of removing myself from this rut physically. Coming off of a back injury and lack of motivation, I didn’t know where to start. I was nervous of course but after that first consultation, I was all in! I thank God for bringing them into my life. If you're looking for a gym that is tailored to your needs to help you achieve better health and a stronger mind and body...look no further...you have found it! I stumbled across Beard Fitness through a referral, have been working with Scott for just over 3 months and have never looked back. I am so happy with my results so far...It is now September and according to my scans I've gained 10 lbs of muscle and decreased my % body fat by 10%!!!!

At 53 (a recent empty nester) I decided I wanted to focus on myself and regain strength after struggling to lift something I would have asked my son to help me with, yet he was away at school and not available. After an ACL reconstruction and rotator cuff surgery within the last couple of years, I was feeling a little defeated and still working to regain some loss of mobility as a result of those surgeries. I joined a local gym, but the equipment was very different from what I used decades ago, and it was a little intimidating to work out with all of the people taking videos for Instagram, and there really wasn't anyone to ask for the type of help I needed in that environment. Scott is seriously one of the most welcoming and motivating people I have worked with, and frankly one of the most dedicated fitness professionals I have ever met. His focused guidance and support has helped me cease my negative self-talk, held me accountable to my workouts/nutrition (while helping me understand my needs as a vegetarian for optimal results), and has taught me to lift heavier than I ever would have on my own. He has a way of encouraging me and pushing my limits way beyond my comfort zone in a positive way while building a solid foundation for safe workouts and the confidence to believe in myself.

Scott's kind/easygoing demeanor and focus on proper form and FUN have seriously motivated me and I'm loving the transformation and reappearance of muscles I haven't seen grow in years. Working with Scott has been the best investment I have made in myself in a LONG time. I still have a bit to go in achieving my ultimate goal, I understand there's no quick fix for years of putting myself last yet it's exciting to see the consistent progress I'm making week over week. My success with Scott's coaching is proof that finding the right support and maintaining the right nutrition habits and dedication to the challenging workouts will provide results. I truly look forward to my training sessions, and I consider Scott a great friend/confidant and a true cheerleader to my success (which I really needed!). I have also met some of his other clients and love how they support/cheer each other on as we transition in and out of sessions. The boys at Beard Fitness have truly built a community of fitness, and I'm grateful to be a part of it.

Huge shoutout to Chaz at Beard Fitness. I moved to Florida from a Colorado recently and was having trouble getting going with a trainer here, but Chaz agreed to train me online with the goal of me gaining muscle mass. I missed my goal of gained weight but that’s 100% on me for not meeting calories. Gaining weight while taking adhd meds is hard 😫

That said—his workout plan was legit.
The intensity, the structure, the variety—all of it was on point. Every session had a purpose, and he built in warm-ups and cool-downs too. He took into account my injuries and I’ve come out of this 6 weeks with my lower back feeling the strongest it has in a long time 💪🏻

His nutrition guide helped a ton too. Even without gaining weight, I leaned out hard and feel way better all around.

I’ve been training with Scott for about eight months now, and it’s been a transformative experience. Starting a gym routine in my late forties was intimidating, especially with no prior strength training background, but Scott made the whole process not just manageable, but actually enjoyable and safe.

As a yogi with hypermobility, I’ve always had a lot of flexibility, but I needed to build strength to balance that out and prevent injury. I’ve been working with Scott at Beard Fitness for about 10 weeks, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. Having had multiple knee surgeries, I wasn’t able to squat or lunge for years. After just 9 weeks, I was able to perform deep squats again, and I’m still progressing towards lunges. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and has a strong focus on mobility, which has been key to my progress. Both Chaz and Scott are very friendly and easy to work with.

It is a little on the expensive side compared to a standard gym membership, but it’s absolutely worth every penny. Great personal attention! I am new to gyms- preferring normally to do my own workouts at home. After meeting Chaz at a women's expo I decided to try them out. t is a small enough facility to feel comfortable and not 'swallowed up' by equipment. I never felt pressured or judged. It was great to have someone walk me through and analyze how my muscles were working together. I feel gently pushed to do my best but never pressured to perform. As a 'mature' woman :). I'm coming up on 2 years of training with Chaz and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I'd recommend him to all looking for a clean, friendly, and result proven gym/workout environment.
