Bodied is a brand new fitness concept that combines three elements of exercise: strength training, step aerobics and stability work. We use the cardio from step, power of strength training and the focus of Pilates to intentionally get you out of your head and into the moment. Classes are led by knowledgeable and highly motivational instructors who were hand picked for their ability to create something much more than just a workout. Bodied is a rhythm based fitness class curated with an inspirational playlist that will leave you craving more.

I haven’t really ever looked forward to workout classes before, and so it’s been tough for me to get into a good routine where I exercise regularly, but I actually look forward to these because they are actually fun!

I’ve been doing group exercise, including step classes, for over 20 years and have been searching for a gym in Denver that offers step classes for years. Bodied offers step, strength, and balance formats, often mixed in the same class. I looooooove this studio and am so happy I found it! It’s small, friendly, and very welcoming. BODIED is the first workout class that I have been able to consistently show up to and make a habit. I always used to pop around to different workout classes and gyms trying to find one that would stick, but I never felt inspired. But BODIED is it! The step aerobics is an exercise for the brain and the body, so it makes the class fly by since it’s a lot of fun. And the strength portion is very challenging and I have seen tangible changes in my strength and confidence over time. Not to mention V and the other instructors are awesome.

Very neat studio with mixture of cardio and strength training. They also offer balance class that is more yoga. The steps are hard and took me multiple classes to get the groove of the steps and choreographs. It really tests my left and right brain! I'll continue on with the beginner level classes until I feel comfortable to move on up to regular Bodied and advance classes.

The best workout! It only took one class to be completely invested in this. The workouts are challenging both physically and mentally. LOVE this class. It’s so fun. High energy. Jess is my favorite- she’s a real vibe. However, all of the ladies who instruct are amazing and nice and encouraging. The class is difficult- don’t let it fool you. Try it more than once as it takes a couple of times to get the footwork down. It’s a great mix of cardio and strength. I love the emphasis on functional/core strength. Highly recommend.

Full transparency I hadn’t been to group fitness classes since before Covid. I was so nervous about feeling out of shape and rejoining the fitness community. Then I found Bodied, and it’s truly one of a kind—there’s nothing else like it out there. The community is incredibly supportive, kind, judgment free, and just freaking FUN. Dancing for the cardio portion is an absolute game-changer, it’s not only a great workout but also amazing for your brain health.
If you’re nervous about learning the steps, give yourself time and grace and remember everyone in the class has all been there at the beginning. Whether you’re just starting, leveling up, or continuing your fitness journey, Bodied is it.

I’ve been going to bodied for a little over a year now. I was an avid ClassPass goer for a little over 4 years trying out most studios in the Denver area. I found myself going back to bodied over and over because it checked all the boxes for me. Amazing music, mentally stimulating steps/ choreography that you have to be present for while getting your heart rate up. The second half of class is challenging with weights and Pilates style movements. I can’t say enough about bodied. The community, the instructors, and the whole vibe is what I’ve been looking for and I genuinely am excited for every class and to see the friendly faces. No more ClassPass for me!

I’ve been going to Bodied for over a year now, and it’s a workout I genuinely look forward to every time. I was a previous pilates fan, but once I started this, there was no turning back. The step portion is fun and energizing. It’s one of the few workouts that helps me completely disconnect and clear my head. The weighted portion challenges me every time, and I’ve noticed a significant increase in my strength. It doesn’t get boring because they add new steps and exercises each month. Not to give a whole life story but I did BodyPump for almost six years and found myself not loving it as much towards the end. I enrolled in ClassPass to try new things and lo and behold, I was introduced to Bodied! As someone who has NO coordination whatsoever, the step portion is a good challenge BUT exciting getting the hang of. Makes me feel like I’m daaaancingggg! The strength and Pilates portions of this class kicks my butt every time but it’s rewarding and makes me so proud of myself. I love love love feeling strong. Bodied was the reason I left ClassPass. I LIVE for dancy/EDM music and the welcoming vibe that all the instructors bring makes me happy being a part of the Bodied community <3

