I recently injured my shoulder climbing. Unfortunately, this happened when I was in the middle of an out of state move. I contacted Joslynn as soon as I got settled in. Even though I was not in the same city, she was able to closely monitor my progress and work around my erratic schedule. Thanks to Joslynn, I am making a speedy recovery and will be better prepared to prepared to prevent future injuries.

Jos is the best personal trainer ever! Not only is she extremely knowledgable about fitness and nutrition, but she's super motivating, kind, and a wonderful person to be around. She helped me outline my fitness goals, and made a detailed plan to get to where I wanted to be. Working with her was super easy, and she kept me on track when I wasn't motivated to work out. Jos is an amazing trainer! She is extremely knowledgeable about kinesiology and nutrition. She uses functional movement screening to pinpoint muscular imbalances in the body that can lead to injury (or already have). She provides training plans tailored to the specific needs of her clients that help improve strength, efficiency and mobility, while preventing injury. Jos has a kind, caring and uplifting personality. She is calm and focused in her sessions with clients and knows just how much to challenge each person. I highly recommend Jos as an educated and inspiring trainer who will help you realize your health and fitness goals!
