Body Balance gym is THE ABSOLUTE BEST gym in Boulder. I am slightly biased b/c I train my clients there and have for about 7 years. What I love the most is you will see people of all ages and all abilities working out in there. My clients feel comfortable and welcome and really enjoy working out there. Jason is one of the most positive people I have ever worked with, he is a great person, very skilled at what he does, a great example of health and wellness himself, and has created something wonderful for our community. The gym has everything you could need for a functional workout, what those of us in the field consider to be the best type of workout. Body Balance is the best gym in Boulder. Jason has created a community of trainers and clients that is incredibly positive and synergistic. Everyone is encouraging and kind to one another, and the quality of fitness professionals there is the best Boulder has to offer. All of this said without even mentioning how clean and equipped the gym is. They consistently maintain a sanitary environment, and have every piece equipment you'd need for a quality training program. If you want to improve your health and fitness, I highly suggest Body Balance.

Recently retired from a company in Cherry Creek where we had a gym and personal trainer on site. I have been looking for a gym in Boulder that would be able to replace this great experience. I have found Body Balance to be the best gym in Boulder. I feel so fortunate to have this gym in our community. After trying many different gyms around town through the years and never finding the right fit, I have been a member of Body Balance for 4+ years. It is a first for me to be at the same place for multiple years. Jason and his trainers are skilled professionals who keep the gym with a vibe that welcomes all ages and all fitness levels. That atmosphere is not found easily in Boulder. After gyms are allowed to re-open, check out Body Balance.

I don't do a ton of reviews, but these guys deserve it. They have an immaculate gym with everything you could need. The 24hr access was perfect for me and I could do my workouts early in the morning before work. They helped be build a new training plan when I needed a kick in the pants but were never pushy and never tried me to get to do stuff when i wasn't interested. Definitely give them a look if you want a no frills gym that gets it done!! Thanks Jason and Crew!

I cannot recommend Body Balance enough: Great coaches, nice equipment, incredible owner. Looking for training: you found your new gym. Jason Busch and the team at Body Balance came highly recommend from my physical therapist. Jason and I have now been working together for nearly a year post procedure. I had stem cell injections into my lumbar spine. Jason has been incredibly attentive and caring every step of the way. He talks to my physical therapist about my rehabilitation and we've made a lot of progress. The thing that impresses me the most is the way my input is taken to specifically tailor my training program. No, I could not do this on my own. And yes, I'd be concerned about my back if I was working with anyone else. So much so that I drive 30 minutes into Boulder to train at Body Balance because I know each week I'm going to get a varied workout that's specifically tailored to the progress I'm making (or not making) that week in my rehabilitation and strength building. Jason is a Functional Movement Screen Certified and is clearly dialed in to how I should and shouldn't be moving and is there to correct me when appropriate. Thanks Body Balance!

I've been working with Jason Busch at Body Balance Boulder for about 4 months now. I had been diagnosed with a displaced SI joint and it had been leading to chronic hip, low back and leg pain for years. I had sought multiple treatments prior to Body Balance and had some improvement, but was not at the level of physical activity I desired and was living with low lying pain and discomfort most of the time. After a couple sessions with Jason, he confirmed through his analysis of my movement the same issues that multiple physicians had assessed. Jason patiently and effectively worked with me to improve my strength and mobility. It wasn't over night, but after working with him once a week for 4 months, I am happy to say, my level of physical activity has increased and my pain has decreased. Jason's experience, intuitive knowledge of movement, accurate analysis of underlying issues and effective plan for treatment put me back on track for an active, pain-free lifestyle. I highly recommend working with Jason if you difficult to treat issues that are keeping you from living the lifestyle you desire.
Also, if you need myofascial release work- you must see Silvana! I was amazed at what could be accomplished in one session with her working on my body!

Don't let the size of this gym fool you, it has everything one needs! Best part is it is 24 hr access so you can workout on your schedule. Jason is a great guy and promptly handles all issues. Gym is also kept super clean, and very neat. Such a great space and environment!

Jason visited with my physical therapist and massage therapist prior to me beginning workouts, therefore tailoring my workout with all the knowledge possible to insure my success, that goes above and beyond what most trainers would do. My hips/back/neck/shoulders/etc. were thankful for his thoughtful training procedures!

I have spent so much money on massage therapists, acupuncture and other services to try to relax my super tight muscles and after my first service with Silvana Busch the relief was instantaneous and long lasting. I have been seeing her off and on for a few years now and I am so happy I found someone who can truly help relieve tension and help injuries when I need. I would highly and have highly recommended her to all of my friends and family.

Our son started going to Jason at Body Balance and Wellness 9 years ago while he was in high school. Jason guided him through training AND diet to become incredibly fit and healthy. My other son also started seeing Jason a couple years later and gained a significant amount of strength and fitness which helped him in his pursuit of college athletics. Now, my wife and I see Jason weekly. I have been more fit than I've been in 25 years.
I highly recommend Body Balance and Wellness for your fitness and health needs. Our experience in the facility and with the top notch trainers has been terrific. Silvana has helped ensure my back and knee pain will not return. Check it out. You will be pleased.

I have been working out with Jason for about seven years now, and, at this point, I feel like family. Those two hours a week are always a positive experience and have been the key factor in keeping my older body strong and active. I also attend one of Silvana's restorative yoga classes which focuses on mobility and flexibility. Both Jason and Silvana are very knowledgeable trainers who tend to each client's specific needs, and I feel I am always in good hands.

Body Balance is the total package. You get an amazing workout with the best instructors, but you also maintain wellness through their yoga, massage and chiropractic offerings. I attended Jason's boot camp classes for several months when training for an obstacle course race. Jason worked specific exercises into the class that I would would better prepare me for the race, and also stayed after class to help me learn other needed skills. Jason is great at knowing your individual potential and pushing you to reach that without being overbearing. I also loved that the classes were small and the gym has a friendly family feel. Silvana has wonderful yoga classes and offers the best myofascial massage I've ever experienced. I've moved from Boulder, but miss Body Balance and continue to recommend to lots of Boulder friends.

I have been working out with their trainer Jeff for almost 2 years now and cannot say enough about him as a trainer. He really knows what he is doing. As far as the facility goes it is always clean and they have a good variety of equipment. I will say that this is not your gym if you want a bunch of cardio machines. This is your gym if you really want to transform your body and achieve some physical goals. Everyone is super friendly and not once have I felt uncomfortable working out there.

Best functional fitness facility in Boulder, which is saying something! Owner is a scholar of health and fitness and this is the best group of personal trainers I have seen in my 50 years in boulder in the many clubs I have trained at. Bring your A-Game and do the work and you will see incredible results. This place and staff has also helped me rehab multiple injuries and avoid surgery. It's also boasts great camaraderie and collaboration, so you get more out of a training session here just watching people and getting new exercise ideas. You will also see things here you won't find anywhere else, like Slosh pipes. (just you wait!) It's definitely not a "Stand around and be social and claim you went to the gym" type facility. People are here to reach goals, and they do. They work hard and push themselves to break through limitations and the whole climate is one of motivation and encouragement. Personally, as the CEO of a multimillion dollar company who travels a lot, this is a fitness sanctuary where the workout demands 100% of your attention and you leave the stresses of the day behind. So BRING IT!

Body Balance is an excellent environment for personal training. The level of attention and detail is beyond that of other gyms in the area. The staff are among the best in Boulder and have a knack for working with all types, from professional athletes to people recovering from injuries, or those of us just wanting to get in shape.