Often times joining a new workout studio is scary considering not all places are welcoming or open to those who don’t know much about fitness. Bodied is the complete opposite. Every single instructor here is not only kind, but willing to help and support you every step of the way. I can truly say I feel happy and comfortable coming here. Any chance I get, I recommend Bodied to others. They are so amazing, I wish they offered more classes and later times because it would allow me to come more often than I already do. Like the dark-room, loud-music, community-focused fitness classes of soulcycle or orange theory but being strapped to a machine bores you? Love to dance but terrible at remembering combos? Want to feel empowered, badass, and stronger than you ever have? Then Bodied is the place for you! Bodied takes group fitness to a whole new level with some of hardest workouts I’ve ever done, but they are so much fun that I don’t realize it until I leave class absolutely drenched in sweat. Every class is music-based and you’re following all the movements as a group together on beat, so you can’t phone it in (exactly what I need as a lazy girl). Even while instructing the class on beat, the instructors are still able to give amazing feedback and physical corrections throughout the class. I love every single instructor here; they all bring their own music-taste and flow to the class, so make sure to try each of them before making up your mind. But no matter who you choose, there is no snobbery, cliques, or bitchiness here and every instructor will lift you up and celebrate your wins! This place has not only transformed my body and made me the strongest I’ve ever been, it’s also given me a new community of the loveliest friends. It’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a gym and more. Let’s get BODIED!!! This place is very near and dear to my heart 💜 not only is it the most unique and fun fitness class, but everyone is so welcoming and kind!
Class starts with step aerobics, but it’s not your regular step, it’s cool step! The music, the lights, the choreography all make this a TOP notch workout! From stepping you transition into strength and Pilates and WHEW GIRL my gams (legs) have never been so strong! I’m not much of a reformer girlie, so this is the perfect type of Pilates for those who don’t want the heavy machinery.
Lastly, the instructors are all PHENOMENAL! V, Jess, Ali, Julie, Marissah are all rockstars! Whether you need modifications, or just a little extra love, these ladies have got you covered.

Bodied is unlike any group fitness class I have been to. I used to do a lot of pilates or high intensity classes but always craved something that brought the 2 things together. Bodied will CHANGE your life (and your body)!!! A trainer once told me that I looked "so angry" while working out and I just WISH she could see me now having the time of my life and feeling stronger than ever!!!! Having lived in NYC and SF teaching yoga, doing Barry’s, Soul and Rumble — I can say this is at that level, a true gem with genuine, lovely instructors.
Almost a year postpartum with my third child, and at nearly 100 classes already, this space has become a sanctuary for me- and whipped me back into shape- while it’s high intensity, the class demands your undivided attention so it forces you to stay present and disconnect. As a mom and yogi, this is essential as my time alone is veryyy minimal.
I leave recharged, stronger (always 10lbs+ weights) and ready to take on the day. Love this place. Bodied baby <3

This review is long overdue since I've been a member at Bodied close to a year now! Each class is unique and challenging, both mentally and physically. I have never been much of a dancer (basketball and volleyball gal) but I surprise myself each class with learning and executing step choreography that keeps me coming back. I typically attend 2-3x a week and Bodied has highly impacted my endurance and strength.
Each instructor has their own style, but I must shout out my recurring line-up because they bring it every class!
Julie - She is a newer instructor to the space but you wouldn't know it! Her choice of tunes is top notch and I really vibe with the sense of humor she brings to each class. She works hard and encourages everyone to do the same!
V - V is a supreme athlete and it is clear that health and fitness are her passions in life. I'm inspired by her drive and tenacity to push herself and others to reach their full potential. Every time I take a class with V I know I'm in for a sweat, but I always leave feeling proud of myself and that's thanks to her. She is the heart of the Bodied community she's built!
Ali - Ali is my girl! She is sweet, light-hearted, and the highlight of my Wednesday. Her playlist is full of hip-hop throwbacks that make stepping easy and fun! Her clear instruction around pacing, breathing, and movement has transformed the way I exercise in and outside of class. I've learned a lot from her. I'm usually in a hyper-focused bubble when I work out but I can't help but smile when she shouts out any of us or makes a silly joke. She makes us all feel special and I leave every class with her rejuvenated!

It has taken me a minute to thoughtfully gather the words to describe and review Bodied in the way it deserves. I found Bodied on classpass after trying countless other studios and workout classes. After one class at Bodied, I was hooked and immediately bought an unlimited membership. The first half of the class is step aerobics (SO FUN) and will get you sweating like crazy in the best way. The second half is strength with weights and my favorite torture device, the heroboard (kind of like a small, modified pilates reformer). I felt muscles I didn't know existed and was doing moves that were challenging but do-able, and easy to make even more challenging or less depending on your preference. V and the other instructors have created the MOST AMAZING vibe and community at Bodied. Everyone remembers your name, is there to support you with zero judgment and truly have the best energy always. The room is dark, the music is loud and you can completely zone out and be present in this class. I have never felt this strong and capable of pushing myself. Having never been the girl to love the gym or classes, I am now obsessed with Bodied and working out (4-5x week and I miss it on my days off). I can literally go on and on, but I am beyond grateful for Bodied, V and the instructors, and the community they've built. BEST. STUDIO.IN.DENVER!!!

