Body20 has been such a blessing to my workout routine and overall physical health. The location on Harmony is less than 5 mins from my house and the trainers are all knowledgable, experienced and fun. It’s convenient to get a full body workout in 20 mins and my muscles feel fatigued every time. It keeps me accountable and consistent, especially as a busy mom and business owner. Highly recommend!

I have been working out with Matthew and Sofie for the last year. They are both great trainers and always very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place; especially, with busy lifestyle 20 minutes is much easier to fit in a week than 4-6 hours of traditional workout.

I FOUND IT! Two years ago I was searching for a workout that could keep me strong and active without putting too much strain on my body. Body20 has been a game changer! The personalized EMS (ELECTRIC MUSCLE STIMULATION) training is incredible—it feels intense yet safe, and the trainers are always attentive and encouraging. I’ve noticed improvements in my STRENGTH, BALANCE, POSTURE , and overall ENERGY levels in just a few weeks. Plus, the sessions are quick, perfect for my busy schedule. I was curious about Body20 so i gave it a try. I am a physical therapist and exercise regularly. The brief 20 minute session was low intensity but wow… were my muscles sore the next 24-48 hours (which is GOOD!!!). More muscle soreness means more muscle activation which means more muscle growth. I especially felt it in my glutes, and it seemed like when i went back to the normal gym I was ahead of the game. I can definitely see working Body20 into my workout rotation- Run, Swim, Gym, Body20 etc…. Basically a great complement to a comprehensive training regimen. I like it 👍🏼

I really love Body 20. Put on the suit, and 20 minutes later, a FULL Body workout, done! It’s so fun, the instructors are great. Kyle subtly makes me work hard, and was very caring after my knee replacements. Matt and Sophie bring the energy and positivity, and Blaze steers the whole thing with an understanding and caring mindset. Best thing I’ve ever done for myself, hands down.

I was skeptical at first...but BODY20 is the real deal. Never thought a 20 minute workout would push me. First summers in decades that the good ol' back gave me no issues on the golf course. Highly recommend. Great instructors with Blaze and Kyle. My go to was Matt. Looked forward to my workouts. Taking a pause to dive into a new job but will be back.

I was really lucky that a friend told me about the 1-free class to try out this revolutionary training experience — I was so hooked at that free class I signed up the same day.

I love that you get a body scan and know your ‘starting points’ then actually see in real numbers how your body is changing and becoming not only stronger, but with your fat loss, muscle strength, water consumption and retention, and a variety of other static’s to help you stay on track — you can achieve real change.

The staff are the most friendly and encouraging people; they really want you to succeed! Through work-out encouragements, discussions before and after your sessions, and a listening ear, I knew I was really appreciated and knew they wanted exactly for me what I wanted — to be the healthiest version of my self in all aspects!!

I’ve been working out here for about 6 months, and am very happy with my results. I’m looking mostly for muscle maintenance plus some strength increase, and I’ve definitely gotten it. I LOVE that it’s only once a week, but my results feel like I’ve put in more time and effort. It’s not inexpensive, but I consider my time to be valuable, so it works for me. I’d definitely recommend it especially if you’re short on time and/or don’t love hanging out in a gym.

Wow wow wow. I LOVE this place. Very clean great personal trainers. I was skeptical about BODY20 at first and after my first demo I wanted to do this. I’m 59 years old and I really needed something that wouldn’t leave me questioning workouts at your genetic gyms and I wasn’t up for being
surrounded by gym buffs and feeling self conscious about my form or my ability to do the workouts. This is only 20 minutes people. 20 minutes you can do this with your personal triode on one and feel great afterwards. I highly recommend anyone to give BODY20 a try. What do you have to lose?

Body 20 makes you feel comfortable from the first time you enter their door. Each workout is with a trainer and they are cognizant of your abilities, any limitations and needs. The EMS workout may not seem like an intense workout, but you will definitely feel the burn a couple of days later. It is low impact with great results. Highly recommend Body 20 to anyone looking for shorter workouts, 2-3 times a week and one on one with a trainer.

A workout like I have never had before. Body20 was able to target muscles I've never been able to isolate on my own. The InBody scan information was incredible! It's nice to have a measurement that isn't focused on my weight. It broke down my fat%, muscle mass and even water weight.

What a great experience. The workout was very effective. The 14 minute demo workout worked my muscles like they’ve never been worked before.

I was sore for over a week. This was my first time working 1-on-1 with a trainer.

Nina was great. She knew how to keep me engaged and focused. She also knew when too much was too much. We stopped the workout, recovered the right amount of time and got me back in to have an effective workout.

The technique brings a new level of headspace-mindset resilience to working out. You have to calm the body and mentally get past the thought that your being electrocuted. Your not but that’s the only experience my body can relate electrical muscle stimulation to.
