Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi is a yoga studio in Littleton offering holistic wellness classes consisting of yoga, tai chi, meditation, and breathwork based on 5000-year-old Korean traditions. We offer a variety of yoga classes for beginners and more advanced classes to energize and heal the mind, body, and spirit.

Our friendly and inviting Littleton yoga classes include beginner, intermediate, and advanced yoga, energy movement, core strengthening, an open class, meditation, Tai Chi, Yoga, and QiGong.

This is the best place to go. Everyone should try it—especially Tai Chi. The teacher is amazing and truly helps everyone. The way I understand it, it's like a puzzle we need to find and fix the pieces. If you're going just for the body, do whatever the teacher says. But if you're going for both body and mind, open your eyes and ears everything you need is right there.

In class you’ll enjoy warm ups, stretching, breath work, meditation, energy training, vibration and relaxation exercises all designed for the beginner to advanced practitioner. You may choose Tai Chi classes as well.
The instructors are wonderful, sincere, knowledgeable and so supportive in guiding you gently along.

As a sales person, I always have a critical eye on packages and monetizing health and wellness. However, I attended an introductory session and several other classes sense and Karen and master Park are genuinely wonderful people! I could not recommend this program or these specific instructors more. The space is clean and comfortable, and they make every single person feel more than welcome. Definitely give it a try. I’ve only been going a short time and I feel completely different in a positive way. And don’t think it’s a cakewalk, it’s a workout and good stretching lol, it works!

Well, everything changed for me….in a good way. It’s helped me become mindful of my emotions, my body and my true spirit. I’ve taken the regular classes, private sessions and their more in-depth trainings. I’ve learned so much about myself I can’t explain it. I’m not sure where to start because this place has had such a significant impact on my life. I had spent so many years working on healing from trauma and various addictions and had only one option left to keep going and that was address the conditions of my physical body, because I had reached the limit of all I could gain in talk therapy and support groups. I spent most of my life either disconnected from or avoiding my body and then I met Matthew and Brain and Body. I took one class and did a consultation and will stick around. The approach to body is gentle and interesting. I’ve tried Yoga but this ties the impact of thoughts/behaviors/and emotions in to the body processes which makes it more rewarding for me. Finding this place has been transformational. I'm healing in ways that I couldn't get the right care for from the Western approach alone. I've now read some of Ilchi Li's work and he's created an approach to healing that combines the wisdom of both Eastern and Western thought with great insight and understanding.

I've been incredibly impressed with this center, and especially Matthew's approach and way of being with clients. It is clear in working with Matthew that he has done the work to drop ego and heal selflessly, but that he is balanced in applying his own practices to care for self, so he is really present when working with clients either individually or in classes. There is a great spirit and loving energy here among the members and I hope to be connected to this community for years to come.

I have been going to BodyNBrain for 4 years now. For the last year I have been attending regular classes and other training that BodyNBrain offers on ZOOM. During these hard times I find this practice to be so helpful in getting me into a more balanced peaceful state of mind and a calmness throughout my mind, body, and soul. I started off by taking a workshop that was offered on the weekend because a friend invited me. It was wonderful and life changing. I have recently started taking the regular class. I love it because it is a way to force myself to take some time out for myself and to relax and focus on my body. Matthew is a great instructor. During 2020, the yoga studio I went to for over a year - closed due to the pandemic… in March, 2021 I started looking for a new yoga studio - I found Body and Brain online - I set up an appointment, had a great orientation meeting and amazing initial class. I signed up for the unlimited classes and have attended classes at both the Lakewood and Littleton locations (I mostly go to Littleton)...

I attend three to four classes a week. I find the classes to be extremely beneficial to my body AND brain. Matthew, Lenny and Karen are excellent at guiding those practicing at the Littleton location and Anita is excellent at Lakewood. The classes are each enough different that they keep me engaged and I feel like my body AND brain are more balanced and I feel more positive…

My husband and I are new to Yoga, specifically Body & Brain Littleton with instructor Lenny Z.,via Zoom. We were invited to try it for a week through our sister and brother-in-law, who have been students of Lennys for many years. We were completely all in by the end of that week. Finding an activity that fits both partners is very difficult. This was it for both of us.We were moving and stretching and enjoying the journey all in our own home,, which is perfect for the times we live in.
Lenny is a master. He exudes total knowledge in his craft as to the connection between body & brain. He meets each person in his class with welcomed positivity, never judges your present condition, but guides you to question your goals during each stretch. "Where do you want to be?" "If you can think it, you can do it!" Lenny also interjects a lot of humor into his sessions.Hes always reminding us to smile BIG. My husband and I first met Lenny and Karen at their Brain-Body studio in February 2020. We were living in Colorado at the time. Prior to our experiencing this studio, I personally, had practiced under the guidance of many yogis in multiple locations. Being a full-time traveler with my husband, I have had the opportunity to practice yoga at various studios throughout the U.S. as well as at other locations in other countries.

It is with great appreciation, that I am able to highly recommend signing up for this studio’s Brain-Body Yoga. My practice has been taken to new levels as I have now spent months under their yoga guidance.

Lenny and Karen are simply amazing! They are both very intuitive in their presentation, tailoring each class for the students attending. My strength and balance have greatly improved after receiving their instruction for the last few months. I highly recommend them. And the wildest thing is, we are in Alaska and using ZOOM for the classes! It's like being in their studio.

After an online or in person class with Master Lenny who is such a long term experienced teacher, I feel so much more relaxed in my body and mind.....my brain gets SO clear and calm. I function much more productively, creatively, and calmly. I have known Master Lenny for 12 years. He really teaches well with a great balance of verbal educating and allowing us to just experience the wisdom of his years in Body & Brain Yoga and Taichi!!!!! I trust he will continue teaching for many years to come so that many more people including myself can enjoy and benefit health-wise from his love and sharing of this practice! Finally, I love and appreciate how much more grounded and centered I feel after one of his online or in person classes. I HIGHLY recommend these classes to everyone of all ages. He adapts and allows you to adapt in class. Try it. You will love it. OH, and sometimes, like Saturday a.m. at 7:30, his wonderful wife Karen teaches and she is fabulous, too!

If you are looking for a great combination of yoga and meditation this is the place. Lenny is a great teacher and person and has helped me change my life. This is different than any other yoga I have tried. The focus is on movement and stretching, not static poses that I have to know the names of. I have grown much stronger, more flexible, emotionally centered, and spiritually content.