Bodied is the best exercise class in Denver, hands down. Its the perfect mix of gentle cardio and sculpting. I have a history of sports injuries and find bodied to be such a rewarding work out with little impact on chronic pain areas. I think we often think of fitness as community but sometimes don’t experience it due to a studio’s culture. But the entire team at Bodied truly embodies community. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warm smiles from people that feel familiar, even if you’re just meeting them for the first time. The workout is intense but in the good way that makes you feel accomplished and proud of yourself. Don’t be intimidated because I still mess my steps up to this day. But you laugh and have fun and keep moving. The workout targets everything you always say, “Ah, I’ll work that out later,” and never do. Take a class and you won’t be disappointed.
So, if you’re looking for community, fun, a damn good workout, and nothing but emboldened and confident boss women, Bodied is your place!
And I can’t not talk about Bodied without mentioning V. A beautifully rare soul that makes you feel seen, welcome, and capable.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Bodied! The classes are so much fun! The energy is always so high, the instructors are fantastic, and the music is seriously the best. The space is clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend this studio if you're looking for a beat-driven class that is also challenging.

Bodied is a dream! All of the instructors are wonderful at what they do and no two classes are the same. V has gone above and beyond to create an inclusive space that ensures everyone feels welcome. As someone who grew up as a dancer, this class perfectly pairs the nostalgia of dancing with the necessary strength and stability training that is needed as an aging adult! And the music slaps!

Bodied is an absolute gem! The energy is incredible. I loved the combination of fun music with a mix of steps, dumbbells, and the board. The instructors are great, giving options for different fitness levels and adapting to the group. You'll leave sweating and motivated to come back. If you want a fun and effective workout, you should come too :)

As a boxer, I love trying workouts that translate to footwork 👣. The second I saw the owner V opened her own space after years of teaching at different studios and taking her classes, I knew I had to take a class - a blend of step and pilates with killer vibes in-studio. Bodied will be my best “accident” ever! I stumbled upon it by accident when I noticed the incredible exterior and the rest has been history.
I've tried numerous boutique fitness concepts, but nothing has ever resonated with me like Bodied. While I've always felt welcomed elsewhere, the warmth and authenticity of the welcomes at Bodied are on another level. It's truly something special.
V, Jess, Jenny, Ali, Julie and Jonny are absolute gems of human beings. Every class leaves me feeling challenged, empowered, and completely revitalized.
All those excuses I used to have for skipping workouts? They're gone. If I can handle back-to-back meetings every day, I can certainly conquer a 45-minute class (funnily enough, the 35-minute one kicked my butt the most, in the best way possible).

LOVED the Bodied class I tried! A mix of good ‘ol step aerobics + weight training + Pilates if you had to sum it up. Fun fairly intimate upbeat and clubby vibe. No need to have done any of the fitness modalities before, the instructors make it super easy to catch on and everything is matched to a beat. Also easy to get lost and zone out and destress! Great cardio workout - plus a good low-impact workout if you modify some areas means it’s ideal for all fitness levels. Def want to come back!

Bodied is a fun new take on group fitness. They have updated the step routines your mom once loved to kick your butt today. Each workout is fresh and fun and challenging. Step, pilates, and strength all in one class you can't ask for more than that! Each coach is so welcoming and the entire class cheers each other on throughout. V, the owner and creator, is incredibly gifted in her ability to cultivate a safe and welcoming space that also challenges you to work harder. The workout is fun (even when your gasping for air). The beat-based workout helps with staying present and makes the class fly by. Let’s not forget to mention the absolute vibe of this place-freaking amazing. Bodied was a workout unlike any other I have tried! And this is coming from someone very involved in the fitness community. With its three foundations the workout is constantly evolving throughout the 45 min! I was smiling the entire time I was doing the workout and was equally challenged and motivated throughout the class. The step portion of the class was an absolute blast and I learned they have step only classes which I will definitely be trying out! Jenny was great! And the owner V was a delight!
