I am Emilee Jones, Personal Trainer, Nutrition & Holistic Wellness Coach. I help women reach their health and fitness goals through lifestyle based programs.
My mission is to keep you accountable and motivated as I support you in connecting to the movement, foods, behaviors and mindset that empowers you to transform your body and your lifestyle!
My programs are sustainable, balanced and “do-able”!
I believe lasting results are a product of implementing an exercise routine that works with not against your body. Eating nutrient rich foods that leave you feeling satisfied not deprived. As well as developing a mindfulness practice to improve your overall health and well being!

I have struggled with my weight my entire life. Despite trying every diet and exercise regimen imaginable, I never quite achieved the results I desired. I always considered myself to be in great shape because I had been lifting weights and exercising for years, yet my appearance did not reflect the fitness I felt inside.

I lost 20 pounds and a significant amount of body fat. My body shape transformed, and I finally looked and felt fit.
I now eat more and better, have abundant energy, and amusingly, everyone comments on how amazing my skin looks. Beyond the physical changes, I forged a profound relationship with an incredible woman who has been a steadfast supporter through life's challenges. Emilee has not only been a wellness coach but also a confidant, sharing in my triumphs and pains from the past.

I hired Emilee after giving birth to my second child because, after my first, I’d never fully recovered. I wanted to do it right this time! After 8 months with her I can proudly say I feel strong and ready to get back to my previous athletic endeavors, only now with more wisdom and confidence.

Emilee taught me how to listen to my body and have patience, as building back takes time, and pushing it could be detrimental. She’s knowledgeable about postpartum rehabilitation and if it weren’t for her, I’d probably have done some damage to my back/pelvic floor. She transformed the way I nourish myself - and it’s benefitted others in my life too. I just feel better. (And it’s nice to fit into my old pants again :)

I’ve been training with Emilee for more years than I can count. I continue to train with Emilee because she is more than a personal trainer, she focuses on her client’s complete well-being and adjusts as her client’s needs change. This is why I have been with Emilee for so long. I started with Emilee primarily focused on exercise, but as my life changed Emilee adjusted to meet my needs. Together, we have worked thru a few knee injuries due to skiing, best nutritional practices due to a chronic disease diagnosis of LADA, and meditation and calming techniques in order to deal with work and life stress. Accountability coaching: If you are thinking about working with Emilee, stop and just do it!!! I worked with Emilee from March through December 2023 and it was one of the best decisions I have made towards a healthy lifestyle yet. She is extremely knowledgeable in not only fitness and nutrition, but stress management and provides a high level of professionalism. Let me start by saying, I have always struggled with maintaining a workout routine. I was known in the past to go in waves of working out every day for a month, to then taking 2 months off directly after with absolutely no exercise. I’d get excited, and then I’d burn out easily.

On a random night in June 2019 I decided that it was time to end this cycle. I realized what I was lacking was accountability, and I thought maybe it was time to turn to personal training. After a quick google search I found the greatest woman in the world, Emilee. I wasted no time reaching out, but did have to get on a waitlist because she has a billion loyal clients who work with her for years and years at a time.

In August 2019 a spot happened to open up and I jumped immediately at the opportunity. It’s 2023 now and I still see Emilee every Monday and Thursday – and I swear she could not get rid of me even if she wanted to (which, hopefully it won’t come to that…). Not only is Emilee my fitness trainer, my accountability mentor, and my nutrition expert, but she has also become one of my very best friends and I can’t imagine my life without her.

Emilee is an all-around life coach; she keeps me on track and she teaches me something new with every session, and she is also the best listener you could possibly imagine. She genuinely cares so much for her clients, and it is so obvious in everything that she does. She knows every single thing about us - she even knows the names of my friend’s ex-boyfriends from 6 years ago that she has never met… that’s how incredible of a listener this girl is!

She always gives her expert advice and helps fit ‘health’ comfortably into your lifestyle, but she also never judges you for ‘slip-ups’. She does, however, teach you how to combat them.

The last thing I’ll say is that Emilee is by far the best in the Denver fitness industry (trust me, she has over 20 years of experience), the woman knows what she is doing. She leads by example, and because you automatically want to be like her upon meeting her – this becomes your motivation. Like I said, she makes healthy living comfortable for you in order to avoid burnouts, like what I had previously experienced. She keeps me on track, but every workout is completely different – and because of this, every workout is exciting! I can also say I have never felt better, looked better, or fit into clothes so comfortably since I started working with Emilee. I used to get anxiety leading up to big events like weddings, fearing how my body would look and photograph – and now I actually look forward to those events and showing off that new dress because I, with Emilee’s help, have worked so hard for it.

There is no one on earth I would recommend more and I am so beyond grateful for her and our 4 years of friendship 🩷 cheers to many many more!!

After having 3 babies, I knew I needed Emilee's help again to create a nutrition plan to help get rid of the pregnancy weight I had gained and a plan that would not jeopardized my milk supply. Emilee helped me create a plan that was easy, sustainable and family friendly. Emilee listened to my needs and goals and put together a customized plan and provided support throughout the journey. About a year and a half ago, after having three babies followed by nearly two years of pandemic living, I knew that I needed to change up my fitness and nutrition habits. After many, many search sessions I kept coming back to Body by Emilee and finally took the plunge to set up my initial consultation. And now, I'd probably describe myself as a superfan of Emilee's.

From the get-go Emilee was really approachable, kind, and very easy to work with. We started with nutrition sessions and while I was definitely not eating the most healthy diet I never felt bad talking about my habits. Emilee's approach is a "sure and steady" way of looking at things. Instead of something drastic we were able to look at my habits and make small, consistent changes over the course of the past year that have served me really well.

From there, I was also able to add in personal strength training with Emilee two days a week. While the sessions are never easy, Emilee is always very mindful about how hard we are working and adjusting my weights or my exercises to have maximum impact on my goals. And working out with her is honestly just a ton of fun.

Beyond the excellent coaching aspect, Emilee has built a solid community of women around her, both the folks she coaches as well as just the people she knows in the world. She hosts regular events for everyone who trains with her that span a wide variety of topics, everything from a session on learning to add meditation into your routine to a spin class. Every time I attend one of the events I marvel at how much I genuinely like everyone that is there.

For me, a number on the scale wasn't (and isn't) my ultimate goal, but I have lost nearly 30 pounds over the past year and a half (all the Covid weight and most of the baby weight), but best of all is how strong and healthy I feel. My body feels really good and I feel really good about my habits these days. Finding Body by Emilee was like finding a light at the end of the tunnel and my sessions with here have been such a bright light in each of my weeks.

Emilee is a trainer who will work to fully understand you as a person. She is beautiful inside and out. Emilee is an absolute gem. While an avid runner, I’ve always found weights intimidating and shared with Emilee that I wanted to feel stronger in my body - for longer.
